I went to a friend's house in Nagano to pick matsutake mushrooms from November 3 to 6. ☺️
It was very hot in Nagano, and there was almost no rain, so we could not get matsutake mushrooms because it was a little late in the season 🥹.
But we did get some kuritake mushrooms, and they were delicious 😋.
I was taken to a local liquor store and bought 3 bottles of Nagano's local beer and 5 bottles of Japanese sake 😄.
I immediately went to ☺️ to try the sake that arrived.
I have never had any of these sake before.
I started with Kurozaemon XVI. On the back of the label, it says "Juicy acidity zugo-go-oh!
I wondered what kind of acidity it had 😆.
Anyway, it has a gentle acidity and is easy to drink.
It has no peculiarities, has a mild aroma, and is a very delicious sake that goes well with meals 🥰.

The autumn leaves of "Chouenji" were wonderful, and the contrast between the yellow of the big ginkgo and the red of the maple was very beautiful😻.
I also made a typo in the text and wrote "Kuro-emon" as "Kurozaemon"😅.

Good morning, Mayuko!
It's a pity that they didn't have a good crop of matsutake mushrooms this year 💦.
The contrast of the clearly divided autumn leaves is beautiful ✨
[The fact that it looks so powerful but actually has a gentle impression is even more interesting 😁.

Mayuko Hi 👋😃
I also drank another version of this brand in Nagano.
It had a sour taste and my image of it was like Senkou.
Anyway, I had the impression that it was delicious and I decided to buy it again when I find it.
