The local sake from Kyotango, which I received as a hometown tax payment, continues from today.
First up is Yaetsuru.
It seems to be written "Shuku-kura-mai" and read "Iai-kurabu" 🍶.
It is made from Kyoto's sake rice, Shuku.
It said be careful opening the bottle but it didn't feel gassy at all lol.
Maybe because it was sent at room temperature 🤔.
It was a food sake with a good taste of rice 🙆♂️
I heard from the toji that this year's Kame-no-o Nama-zake had a good reputation, so I bought it. From the moment I opened the package, the popping sound and white smoke gave me a sense of anticipation. It is a sweet sake to begin with, but it has a slight effervescence, is not habitual, is slightly sweet, and is quite easy to drink. This is too delicious. It's a pity that I can't always buy it in this condition because it's not heated. 90 points.

Nigori (nigori) sake from today. I don't know if it goes well with the 6 kinds of sashimi we also bought from Kyotango, but they were all delicious. It was sweet and had a New Year's feeling. 80 points.

Not as good as Tamagawa's, but it's a solid Yamahai, clear and tasty, and heavy.

Sparkling sake I bought on a trip to Kyoto in September.
At first it was too sweet, but when I drank it again about a week after opening it, it had settled down nicely and was delicious!

I bought this bottle on a recent trip to Tango, Kyoto.
The juicy flavor spreads in the mouth, but it is not dull and very tasty and can be drunk one after another.

Kyoto is famous for Fushimi, but there are many sake breweries here as well.
Whatever it is, it's delicious!
The first sip of this sake is a punchy one, but it is a good sake that adds umami to the food when drunk with a side dish. Delicious.
The entrée was salmon with cream cheese.
It has a refreshing melon-like taste and a mellow chestnut-like taste. The chestnut-like sweetness in the back of the bottle is a taste of Yaetsuru, which is also found in Kameo Kuramai. 83 points.
