Refreshing and the sweetness is quite moderate.
But you can still taste the umami of the rice.
And it is crisp and dry.
But not too spicy.

The other day, after visiting Toshun Sake Brewery in Nagoya and buying some sake, we walked about 20 minutes to visit Kanatora Sake Brewery.
The lady kindly explained the sake to me.
