Purchased at a special store introduced to me by the brewer on my way home from skiing 🎿. It was not sold at the brewery. Very easy to drink🍶, with a juicy sweetness and umami that stands out👍. The acidity in the latter half of the sake is pleasant. Overall, it is a well-balanced sake. 😊

　Ski⛷️ purchased at Kotani, a station on the way home After lunch, I wandered around the store and this caught my eye. Buried in snow for 3 months at the foot of Mt. The ginjo aroma is faintly fragrant, and the pleasant sweetness spreads quickly and smoothly, with no cloying flavors. Delicious 👍 Nagano sake is delicious 😋.

　Crossing the bridge to visit Tomikunishiki We had lunch and enjoyed the sake steamed buns made by the brewery! Freshly made and super delicious 😋! Sparkling sake 🍶. Fine bubbles when poured into a wine glass 🫧. Sweet and carbonated like grapefruit shoes! It was delicious 😋😋😋😋.

　On the way back from a ski ⛷️ trip to Omachi, I stopped by the brewery to get the light nigori I was looking for. Sold out😭 　They only had 300ml bottles of Hatsushibori left, so I bought 3 bottles! 　Soft and clean with no peculiarities👍 The rice flavor and sweetness spreads out and the freshness and juiciness lingers 🍶🤭🤭😋😋🍶🤭🤭😋.

The ginjo aroma is moderate. Mild on the palate, with an elegant sweetness that spreads The beautiful umami is pleasant👍😋. I guess it's thanks to the ice aging. It's so smooth and crisp without any stickiness. All of them are delicious!

Purchased at Kawatake Brewery Moderate aroma Not too much, not too little, just ordinary sake 🍶. Slight sweetness can be detected when the lees are mixed well. Unfortunately, the employees at the brewery were unaware of our presence until we approached them, despite the fact that we were visitors. It is a brewery that is likely to grow in Mie in the future, but it was a little disappointing!

Earlier, in Seiji Rokkaku's Drinking Iron book trip, I remember visiting Kinoshita Sake Brewery for a tasting I had to go there when I traveled to Kyotango 😃. So I went to two breweries. However, I bought a small bottle of Rokkaku Seiji because he said it was too sour when he tasted it. The Honjozo is a classic type, but has a slight sweetness. It has a nice sharpness and no alcohol taste. It's good👍. I'm happy with the first bottle for me👍😋.

When you think of kijoshu, you have an image of sweetness, don't you? With the sense of having drunk Kuroryu's kijoshu before. That's what I thought when I drank it. What do you find? A refreshing sweetness and acidity😅. I guess each brewer designs its own flavor even for kijo sake.

Sawasa Sake Brewery, which I have repeated many times. Anpure Reference 👍👍 Low alcohol at 11 degrees 😄. Sake degree -40 Sake that goes well with any food 🍶. Sweet and sour white wine flavor👍 Currently unknown, but also served at La Mer, a French restaurant at Shima Kanko Hotel 🥂. I would like to try the same kind of sparkling and rosé 😋.

So it is now the Okuhida Sake Brewery (formerly Takagi Sake Brewery)? It is a gift. Beautiful hand-painted rabbit🐰 art bottle🍶. After opening the bottle, the aroma is not much, and the mouthfeel is not so bad. After a couple of days, the taste changes 😭😱 and it's a robust sake 🍶 when drunk at room temperature. 😅 I also had it lukewarm. 😱😭They are robust sake🍶😅 I was a little bit uncomfortable with it. 😵.

It's been a long time since I've been in the Wind Forest🤭. First time in Akitsuho 507, I'm thrilled 😃delighted💓 Shoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong😄 Slightly smells like LaFrance Tingling with a sense of effervescence, behind which you can taste a clear fruitiness and freshness. As the day goes on The fizzy sensation fades into the background, and the flavor softly emerges. The sweetness, umami, and acidity intertwine in a complex way, disappearing beautifully in the back of the throat. Ahhhh, delicious! There is no shortage of Kaze no Mori 👍🤭. Thanks for the food 🙏🙏.

Thank you all for your support over the past year. Last one for this year Senkyoku's Kijoshu I guess this is a comparison with the Kuroryu Kijoshu that I drank before. Kijoshu of Kuroryu was sweet and fruity like a dessert, like drinking a juice 👍. Senkyu is a crisp and refreshing kijoshu with a little sourness. I can say that SENKYO's sake is delicious.

A little bit cool looking sake called Fokon. Purchased at Roadside Station Yonezawa. Actually, we visited the brewery, but unfortunately it was temporarily closed 😭😭😭. The aroma is clean, the acidity is mild, and the taste is smooth as if you were eating silken tofu. It has a very elegant taste. It is said that the rice used for this sake is called "Yuki-Omegami.
