Today, the maximum temperature is 20 degrees Celsius. Neither cold nor hot. I thought it was still too early 🙄, but I couldn't resist the urge to drink 😁. Summer Jungin 🍶. Fresh citrus aroma or blue fruits 😤. Fresh on the palate but soft in the mouth. The acidity is not harsh and the flavor is clear 😋. Like the green🌲 gentle breeze🍃 of the Yatsugatake mountains. The air is not yet blue🔵. The fresh breeze is in the back of my throat 😌😌. Tataki Katsuo Tataki 🐟️ but with plenty of condiments so it's the best match 🎵. Sudachi 🙆. Eggplant and celery pickled in nuka-zuke (pickles) also match with the freshness 😚. Bamboo shoot rice is unquestionably delicious 😋✌️ I'm looking forward to the upcoming summer sake 💕

Fresh fruitiness and sweetness, then refreshing acidity and slight bitterness🤤. Light to drink at 13% alcohol🪽. Juicy, yet light and crisp sake 😋. You might like any sake made with "Sake Mirai" 🩷. I heard that GW is in town 🙄. Today is my day off, but I'm working regardless of GW 😥. After muscle training 💪, I rushed to the liquor store 🧺 to buy some drinks for dinner. To the liquor store ((((((((((( and boom 🚘️ I went to the sake drinking wonderland 🎡. I immediately asked, "Do you have any Tobiroki?" And the only one they had was Junmai Daiginjo. I thought the owner was always in an awkward mood to talk to me, but he told me all sorts of crazy things 👏👏. At the fish shop 🐟️, I had my favorite fish, okoze and amaebi (sweet shrimp). The sweet shrimp is the last basket, so I'll give you a discount 🩷. The fishmonger's brother is handsome👨👍️ Thank you for everything 😊. HIROKI 🍶. Smooth on the palate. The rice flavor is full-bodied, But the acidity and bitterness are moderately mild, It is a well-balanced sake 😋💕. It's hard for me to describe. Not dry...medium dry? Sweet spicy? Medium dry? I'm in training now 🦲.

I've never been a fan of hana-yori 😒. Reminds me of my old crush💕🙄. I've heard mixed reviews about Ai no Sato... What do you think? I'm curious and want to try it. Even though it's called light and dry, it's juicier than I thought it would be 😋. Blue fruit🫒 aroma. Beautiful acidity and sharpness ✌️ I wonder if the hana-yosu is so good 😘. Today's Tsumami is confit of sand zuri Carrot rapé Cream cheese and sea urchin on bucket Definitely a recipe for gout 😁💕. Scary 🥶. But it's delicious 😋. What's bad for you is good for you 🤭.

I'm tired from work💦💦 so, I started my love for sake 🩵 with Kameizumi 🍶😘. I can buy it at the local supermarket 🙆. The first time I drank it, I was like 🤩What the heck is this sake? I was like 🙆What the heck is this? Even if you are allergic to pineapple, you can drink 👍️ pineapple juice🍍. Dangerous because you can drink it bottomless💣️ As for the snack, it's easy. Spicy sautéed pork with cloves, nutmeg, and black pepper Snapped peas and tomatoes stir-fried with cheese and garlic Tired for the day. Not just sweet 😏.

It's juicy, but 🤤. The aroma is slightly banana-like. Juicy flavor and richness in the mouth. Refreshing sourness, delicious 💕✌️💕 Too good to swallow. Goes down the throat smoothly and ends with a crisp finish 👏. I guess people and sake are not what they seem. Gratin with whole new onions Beef croquettes with shredded celery Avocado in salted sesame paste boiled komatsuna with ume plum paste Delicious 😋Thanks again today🎵.

Power up for tomorrow's work today 💪🔥. First 🍶 continues! Pre-ordered and scheduled for mid-March, but finally home yesterday 🙌! Expectations are high🫀⤴️ excited🩷. It was number 380. I wonder what number it goes up to? I love the Japanese paper label. 👍️ It smells fresh and gorgeous😤. Juicy and delicious with a clear mouthfeel 🤤. It's all about the umami 😆. It's gone in a good amount of time while you feel the lingering sweetness umami. Sake alone is ◎ But I still want some tsumami 😋. Simmered mebaru (tofu and komatsuna) Deep-fried small shrimps ☝️ got a little burnt😥. Tomorrow's work will be normal ✊️

It was after work, but it was our anniversary, I thought it was time to open a bottle of Sentori 🍶🩷 and so I opened the bottle 🎉. Last fall, or maybe a little later, I had my first bottle of "Sentori Ichikou" and it was so good I was impressed 😍. I was so impressed with how good it was 😍 I only remember it being 🎵. All I remember is how good it was 🎵. So here we go 🙏🙏. Citrusy but not harsh and gentle aroma 😤. Gentle on the palate, sweet and full-bodied, with a refreshing acidity that is delicious 😆✌️ Everything is clear and beautiful ✨️ It was a luxurious time that soaked into the five organs 😋💕.

