Timeline
DaiPurchased at a local supermarket during a trip to Kurahashi Town in Kure City. It is a brand not often seen in Hiroshima City (the fourth photo is a spectacular view from a volcano (hiyama) on Kurahashi Island).
It is made by one master brewer (Toji Hirata) in almost the same way as 200 years ago, in one and a half months, and only 5,000 bottles are made per bottle, which is very precious.
At a glance, the bottle looks like a beer bottle😄.
The aroma is fresh and fruity, but when you taste it, it tastes lychee and is refreshingly dry. ☺️
The spiciness and acidity go well together, and it cuts through quickly! BrubeckAki tasted sake from Kurahashi Island.
The classic, clear taste spread softly and gently.
It was a truly delicious sake with a clean taste. とっきーIt has a moderate bitterness and is very tasty!
I had never heard of the brand name Mitani Haru before.
The one I drank this time seems to be a sip from the slightly bottom of a sake barrel.
The alcohol content is high at 17 degrees.
(I wonder why?).
It was my favorite sake, so I will delve into it again! ふふふふTastes quite watery.
It is light and dry, so it is like a sake for the locals. hikarudayoCork was sturdily sealed,
Fizzy,
It's not going to overflow, is it?
When you pull the cork out, it makes a nice popping sound,
It's just delicious.
Now then,
The flavor - there is a bit of bitterness at the end.
The feeling that remains in the mouth is like when you eat grapes,
I was told it goes well with fried oysters, but it also goes well with roast beef,
I would like to drink it with oysters in winter season,
けいけいIt has an astringent and somewhat vintage flavor, and the richness of the unpasteurized sake gives it a dry and refreshing aftertaste. It was delicious with Camembert cheese, but it would also go well with seafood.
I prefer a more robust sake that has been exposed to air at room temperature, so a heated bottle to develop its character would be nice, but I finished the 300ml bottle before trying it.
The sake brewery where the movie "Ginzuru Hashitachi" was filmed. It is nice to drink a classic sake while thinking about sake brewing in Hiroshima. のりたまThis is the first sake from a brewery in Kure, Hiroshima. It is a rather small sake brewery.
It is quite dry with an assertive acidity.
It looks like it would be good warmed up. Leeza_1972Rating: B
Although sugar is listed as an ingredient, it is not sweet at all, partly due to the fact that it is slightly carbonated.
It can be drunk as a food drink. K.NEasy to drink and delicious! 4/5 gakkyysukisuki8It was the sake of Hiroshima which was refreshing, thirst-quenching, and fragrant with the scent of wood. MitsukoThis was given to me in return for my uncle's celebration of a happy birthday.
It has a gorgeous fragrance. The color is almost colorless. The taste is floral, fresh, and at the end, the taste of rice and a slight bitterness remain softly and disappear.

The aroma is gorgeous. It is very pale yellow, almost colorless. It has a refreshing sourness, a little sweetness, and a crisp alcohol feeling.

They say it goes well with fried oysters.
33√Easy to drink.
I'll tell you why.
I wouldn't call it water.
It has no taste.
But it's not muddy either.
As a sake for a meal
It doesn't interfere so much.
Maybe it's good.
I'd like to try the higher-ranked Mitaniharu
I'd like to try it. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
