Elegant 😊, gorgeous aroma, beautiful umami, refreshing acidity, and gentle flavor spread, excellent as a food sake 🥰. Alcohol content: 16 degrees Celsius The 3rd and 4th pictures are of my friend who is a good cook and treated me to lunch. My son was home, so he joined us (rather, he made it for my son). Hi Pon-chan, ☺️ Mutsu Hachisen also has a Urahachisen with the label printed backwards, so I'd like to try it 😄The name comes from "Drunken Hachisen", and the brewery wants people to enjoy their sake in a hermit's state, so I enjoyed drinking it 🥰.

This is the first "Uragasanryu" 😊. Limited quantity sake. Rice: Snow Goddess Alcohol content: 16 degrees It has a gorgeous aroma without any peculiarities, a clean and elegant taste 🥰 and a taste that makes you want to have another cup and more cups 😊 My son was also here and the 720ml was gone in no time 😆. The 4th picture is my first yakiniku in a while. I like liver sashimi, but it's hard to eat it now 🥲 I tried to eat it raw, even though it has to be grilled, but my family stopped me 🤣.

It has a calm taste, a subtle aroma, and a moderate sweetness. Not much acidity and a moderate bitterness at the end 😊 Well-balanced sake. Good as a food sake 🥰. Recently I have been cooking with a special microwave cooker called MUTEKI RENGE. It can cook fish 🐟, fried eggplant, etc. with very little oil, and is really convenient with little to wash 😆.

I bought the one recommended by the lady at Bishakudo Branch Moriya 😊. When I drank other "Aizu Ryugasawa" I was not so impressed, but this one was delicious 🥰. It is an autumn sake that is bottled and stored in fire-refined bottles in its undiluted state 🍂. Rice: Yumenokou Alcohol content: 16%. It has a subtle pineapple aroma with a sweet flavor that is cut off by the acidity. It has a soft and mellow taste, and is a good autumn sake 🍂.

Purchased from my favorite sake store as it was well received. ☺️  Rice: Gohyakumangoku  Alcohol level: 15  Type: 1 time fire-fermented This is a limited edition of Autumn Sake that is bottled individually and stored in cold storage (about 8 months) in its original state during the summer in order to maintain good maturity and aroma. It has a full aroma and gentle sweetness. It has a full-bodied aroma and a gentle sweetness, and its mellow and calm taste keeps you from getting tired of drinking it. The peanut🥜 in the third photo is a large peanut🥜 that only comes out during this season. When boiled raw in a pressure cooker, they are soft, soft, and delicious 💕. I'm currently in the middle of a paid vacation due to my new job. I'm listening to music and having coffee ☕️ slowly in the morning. And I'm relaxing with my cats🐈. I am enjoying the luxurious time ☺️

The sake rice is Misato Nishiki produced in Akita Prefecture. Misanishiki is a cross between Yamadanishiki and Miyamanishiki. Misanishiki is a crossbreed of Yamadanishiki and Miyamanishiki, and was born in Akita. ☺️ The village of Miz💦 is designated as one of the 100 best water sources in Japan. The brewing water is soft groundwater pumped up from 25m below the ground 😊. Fresh aroma and gentle sweetness of rice. The sake was mild and very easy to drink with bitterness and acidity 🥰. It is not flashy but very soothing and my favorite sake 😘. I was born in Akita, so I have a special attachment to Akita sake: ☺️ The third photo is a lunch with my friend. The dishes prepared by the chef 👩‍🍳, who studied French and Japanese cuisine, looked very beautiful and tasted healthy and not too heavy. I am a driver again, so I could not drink any alcohol.

The label has an impressive melon pattern 😊. CEL24 is a yeast developed in Kochi Prefecture, which is said to give a melon-like aroma. It has a gorgeous aroma and good acidity. The low alcohol content of 14 degrees makes it very easy to drink. I like this melon-printed Kurei and buy it every year 🥰. The third picture is of a local restaurant, always crowded. The pasta was cold pasta with a luxurious combination of tuna🍣 and salmon roe, and the wasabi was a very nice accent. The peach 🍑 and prosciutto caprese was also delicious, and the peach 🍑 parfait was a well thought out combination of various textures and tastes that made for a happy moment 😊. It would have been great if we could have had some alcohol, but I was driving, so I couldn't drink it 😆.

