Second cup.
This is refreshing. The mouthfeel is sweet, and the bitterness spreads in the mouth as it passes down the throat. It's a hard taste. The salted salmon goes well with it.

I chose "Chokyu" (¥363).

When I put it in my mouth, I thought it was at room temperature! I thought it was at room temperature.

It's a famous sake brewery, and although it's high in alcohol due to the fact that it's a pure sake, it's brilliant in that it's all about the gorgeousness, making it dark but easy to drink. The only mistake I made was asking for the first sake, the next heated sake was hazy!
