Happy New Year to you all: ㊗️ I have been saving up posts for 2024 since November, but since this is the first post of the new year, I'll post a "typical" sake first. Rice used is unknown. I served this sake at my parents' house on New Year's Eve, and they all thought it was "too sweet! It was a low evaluation, but it went great with sushi, or rather, gari (pickled ginger). ❣️ In the end, my partner and I drank all of it together.

Sana D. Happy New Year ^_^ Label to my liking😊. Sweet drinks are hard to pair with food, but my wife who loves sweet drinks might be into it 😁. I look forward to working with you again this year 🙇.

Dear Manta, Happy New Year! As I mentioned in the text, it really went well with gari (pickled ginger)! The sake ran out quickly, but I consumed more gari than sushi.

Happy New Year, Mr. Sashiu⛩. I look forward to working with you again this year. It seems that Jyukyu-san produces sake with various labels, and there is another version of the Year of the Snake label.
