I think I forgot to take a picture of Oumachi, and it turned out to be the same picture as Aizan. It is more alcoholic and powerful than the Aizan version. This one is also delicious. ‼️

Rice used is Domaine Sakura Yamadanishiki With its unique acidity, it still has a great impact ‼️ Even so, it has a light aftertaste and is easy to drink. It may be more of a summer sake than a hiyaoroshi. It's delicious!

Rice used is Kitashizuku This is a genuine kura-only, unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. Fresh and full of alcohol, with a punchy mouthfeel. Sweetness can be felt in the mid-palate, but the overall volume is too much and soon disappears. It may not be able to compete with other strong flavored food items. It was a delicious sake that was well worth drinking. ‼️

Rice used is Comet Probably. The last visit to Asahikawa this year. I will have less chance to visit Asahikawa next year, I stopped by Meiji Sake Brewery after a long time. I thought it was a limited edition of the brewery. But it seems it was not. It was an orthodox Junmai Dry Sake with a freshness to it.

The standard seems to be Junmai Daiginjo. Slightly fruity. Light and elegant on the palate It might be good to drink it with a glass of wine. It goes well with cheese and white sauce.

Get it at Haneda Sannenkan I think this place has been open less than a year, but the selection of sake is quite good, and I enjoy discovering new brands every time I visit. ❣️ I'm sorry to say that this is the first time I've learned that there is a "Takasago" in Ishikawa Prefecture. This one was a refreshingly dry and tasty sake that also had strength.

Rice used is Hoshiakari from Akita Prefecture Hoshiakari is a rare sake rice developed by Tohoku Electric Power Co. I don't know how it came to be, but they are researching sake rice, aren't they? It has a gentle taste and a nice sharpness. As expected of Amanoto, it is delicious. ❣️

A light, umami-kuchi sake. It is lighter than regular fire-aged junmai sake. Overall, it is mild and this is also light and fresh. Elegant in the best sense of the word. Definitely delicious, but I prefer the fire-aged version!

Yui-like sweetness is still present. The balance of simple flavor and good acidity is exquisite. ‼️ I think there may be a hint of Sanzen Sakura taste in there somewhere, but I don't have the palate to understand that much. It's as delicious as I expected 😋.

After drinking the Omachi version before, I was eager to try the Aizan version at ‼️ It's been about 4 years since I had the urge to try the Omachi version. I finally came across it ❣️ and it's also a draft sake! As expected, it is fruity, fresh, and rich. The balance of sweetness, bitterness, and acidity is also excellent. The alcohol content is also moderate and delicious.
