The term "mutton" means that the meat is actually dog meat, even though the sign says mutton.
This sake is advertised as fruity to the point of overdoing it, but when I tried it, I found that it was neither apple nor melon. On the contrary, it is unmistakably a Japanese sake with a secretly spicy and slightly bitter taste.
It tastes good enough as a drink, but has it reached the level of taste advertised on the label? The question remains, "Have they arrived at the taste they advertise on their website?
