It's been raining all day ☔️ and I'm sick of it 😮‍💨 To relieve stress, I've been doing strength training 💪 and pushing my shoulders to the point of disgust 😤🔥. So today was supposed to be a rest day, On the way home, I was at the supermarket and saw a sea bream 🐟️ but I gave up when my eyes met with ⚡️ The rest is fresh onion with ponzu sauce and bonito-flavored bonito sauce. Sanuki no mezame (asparagus) with ume plum paste with 🍷🥂🍷🍷🥂. Hiroshima 🍶 first match 👊. The aroma is fragrant as soon as the bottle is opened. On the palate, it is like banana and sweet melon. When poured into a glass, it feels smooth, but on the tongue, it has a slightly creamy texture and a rich umami flavor that fills the mouth. While you are immersed in the strong umami and lingering sweetness, a sourness like a spring breeze comes in a whiff later, and the game is over🔔. The alcohol content is 17%, so you can enjoy it with a sip. I like it fresh 💮, but I think I like it a bit room temperature, with a nice aroma and a mellow taste 😆. The simmered sea bream was the best when I went to Ito! It was so delicious 😋💕. But they didn't use ginger, it was thickly seasoned with garlic 🧄🙄. Kawazu cherry blossoms and rape blossoms were also beautiful🌸 I want to go again 👍️

Spring Sake 🌸🌸 It's been quite a while since we've had a Kido 🍶. but this is the first spring version! I'm excited about today too ♥ When I pour it into the glass, it's chirpy 🎵🎵. But it disappears quickly. The aroma is fruity🐽 like a still hard peach🍑. Soft on the palate, with a bitter (astringent?) aftertaste. There is a fruity aftertaste, but it flows smoothly. I guess it's the spring season for spring sake. Spring vegetables have a bitter or bitter taste, I used to hate them, but before I knew it, I had grown to love them 🙄 wonder 😙. First time playing 👊 Morishima🍶. Mature fine bubbles 🫧 when poured into a glass. After a while it disappears and clears. No chilliness on the tongue either. Aroma is gorgeous & fresh when cold. 😤 As the temperature rises, there is a hint of freshness, like muscat or green apple 🙄. In the mouth comes a strong sweetness 🌊. The acidity also feels rather strong and disappears quickly. Sukkiri: 🕯️ The aroma and taste are different depending on the glass 🧐. I couldn't really smell the aroma without a wine glass 🍷 and the sweetness was a bit subdued. (Personal opinion) I'd like to play with someone other than Murasaki's crew 🟣🔥.

I used to get Tenmei's warehouse camellia and became a Tenmei fan. I became a Tenmei fan 💕 I love the label too 😘. I will have Tenmei👏 in spring! It's sweet like strawberry 🍓, similar to Kura-Tsubaki. Not sweet at all, It has a gentle, soft and fluffy sweetness 😋. The sweet and sour sourness is refreshing. Spring Squid with vinegared miso Tempura of small shrimp and snap pea (winter vegetable) white and purple cauliflower🟣. So, ✌️ I wonder what is in season in Aizu 🌸 spring 🙄.

I did a gutsy shoulder workout 💪 today, I decided to have meat for dinner 🥩🔥. Tonteki, a specialty of Yokkaichi, Mie Prefecture 😆. Garlic 🧄gutsu! I'm sure you'll love it 😋✌️ I can't go anywhere else 😁. And today is my first Ona 🍶! I'm so excited! The aroma is gorgeous and fresh! The sweetness fills your mouth. It has very fine bubbles, There are very fine bubbles🫧, but you don't feel any chili. No cloying taste and a clear umami 🎵. The temperature rises a little, and the umami increases, It becomes mellow. 👍️ Ohhhh 🎵Yumami! It is not defeated by the thick sweet and sour taste of Tonteki. ✌️

I was going to take a rest day today, I opened the fridge and our eyes met. So 😍🥂. This is my first time having a dewy leaf style so I'm not sure what to serve 🤔. Nice pompoco sound 🎵 today too. The mouth feel is smooth. When you include it, sweetness and umami rush in 🌊🌊. I didn't understand it at first, (I couldn't quite tell at first, but then I realized that it was a fruity and floral aroma.) It smells fruity & floral 😤💕. The sweetness is prevalent, but there's also a bitterness later on. Today's offering, Tuna and avocado poke with salted malted rice Stir-fried oysters and qinggengcai with oyster sauce I think oysters might be better with tartar sauce..!

