I bought 5 bottles at once because I started doing business with a liquor store I often use lol.
I started with a Junmai Ginjo of Yamadanishiki!
The aroma is fruity with apple-like acidity.
The taste is clean, fresh, and lush, typical of Nagano!
It is surprisingly rich, and may be somewhere between Shinshu Kamerei and Kawanakajima Genmai.
I knew it was good before drinking it, but when I tried it, it was even better!