The cherry blossoms have fallen, so spring sake is in its final stages 🍶. Mizuguchi is on the way back to Suzuka from Lake Biwa, and I didn't know there was a sake brewery 🙄. Speaking of cherry blossoms in Shiga 🌸, Kaizu-Osaki - Sugaura in Oku-Biwako. I wonder if it's not around now 🤔I love Kaguya Mochi and used to stop by every Biwaichi 💕. First time, Laughing Shiki. Gorgeous but slightly subdued aroma 😤. Sweetness and rice flavor spreading to the oral cavity. After that comes a firm sourness and bitterness. The seasonal taste of spring 😋. Today, after work, I had a quick meal with fried horse mackerel. Drinking dinner while watching Paris-Roubaix 🚲️ live on Amapura 🍶✌️💕!

And another series that never disappoints 🍶 that I love. This time it's Kukai🔵. Aroma like grapes 🍇, fresh like a rumney and juicy like a pear 🤤. It has a rich sweetness and deliciousness, but it also has a The sourness that covers it like a 🌊 is refreshing and clean 🌿. First bonito tataki Yuba sashimi Spinach soaked in soy sauce and topped with an on-tama (soft-boiled egg) I think a lighter fish would be better than the bonito 🙄. Still, it was delicious 😊💕. I washed my car yesterday and it rained today: ☔️ Well, it does happen 😰. (We're the same sex, so no need to be jealous 😁) I'll make up for the dreary weather by having a drink with them! So, here we go, Sashimi of Meita Flounder cooked bamboo shoots Dashi-maki (Japanese soup stock roll) boiled radish with miso and a little bit of rice with miso, Musical instrument 🍶✌️ The texture is juicy and the sweetness is like a pinprick in the mouth! It's juicy and sweet like a pinprick, but fresh without being sweet 🌿. I wonder what the aroma is 🙄 apple. Beautiful apple 🍎. Flows smoothly and fades away with a clean aftertaste ✨. Ahhh delicious 😋✌️

Today, I went with my mother to eat udon for lunch, Hanami 🌸 at Airport Park 🏞️ I'm a driver, so I didn't get to enjoy hanami sake 🍶😥. They were in full bloom and so beautiful ✨😆😆. Today, I still have a newborn crescent moon 🌙, I still wanted to drink, so I selected 🇯🇵 Hazy Moon🌙 When you open the bottle, you can feel the sizzling sound, but it's not a problem. When you pour it into a glass, it's a sizzle🫧🫧🫧. In the mouth, a small but powerful fizzy sensation of sizzling all over the tongue🌿🌿. This is a rice sour 😋💕. It's refreshing and refreshing 🎵🎵. Today, gastroscopy first thing in the morning. I went to the doctor's office with the results of the blood draw from the other day. The result 🙆✌️ I got an endorsement, so I'm going to continue my drinking day✌️😁. And my first sake 🍶♥♥♥. I can't tell you how much I salivated at Sake no Wa's 🍶 comment 🤤. Wow - the gorgeous aroma tickles my nostrils even though I have hay fever 😤. Refreshing but soft umami 😋😋. I feel the sweetness is strong, but the acidity and bitterness are just right, I guess you could call it a well-balanced sake 😆 It flows smoothly and comfortably 😊. Today's entrée, horse mackerel and shrimp Thinly sliced carrot with vinegar and soy sauce Udo with vinegared miso Ohhhh, it's so good for my stomach 😆💕💕! It's so good for the stomach 😆💕!

I searched the fridge, and I knew this was it! Hana kyun🩷. I'm thrilled with Sake no Wa🍶's comment! Oh 😆 fresh but sweet aroma. Hmmm 🤔 something to me smells like sakura mochi (with the leaves still attached) 😤. Fresh mouthfeel, there's a shuwa 🫧 and a soft sweetness. The acidity is stronger than Senkou's SAKURA. A refreshing yet full-bodied sake 🍶😋 with a coi🍶 flavor. Delicious after all 🎵. Fried taro with green and cream cheese dip grilled pork with mustard sandwich foodie banzai🙌!
