Immediately after opening the bottle, I felt 🤔. The aroma was mild and sharp. After 3 days, the aroma of ginjo 👍 softly fragrant. Soft sweetness and umami are exquisite. The sharpness comes crisp. We served it with eggplant, shiitake mushrooms and minced meat stir-fried with miso. Purchased at Arakawa Sake Shop in Okazaki City.

I told the staff at the store what I liked and they picked it for me. Slowly opened the bottle, the cork was dancing and bubbling 🫧About time 😱! When I poured it into the glass 🥂, there were lots of fine bubbles and a lot of shwash 👍. It has a light, refreshing sweetness, a full-bodied, umami flavor, and a sharp finish that will keep you going for many glasses. I think it tastes similar to Kouei Kiku. Buy it at Sake-no-Hirose

Gensai is rumored to be difficult to obtain. I decided to buy it at least once. It was dark under the lamp. I visited a nearby liquor store for the first time, a small store with only two refrigerators. They had some in stock from last year 👍✌️ lucky 😄😆😁😁. The ginjo aroma was like muscat, and my expectations were high 😋. Fresh acidity and a good sweetness spread out and finish with a bit of bitterness. I had it with 🍢 🍢 🍢 🍢. Delicious! I bought it at Maruchikura.

First time visiting a liquor store. I bought a bottle of ginjo-shu made with black malted rice, wondering what it was like. I found out that it is the same malt used to brew shochu (distilled spirit). The aroma is sweet and fruity with a hint of ginjo 😄. It has a slightly tingling sensation, the delicious taste of rice can be detected, and the refreshing acidity reminds me of apple 🍎. It goes down the throat and is refreshingly clean and crisp. 👍✌️ Purchased at Maruchikura

Purchased because of the additive-free nature of the product. This surprised me: ‼️ At first, the acidity was too strong! What have I done? Saturday, go to Morishita Sake Shop from noon to avoid the crowds. I had wanted to drink "Takachiyo" in Hirakana for a long time! It was a little cloudy with lees in it. Fruity aroma like 🍎? To Gero for Hida beef Wandering around Gero Onsen town on the way home I entered a liquor store and while browsing around, this 👀 caught my eye! A faintly sweet aroma like white peaches 🍑.
