I don't even know how many spring sakes there are 🙄. I wonder how many spring sakes there are 🙄 I'm looking for a once-in-a-lifetime encounter among them💕 Ta-da! It's Shichiken 🎉🎉🎉! Fresh and refreshing aroma 😤😤😤😤. Fine lees (not pooling at the bottom), smooth texture 😋😋. Umami and sweetness spread in the mouth~, The rest is refreshing ⚔️ I guess spring sake is not all sweet 😆. Rape blossoms canape (raisin baguette with chestnuts) （Raisin baguette topped with clichee and rape blossoms paste, sprinkled with black pepper.) (Translated by ω・´) Today's selection for you: 🇯🇵 This is my first time to try Nagano sake 🎵. I love Nagano, I've been to Azumino and Kurumayama Kogen. I remember roaming around on my road bike 🚲️😆 Fuji🗻 looks zoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong 🧐. I thought it was sweet because it was vintage but it's not 🧐. I thought it was sweet, but it's not 🙄. Elegant aroma and sweetness. Mild and gentle on the palate 🤗. You can feel the umami slowly and then it's smooth and crisp 🤗⚔️ I think this can be paired with anything. Where is the warm weather that made it feel like spring has sprung 👋 It's getting cold again and I really hate it 🍃🤧. At least I want to feel like spring 😉🌸. I love the color of red yeast 👏👏. It reminds me of the dim days of the distant past 🎵✌️ My first love was in kindergarten 🐰 The squeaky fresh aroma changes from cherry🍒 and peach🍑 sweetness to a bink grapefruit-like sweet and sourness in the mouth. I have a memory of going to Sado only once: 🏔️ When I used to ride my road bike 🚲️, I participated in an event called Sado Long Ride and completed a round Sado Island (210km) 🙌🙌 I was with my husband and we cried at the end of the ride 😁. The locals in Sado were so warm and cheered us on along the way 🤗💕. Sado's sake is still very gentle and fruity 🍷🎵. It's like a clear adult's rum 😌😌. The flavor is strong, with a slight bitterness that disappears quickly 😋. Today, remembering Sado Island, grilled mackerel sushi grilled mackerel sushi and 🥂 with And to the road bike sleeping in the other room 🥂.

I reserved a bottle of Kuheiji 🍶 in November. When it comes to sake in Aichi, it's either Ni-Uto or Kuheiji🤔. We had a hard time deciding between the two, but here we are at Kuheiji: ✨️🏚️ The fridge is already full, so we'll have it right away! I'll have some 🍷🙌 Pop! The bottle was opened with a solid sound! There's a slight shwash, It settles down soon. The fruity aroma is present but subdued 😤. The mouthfeel is soft, but with a strong sense of freshness💪. Sourness and some bitterness, but also a lingering deliciousness 😋💕. Again, it was nigori, but I would like to try other series 🎵. Tofu with kujo leeks Shiitake mushrooms with blue cheese Garland chrysanthemum and apple with sesame paste I'm going to try it with 🤤! It goes well with blue cheese 😚.

Hakuboshi is also my first match 👊, I'm still trying to avoid the royal road, I'm still drawn to nigori and orikarami 🍶😍. I remember when I was a kid, I used to eat sakekasu (roasted sake lees) as a snack with my father's dinner 🙄. But the sake I had in secret tasted like crap 😝. It's been too cold lately and I'm getting frostbite 😥. I saw that muscle training 💪 doesn't help with frostbite either! Too bad. I guess Yukika is the perfect sake for now when the snow is dancing ❄. Fruity aroma like white peaches 😤. In the mouth it has the juicy sweetness of pineapple and the deliciousness of rice 😋. It ends with a fresh acidity 🔔🙇🙇💕. I wish I could have had this sake the same day it was pressed 🤗. But it's so far away from the region. If it was in the Edo period, I might not have been able to drink it 🐎🐎🐎. Thank you 🎵Thank you 🎵Thank you 🎵Thank you Is there any difference in taste between the day and a few days 🤔? Is it something that can be left to rest... So many mysteries for a beginner 🧐. In my imagination, I thought it would be fresher and more tart. I thought it would be fresher, I was expecting it to be fresher and fresher, but it was mellow on the palate with just the right amount of sweetness😋💕. Sake made by Sentori is very relaxing after all 😊. Today's side dish, Firefly squid with vinegared miso. Silken tofu and egg that I soaked in sake lees overnight, I made a dish of tofu, egg and kiriboshi-daikon (dried radish). (The drained tofu becomes like cream cheese after soaking. I often see them at Sake no Wa🍶, I couldn't resist and had my first match today 👊🍷! What a great sound! Sounds so good 🙌! It's so good 🙌! KO'd as soon as I put it in my mouth! 🤕💦. It has a sweet aroma, but it's more than that. The rice flavor is strong 😋💕. Finished crisp and clean with acidity 🎵. Good match 😆. I can match it with anything, Chicken Tsukune with fried burdock, sauteed Brussels sprouts with garlic, pickled turnip and red bell pepper. I'm going to eat it!

I've been avoiding dry sake because I'm not a fan of it, but I was wondering what 🦪 sake goes well with seafood 🤔. There are many, but why "cannibal rock"? I thought 🙄. I heard it is an old tale from the country of Tango..., I'm a sucker for yokai👺 and old tales 😁. I'll have it with sashimi and sea cucumber vinegar 🎵. (I heard it's the local sake for manjin crab, but I can't afford such an expensive one 😥) Fresh when chilled! It's dry and refreshing, but with a hint of sweetness. Sourness from the sea cucumber vinegar and sweetness from the sake 💮💕. I'll have a small sip today. I like dry taste. 👍️
