This is my first time to visit Yokoyama Goju. I had seen it before but never got around to it, so this is my first time. The aroma is mellow and fruity. In the mouth, the rich umami spreads out in abundance, and the lingering taste is juicy and sweet, like a fruit. I have had sake with a strong core in the past, but this is one of the best. This is not a food sake, but one to be enjoyed on its own in a relaxed atmosphere.

A clear wood vat aroma. The taste is rich, with a hint of smokiness that makes for a great drinking experience. Although it has a classic atmosphere, it has a clean aftertaste and can be recommended for those who like modern sake. Yamamoto has tried many interesting things, and this bottle is one of the most tasteful and historic of them all.

It may be the first red armadillo in a long time. As usual, it has a gorgeous fruity aroma with plenty of sweetness. The aftertaste is firm but clear and refreshing. We opened it to celebrate meeting with Akabu lovers.

The reason why I have not tried Wakanami until now is probably due to the austere packaging. It has a Japanese taste and a classic look. However, after tasting Wakanami for the first time today, I realized how my preconceived notions had limited my options for sake. It is very modern and fruity! It has a sourness and sweetness similar to Senkou and Sancho, and I can see why it is so highly praised by the public. Looking at the package after drinking it like this, I wonder why it looks so modern. I'm a cash cow, after all.

Yamada-Nishiki O Omachi is a luxurious spec. The sweetness and umami of Yamadanishiki and the smooth texture of Yumachi make it great. It is more refreshing than the usual Kangiku, perhaps because it is after drinking other sake? Either way, it is a delicious bottle.

Olive Nigori Nama Sake from Kawatsuru-san, a well-known Sanuki Cloudy brand. With an alcohol content of 9 degrees, it is also very easy to drink! However, opening the bottle was quite a challenge: ....... It has been sitting in the fridge for over a week, but it is still full of energy. It took about 30 minutes to open the bottle. ...... Finally, it opened! It's sweet and squashy, just like juice. There seems to be a slight olive aftertaste, but it may be a placebo. This is a bottle recommended for sake beginners as well as those who are used to sake. It is dangerous in a way, since you no longer even feel the alcohol.

It's my first time to meet you, Laughing Four Seasons. I was attracted by the name "Akai Ito" (red string), which sounds very romantic. The aroma was apple, strawberry, and muscat. It has a sweet and juicy taste that I quite like. The aftertaste is light and refreshing, making it very easy to drink. It seems that they use an interesting yeast called "flower yeast," but I didn't notice it. I wonder if it would be different if you change the temperature range or let it sit for a while.

This is the first time for me to taste sake made from sake musashi. I had never heard of sake rice called "sake musashi" before when I bought this sake. The aroma is still the same gorgeous pineapple. The taste is just as gorgeous, but somehow mellower and more umami-like. The acidity and the bitterness at the finish are also present, and it is indeed a Huayangbao.

Houken was introduced in Sake danchu. Come to think of it, I had never had it before, so I tried this super dry one as a trial. It is indeed dry, and the taste itself is on the lighter side. However, it has a gentle fullness and a lingering aftertaste that seems to soak into the body. It is a bottle that goes well with meals.

The weather was bad today and I felt very tired, so I thoughtlessly opened a bottle of Junmai Daiginjo from Tobiroki! The aroma is faintly green apple. The taste is clear and light, and it is easy to drink like water. I thought it would be better in an oinokuchi (sake cup), so I changed from a wine glass halfway through. The mild umami flavor was added, and it became a taste typical of Tobiroki. It is not a fancy sake, but it is a sake that makes you feel at home. I like this kind of sake.

It is delicious on a certain Sake YouTube channel! It seems that this sake was the champion in a competition. It seems to be a sake that won a championship in some kind of competition, so expectations were high. The aroma is mild. In the mouth, acidity and a full flavor spread out, and the aftertaste is refreshing. It has a clear taste typical of Nagano sake, and is a sake to be drunk with an inokuchi (cup) rather than a wine glass. It has an authentic taste that is typical of Japanese sake. It is neither trendy nor glamorous, but this is the kind of sake I end up settling for.

When it comes to 99% koji & #6 yeast, I can't help but buy it! The aroma is green apple. The taste is sour and sweet! It tastes more like grapefruit juice than sake. The acidity rounds out when the ori is mixed with the sake, and the taste becomes mellow. The bitter aftertaste is fruity again, and in a good way, it is not like sake. It also has a strong sense of gas, making it perfect for drinking in a wine glass!

The back of Mutsu Hachisen, which my friend from Aomori raved about. The aroma is relatively mild. Slightly fruity. The gaseous first attack is light, but with a strong sweetness and umami. From the mid-palate, the taste is clear and full of minerals, and this is certainly a very good wine. A very well-balanced bottle. I don't think there is anyone who doesn't like this.

This is another brand of sake from Imanishi Shuzo, which brews Mimuro Sugi. This is the first time for me to drink this sake, although it bears the name of the brewery. The aroma is strong apple. The mouthfeel is quite light and clear, tasting like water squeezed from apple juice. Is it similar to Mimuro Cedar in direction? I think this one is more fruity. In any case, it is a very beautiful sake.

This is another brand of Yao Honten, which brews Chichibu Nishiki. To be honest, I didn't like Chichibu Nishiki that much. The aroma is slightly inky. The taste is medium-bodied, with umami in the mid-palate. Overall, it is mild and suitable for a mid-meal drink. Not my favorite, but it is usually delicious.
