I have been saving up posts for 2024 since November, but since this is the first post of the new year, I'll post a "typical" sake first.
Rice used is unknown.
I served this sake at my parents' house on New Year's Eve, and they all thought it was "too sweet! It was a low evaluation, but it went great with sushi, or rather, gari (pickled ginger). ❣️
In the end, my partner and I drank all of it together.
