During my trip to Kyushu, I visited Tomikuchiyo Sake Brewery and had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Iimori and taking a picture with Nabeshima, whose picture I purchased at our brewery's gallery. 🙇
Slightly effervescent 🫧.
Softly fragrant ginjo aroma
Rich sweetness with lots of umami
Very beautiful taste
Fades out nicely on the back palate
No unpleasant taste at all👍
Blowout pink🩷 sake🍶 with red yeast.
Alcoholic 10%, you can gobble it up!
5 minutes to open the bottle, just a little bit of bubbly bubbles when you open the cork: 🫧🫧🫧🫧
It's pure rice, so there is almost no aroma.
It's like drinking a sweet and sour 🍓 juice.
Good morning, Eririn 😃.
On the way back from Kyushu trip, I dropped by the brewery and bought it. They said there are only a few distributors in Kyushu and none in Mie 😭. It seems it is mostly mail order.

and the delicious taste of rice.
The sharpness is excellent.
I went shopping during my Golden Week trip.
Wandering around the sake brewery street, I bought a lot of things at tourist sake brewery Hizenya and bought some Hokuto no Ken as a souvenir for my friend.
I 😅, who is a fan of limited edition sake, decided to buy a hi-seasoned or a nama-zake. So I chose the fire-brewed sweet sake.
Why? Why Hi-ire? Because my on-board refrigerator was full.
Sweet and softly wafting ginjo aroma.
From the moment you drink it, the mellow sweetness spreads and escapes into your nose. 😁.
Beautiful acidity tightens the aftertaste, and the sake is well-balanced without reminding you of its -11 sake level 🍶.
Hi Ace, good morning 😃
I bought so many things that won't fit in my cooler box 😫 but I know what you mean about the fireplace 🤗 I know exactly what you mean 😆.
Blowout alert ⚠️ Fearfully opening and closing the stopper, the cage bounces around like 🐇 in the bottle.
The apple-like aroma leaks out of the stopper from time to time.
Finally, it calms down and the bottle is opened!
When you pour it into the glass, it makes a shrieking sound and the aroma of 🍎 drifts into the air.
Excellent refreshing effervescence, crisp sweetness, soft umami, and a fast kick.
Super Dry😊👍
Purchased from Arakawa Sake Shop
Immediately after opening the bottle, I felt 🤔. The aroma was mild and sharp.
After 3 days, the aroma of ginjo 👍 softly fragrant.

The feeling of being gassed out in a puff
Not much aroma.
It has a clean, light and delicious taste.
It has 17% alcohol but it doesn't feel too high. It's a good wine 😊.
Good sharpness👍👍👍👍
I've always wanted to try this brand.
The label is cute too😆.
Smell good, smooth sweetness spreads out, with a slight sourness to tighten up the aftertaste.
Delicious 😋.

3 days and 2 nights skiing in motsuo ⛷️
On the way back, we stopped at a liquor store on the way to Shinano IC.
We made our choice while talking to the owner.
The taste is simple rather than balanced. The taste is simple 😃.
Beautiful sweet and sour taste, then it breaks off and you can taste a bit of bitterness.

Hi Ace, good morning 🐥.
Great skiing in good conditions! Maybe even better than ❄February 🎿😆.
I know it's a long way to ski in Shinshu, but it's nice to be able to buy some good drinks on the way back 😁.
Scent is fruity.
The sweetness and rice flavor spreads mildly, and there is something dusty about it. 😄
The taste is not too much, and it soaks through.
It's a real taste sensation!
I told the staff at the store what I liked and they picked it for me.
Slowly opened the bottle, the cork was dancing and bubbling 🫧About time 😱!
When I poured it into the glass 🥂, there were lots of fine bubbles and a lot of shwash 👍.
It has a light, refreshing sweetness, a full-bodied, umami flavor, and a sharp finish that will keep you going for many glasses.
I think it tastes similar to Kouei Kiku.
Buy it at Sake-no-Hirose
Is it a modest but refreshing fruity aroma🍈 type?
When you pour it into a glass, you can feel the fine bubbles and a sense of fizziness, and the sweetness and moderate acidity spreading lightly.
Very well-balanced👍
It's a bit of an ogled flavor. I just noticed it.
It's been a long time since I've had a Jikin.
You've been in the fridge for a long time, so it's about time.
Yay👍open it 👍😆😆😆
The fresh aroma of 🍈 and 🍍 type aroma is soft, the rice flavor and acidity are well balanced, and the sweetness is also well balanced.

Gensai is rumored to be difficult to obtain.
I decided to buy it at least once.
It was dark under the lamp.
I visited a nearby liquor store for the first time, a small store with only two refrigerators. They had some in stock from last year 👍✌️ lucky 😄😆😁😁.
The ginjo aroma was like muscat, and my expectations were high 😋.
Fresh acidity and a good sweetness spread out and finish with a bit of bitterness.
I had it with 🍢 🍢 🍢 🍢.
Delicious!
I bought it at Maruchikura.
First time visiting a liquor store.
I bought a bottle of ginjo-shu made with black malted rice, wondering what it was like.
I found out that it is the same malt used to brew shochu (distilled spirit).
The aroma is sweet and fruity with a hint of ginjo 😄.
It has a slightly tingling sensation, the delicious taste of rice can be detected, and the refreshing acidity reminds me of apple 🍎.
It goes down the throat and is refreshingly clean and crisp. 👍✌️