I worked without a Bon vacation, so I am a little tired 😂. I had three consecutive holidays from today, so I went to a chiropractor to maintain my body 😆. I was thinking about what to drink today and decided on a sweet and juicy "Purple Air" because I was tired 😄. The toji of Murasaki Space is Ms. Hiromi Ono, a female toji. She said that she wanted to increase the number of sake next season, but she is at the peak of her fatigue... I would like to have delicious sake, but I hope she will take it easy, because it would be a waste of time and energy if she breaks her body. ☺️ Aroma: Fruity. Sweetness bitter acidity a little 🤏. Juicy 🥰 It feels a little sweet, but it soaks into your tired body 😄. The third picture is from Izumi Shrine ⛩️ when I visited Hitachi City the other day. The third photo is from a recent trip to Hitachi City, where fresh water was gushing out. The spring dragon tree really looked like a dragon🐲🐉s face 😆. The fourth picture is at a pasta restaurant I was curious about. Now you can have lunch even if you are alone 😁But a meal with everyone 🍽️ is still the best ☝️. It makes the food taste even better 😉.

Refreshing yellow-green label😊. Gentle aroma and not too sweet. Delicious with a nice and crisp acidity ‾ ☺️ Alcohol content: 16%. I drank quite a bit of it on the first day due to its sharp acidity 😆. The third and fourth pictures are of the cafe "Umine" on the seaside🌊 in Hitachi City, Ibaraki Prefecture. The cafe owner's kind personality and delicious food. I had shaved ice for the first time in a really long time, and it was fluffy and delicious without giving me a headache 🍧.

Sake rice is organically grown Kame-no-o. The alcohol content is 13 degrees. There is quite a bit of oli in the bottle 😊. Fermentation is going on in the bottle, so a stopper with holes is used to release carbon dioxide gas. It has a very dry mouthfeel and was refreshing to drink during this hot summer 😄. The last photo is of the nearby Fuse Benten. When my children were young, there was a playground near this Fuse Benten, so we used to go there often 😊 It was very nostalgic 🥰.

Very gorgeous label: ☺️ The sake rice is Dewasanbana, produced in Yamagata Prefecture. Miyamanishiki x Hanafukuyuki = Dewa Sanzan I wonder if I've ever had this sake rice before? I'm not sure 🤭. Mild ginjo aroma and beautiful sweetness. It has a gentle ginjo aroma and a beautiful sweetness, and it finishes softly like cherry blossoms. I wonder if the color of the label is pink because it says 😊. I took a sip and said "Delicious~❣️". I think I prefer it by itself rather than as a food wine. With a meal, the sweetness left a bit of a taste in my mouth. ☺️

I wanted to try the "Koshi apple" 🍎 that you posted. The malic acid is the main ingredient that gives it its apple taste, and the yeast that produces a lot of malic acid is Association 77 yeast. This malic acid is "a delicious acid when chilled", so we drank it very chilled 😆. It is mild, with moderate sweetness and acidity. The umami spreads in the mouth and it is "delicious 🥰". It is the best for this hot season. ‼️ The last photo was taken at ⛩️, a shrine where you can feel cool in the heat. I went to Hirohata Hachiman Shrine. The approach to the shrine was quiet and very cool ☺️

The only seasonal sake in the Shinshu Kamerei series. What a cool blue 🟦 bottle. I first tried it last year and really enjoyed it, so I was looking forward to the summer Junmai Ginjo 🥰. It started with a gentle sweetness, followed by a gaseous sensation. The bitterness is also well felt, and it is sweet and crisp. Delicious 😋😋. It is said to have been made a little lighter so that it tastes good in summer. ☺️ The picture of the sea 🌊 is borrowed from my son's instagram when he went to Shikinejima to play 😆 My son who lives alone had a corona last month and it was tough, but I'm glad he's doing well 😊. The flower in the last photo is "Titan". It is a very big flower with a summery and cheerful red 🟥. It's really hot every day, but I'm cheered up by a glass of well-chilled sake. Thank you!

