When I searched for "Miyuki Daiginjo", I found Miyuki Nakajima's best album, which was released 30 years ago.
Looking at the songs in the album, there were many drama theme songs from the 80's and 90's, which made me nostalgic.
I will listen to it again.

We finally got to the sake we purchased in large quantities in Hiroshima. First of all, here it is!
The rice used is Hiroshima Yatan and Shin-Senbon.
I bought this sake casually, but when I looked it up, I found out that it was only available for a limited time.
It is slightly sweet and has a nice smooth taste.
It is easy to drink with a crisp aftertaste.

Landing in Hiroshima after a long time

I served this sake at my parents' house on New Year's Eve, and they all thought it was "too sweet! It was a low evaluation, but it went great with sushi, or rather, gari (pickled ginger). ❣️
In the end, my partner and I drank all of it together.

New Year's Eve sake is from this long-awaited man.
I could finally drink it!
I've been slacking off on posting this year, and at this point, I've accumulated about 2 months worth of sake.
But I'll post this one first, just in case I get around to it.
This one is so fresh that it's almost like it's a draft (⁉️) and has a fresh citrusy bitterness to it.
I think it would be even better if I let it sit for a couple of days to let the sweetness develop, but it's so good, I've had the bottle open for about an hour now and it's almost gone...
I can certainly understand why it would be hard to find.
Well, the year 2024 is almost over,
I would like to greet the new year with gratitude for having been able to maintain my health and drinking plenty of sake without any problems this year.
