The rice used is Yamadanishiki and Yume-Ichikyo.
I didn't have an image of nigori sake in summer, but this one is dry & refreshing and fits the bill.
It is a dangerous sake that you end up drinking too much of. ❗️

Kaminomai is a cross between Gohyakumangoku and Miyamanishiki.
It seems to be grown only in Shimane Prefecture.

It has an impact, but the mouthfeel is surprisingly soft.
It is dry and crisp.
The umami of the rice is directly conveyed.

I was worried about the timing of opening the bottle, but instead of being old, it had a nice mouthfeel.
It was mild for 8 years old, with a clean sweetness and a good bitterness.
It could have been laid down for a few more years.
