I visit Chiba Prefecture several times a year, but this is the first time I have seen this. It is fresh & juicy while fire-roasted, and comes down your throat with a gulp. The finish is crisp and bitter with a nice finish. This is good - I liked it. ‼️

The rice used is something from Nagano Prefecture (the standard is Miyamanishiki). The label is the same as the standard product, but the contents were made for the hanpukai. I don't remember drinking the standard product, so I can't compare the two, It is a mild and easy to drink type of wine. The umami is also crisp and tight, and the overall balance is good. The overall balance is good. It is a good food sake that goes well with all kinds of food. ❣️
