I love ❤ "Hitokochi😄"
It tastes completely different from Shinshu Kamerei's Hitogochi, and since it is made with apple flower yeast, it really tasted like apples when I drank it.
It is very light and comfortable to drink. It is not too sweet, has almost no pungency or sourness, and is easy to drink, which is not the case with sake.
It is also delicious.
Thanks to the sake store for choosing it for us 😄.
By the way, I went to buy the beer in the third picture 🍺, which is a craft beer with flavor and is also delicious 😋.