I'm a sakéwa🍶 and you all rated it 💮, I went out from the fridge 🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎. Mimuro cedar is all delicious 😚. But I think this is my first time to try Oorigarami 🙄🙄🙄. When you open the bottle, it's like a sizzle 🫧. There is no chilliness on the tip of the tongue. Strawberry, melon, white peach or sweet fruit 😤💕. Mouthfuls of lactic acid mellowness overflow 🌊. Sweetness is moderate. Complex and refreshing acidity. Something fun 🎶. A bit adventurous, Sea bream meuniere + parsley lemon sauce (lemon sauce with a little soy sauce) Camembert cheese with leek miso 󠄀 and sansho Strawberry 🍓 It doesn't seem to go together, but it's a complex taste of sake 👍️🎵 There are failures, but you never know unless you try. Today🙆.

I remember roaming around on my road bike 🚲️😆 Fuji🗻 looks zoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong 🧐. I thought it was sweet because it was vintage but it's not 🧐. I thought it was sweet, but it's not 🙄. Elegant aroma and sweetness. Mild and gentle on the palate 🤗. You can feel the umami slowly and then it's smooth and crisp 🤗⚔️ I think this can be paired with anything. I have a memory of going to Sado only once: 🏔️ When I used to ride my road bike 🚲️, I participated in an event called Sado Long Ride and completed a round Sado Island (210km) 🙌🙌 I was with my husband and we cried at the end of the ride 😁. The locals in Sado were so warm and cheered us on along the way 🤗💕. Sado's sake is still very gentle and fruity 🍷🎵. It's like a clear adult's rum 😌😌. The flavor is strong, with a slight bitterness that disappears quickly 😋. Today, remembering Sado Island, grilled mackerel sushi grilled mackerel sushi and 🥂 with And to the road bike sleeping in the other room 🥂.

I reserved a bottle of Kuheiji 🍶 in November. When it comes to sake in Aichi, it's either Ni-Uto or Kuheiji🤔. We had a hard time deciding between the two, but here we are at Kuheiji: ✨️🏚️ The fridge is already full, so we'll have it right away! I'll have some 🍷🙌 Pop! The bottle was opened with a solid sound! There's a slight shwash, It settles down soon. The fruity aroma is present but subdued 😤. The mouthfeel is soft, but with a strong sense of freshness💪. Sourness and some bitterness, but also a lingering deliciousness 😋💕. Again, it was nigori, but I would like to try other series 🎵. Tofu with kujo leeks Shiitake mushrooms with blue cheese Garland chrysanthemum and apple with sesame paste I'm going to try it with 🤤! It goes well with blue cheese 😚.

Hakuboshi is also my first match 👊, I'm still trying to avoid the royal road, I'm still drawn to nigori and orikarami 🍶😍. I remember when I was a kid, I used to eat sakekasu (roasted sake lees) as a snack with my father's dinner 🙄. But the sake I had in secret tasted like crap 😝. It's been too cold lately and I'm getting frostbite 😥. I saw that muscle training 💪 doesn't help with frostbite either! Too bad. I guess Yukika is the perfect sake for now when the snow is dancing ❄. Fruity aroma like white peaches 😤. In the mouth it has the juicy sweetness of pineapple and the deliciousness of rice 😋. It ends with a fresh acidity 🔔🙇🙇💕. Garlic sauteed stick seniors Grilled avocado and shrimp with cheese Hookah shellfish salad🥗🥗. and I'll have it with 🙌!