The fancy label is said to be named "Survival" in the image of "the power to survive," but if you look closely, you will see that it says "Eiko Fuji" on it 😆. It is the first "Eiko Fuji" 🥰. Yamada-Nishiki✖️Kinmon-Nishiki→Tamanae It is a limited edition sake using a fantastic sake rice "Tamanao". The aroma is fruity, sweet, and gorgeous. It is sweet, tasty, acidic, and spicy, with a "delicious 😋" taste. The alcohol content is 16.5 degrees, which is also impressive, and I like it very much. ❤️ My cats🐈 have lost their appetite and are suffering from summer ☀️ fatigue. I bought a little more 🤏 expensive food than usual 😊 and they ate a lot 😆.

A summer-only sake. Made with "Comet" from Hokkaido. The label feels like a starry sky on a summer night🌌. It is the first Chrysanthemum. It tastes sweet at first and has a unique flavor. I would prefer it to be a bit more sharp, but I would like to try it in various ways. ☺️ The last picture is a lunch at an old house cafe, which I've been into recently. All the dishes are gentle tastes that I can eat even if my appetite is down after summer fatigue ☀️. There are many kinds of dishes, so I could enjoy various tastes such as sour and spicy. You can refill the rice and miso soup. Of course, I had both refills 😆.

The name of this sake is "Daichi". The label says that it has a soft hue that evokes the image of a generous earth, but I imagine a gorgeous phoenix flapping its wings 😆. It is a junmai ginjo-shu made from Omachi, which is produced in the Akaban area of Okayama Prefecture, a famous production area that attracts many famous breweries from all over Japan. The aroma is gorgeous, and the flavor spreads as you take a sip, making it "delicious~❣️. It is full-bodied and has a nice slight bitterness. The third photo is of a carp in the spring-fed pond at Kashima Jingu Shrine, which is very clear and transparent. ☺️ The last photo is the last of the lilies in our house, a gift from a friend the year before last, and a mountain lily. The mountain lilies have become the flower of our town. ☺️

Okunomi" is a brand that Koji Tanaka, the fourth generation of the family, personally launched in order to introduce delicious sake from Tokyo to the rest of Japan. ☺️ The brewery is located in Higashimurayama City, and uses subsoil water from Mt. It has a pleasant ginjo aroma with a slight fragrance and a refreshing sweetness. It has a refreshing sweetness, and is very clean and tasty. We enjoyed it very much. The picture in the back is the local beer we drank when we visited Kashima Jingu Shrine. There were 8 kinds in total. The beer is naturally grown, and the brewers themselves grow the wheat, herbs, and spices that are used to make the beer. I drank four of them, and they were all easy to drink and tasted delicious with a gentle yet distinctive flavor 🥰.

The new brand "Datot Betsuboui Unfiltered Unrefined Nama Sake," which is available only at retailers, is said to have been experimentally brewed by the brewer in pursuit of an unknown taste and aroma. The brewing water is a medium-hard water from the Katsura River. It has a slight sweetness and a refreshing sourness like apple acidity, and is light for its 17.5° alcohol content. The picture in the back is from when I stopped by my son's place for the first time in a while and went to the nearby Hikawa Shrine 😊. The ramen was very tasty 🍜 and was made with boiled and dried noodles 🥰.

I didn't notice it when I bought it, but it was labeled "Morning Glory Label", so I took a closer look and saw a morning glory in the word "shi-chu" on the label... 😆. I heard that this season's Purple Space has been sold out immediately after its release 😊. So they quickly stocked up on Akita Sake Komachi from Akita and added it to the lineup 😆. It is very popular. I am very happy to see a small sake brewery with 4 brewers doing so well 🥰. My usual liquor store had several varieties of Murasaki Uchu, but the owner knows my tastes and recommended this one to me. The moment I drank it, I was enveloped in tenderness. The sweetness comes first, and then it is cut off slowly by a gentle acidity. I like it very much. I can understand why it sold out immediately. ☺️

Sake made by a fire-quenching method that does not destroy the taste and aroma of sake. It has the umami and richness of rice. The edgy acidity tightens the taste of the sake. 😊. We enjoyed it as a food sake. The last photo is of our lilies. Some of the lilies are about the size of my face 😆 The petals are blooming beautifully this year without any sunburn.
