On the way back from Ojinsha ⛩️ (after purchasing the Sanomorosugi cedar), we went straight to Noboru Sake Shop. Second visit to Noboru Sake Brewery, where refrigerators are lined up in a cramped space. I took my time to browse through the items. Kouei Chrysanthemum is a keeper, and as I was making my selection while talking with the owner, he introduced me to a special forest of windmills! Orikagara-mori A must buy for sure👍🤩🤩🤩🤩 It's totally different from the regular Kaze no Mori! I don't know how to describe it, it's orikara but it's clean, elegant and beautiful 🍶. It matched well with the 🍆 and meat gratin and was delicious! Thank you for the drink 😋!

On the way back from visiting Ojin Shrine, I stopped by the Imanishi Sake Brewery to see the various stores. While talking with the store staff, I selected this one What a 👏fruity aroma😃! Just one sip and you can tell it has a lot of potential. I can't get over it! The fruity and delicate sweetness spreads softly and lingers for a long time. And it is crisp and clear! Kanji no sanmorosugi, delicious 👍

Purchased at a special store introduced to me by the brewer on my way home from skiing 🎿. It was not sold at the brewery. Very easy to drink🍶, with a juicy sweetness and umami that stands out👍. The acidity in the latter half of the sake is pleasant. Overall, it is a well-balanced sake. 😊

Sold out😭 　They only had 300ml bottles of Hatsushibori left, so I bought 3 bottles! 　Soft and clean with no peculiarities👍 The rice flavor and sweetness spreads out and the freshness and juiciness lingers 🍶🤭🤭😋😋🍶🤭🤭😋.
