I was going to take a rest day today,
I opened the fridge and our eyes met.
So 😍🥂.
This is my first time having a dewy leaf style so I'm not sure what to serve 🤔.
Nice pompoco sound 🎵 today too.
The mouth feel is smooth.
When you include it, sweetness and umami rush in 🌊🌊.
I didn't understand it at first,
（I couldn't quite tell at first, but then I realized that it was a fruity and floral aroma.)
It smells fruity & floral 😤💕.
The sweetness is prevalent, but there's also a bitterness later on.
Today's offering,
Tuna and avocado poke with salted malted rice
Stir-fried oysters and qinggengcai with oyster sauce
I think oysters might be better with tartar sauce..!
