It's so delicious 😋😋😋😋😋. The acidity is moderate and the flavor lingers on 😋😋😋. to the end When I drink Saku, I am glad I live in Mie. I can buy almost the entire lineup at Masuda Sake Shop.

Drive to Kyoto Tango area: 🛣️ We visited Yosano Sake Brewery, which was introduced on 📺, and had a lot of fun talking about the filming. The aroma of the ginjo aroma wafted out when poured into a glass. The fresh sweetness and umami spread in the mouth like the wind in a fresh green forest. Uma It flies away like the wind with a sharp snap. The label was also very nice and three-dimensional 🍶👍.

　Sake sold directly from the brewery I bought this sake on a drive to Echizen-Onojo because I had enjoyed it so much before. It has a good rice flavor and is delicious 😋. However, this time I felt it was a bit more classic. It has 18% alcohol by volume and is best served on the rocks 🔐.

Purchased at a special store introduced to me by the brewer on my way home from skiing 🎿. It was not sold at the brewery. Very easy to drink🍶, with a juicy sweetness and umami that stands out👍. The acidity in the latter half of the sake is pleasant. Overall, it is a well-balanced sake. 😊

　Ski⛷️ purchased at Kotani, a station on the way home After lunch, I wandered around the store and this caught my eye. Buried in snow for 3 months at the foot of Mt. The ginjo aroma is faintly fragrant, and the pleasant sweetness spreads quickly and smoothly, with no cloying flavors. Delicious 👍 Nagano sake is delicious 😋.

　Crossing the bridge to visit Tomikunishiki We had lunch and enjoyed the sake steamed buns made by the brewery! Freshly made and super delicious 😋! Sparkling sake 🍶. Fine bubbles when poured into a wine glass 🫧. Sweet and carbonated like grapefruit shoes! It was delicious 😋😋😋😋.

　On the way back from a ski ⛷️ trip to Omachi, I stopped by the brewery to get the light nigori I was looking for. Sold out😭 　They only had 300ml bottles of Hatsushibori left, so I bought 3 bottles! 　Soft and clean with no peculiarities👍 The rice flavor and sweetness spreads out and the freshness and juiciness lingers 🍶🤭🤭😋😋🍶🤭🤭😋.

Unfortunately, the employees at the brewery were unaware of our presence until we approached them, despite the fact that we were visitors. Earlier, in Seiji Rokkaku's Drinking Iron book trip, I remember visiting Kinoshita Sake Brewery for a tasting I had to go there when I traveled to Kyotango 😃. So I went to two breweries. However, I bought a small bottle of Rokkaku Seiji because he said it was too sour when he tasted it. The Honjozo is a classic type, but has a slight sweetness. It has a nice sharpness and no alcohol taste. It's good👍. I'm happy with the first bottle for me👍😋.

When you think of kijoshu, you have an image of sweetness, don't you? With the sense of having drunk Kuroryu's kijoshu before. That's what I thought when I drank it. What do you find? A refreshing sweetness and acidity😅. I guess each brewer designs its own flavor even for kijo sake.
