Osaka expedition at Akagaki-ya, a local cheap bar with a blast.
Let's drink sake from the west.
This time, I got tangled up next to the log halfway.
This one is spicy.
Bitter acidity from the cooked rice.
It tastes like Yamahai.
It is very drinkable.
Not bad with a big, plump red squid.
Taste 3/5

I wondered what "Kame-no-o Kuramai" was, but it was Yaetsuru's Kame-no-o guess 🤗.
Tastes like white wine🤍.
I heard it was slightly sparkling but no crackling at all🫥.
They said the bottle was opened the day before but it seems to have been drained 🤔.
It's sweet and tasty and has a strong sweetness 😚.
It is mellow because of that.
I'm satisfied with the firm sweetness, even without the bubbles 🤗.
○○Kura Mai (Kurabu), I think I'll make my own in the Sake no Wa group😇.
September 2.
Bitter taste in a gorgeous aroma.
September 4
Increased aroma and bitterness?
September 5
I was concerned about the bitterness, so I took it out of the refrigerator to try it out and adjusted the temperature after a little time, and the bitterness faded and the flavor came out!
A carbonation that makes you expect more from the moment you open the bottle. A sweet entrance but with a refreshing aftertaste, a summer drink. Rumney feeling. 80 points.

The aroma is calm, but when you put it in your mouth, the juicy sweetness and umami taste spreads all over your mouth with a slight carbonation.
The crisp finish is a must.
The bottle was opened after a few hours, but it is unquestionably delicious.
★★★★
Sake brewed with 100% Kame-no-o, a pesticide- and chemical-fertilizer-free sake, grown with great care by Mr. Koyama of "Chantoseya Farm" in the terraced rice fields of Kamiseya, Miyazu City, located in the northern part of Kyoto Prefecture.
I bought it at my favorite liquor store out of curiosity.
It smelled like rum and was summery and refreshing.
When I tasted it, it was very interesting.
It is quite refreshing and dry, with a hint of sourness.
Perhaps due to the fact that it is 11% alcohol, the freshness of a young white wine, rather than the umami and richness of rice, comes out in full force.
The lingering finish is long, with just a hint of bitterness and astringency.
It was an interesting sake that could really be mistaken for a white wine if you drink it with your eyes closed.
It was a treat!
Kame-no-o Kuramai 2023
Slightly sweet, mellow sake
The Joy of Sake New York 2025
Junmai Ginjo-shu brewed with 60% polished rice from Kame-no-o, a fantastic sake rice from the Tango region of Kyoto.
Sake with a vanilla-like aroma but with a delicious flavor.
The cork flew out of the refrigerator at a tremendous rate during fermentation.
It was delicious.
