Drove to Hakui, Ishikawa Prefecture. On the way home, I happened to find a local liquor store. There was a line of No. 4 bottles and 1 square bottle in the fridge. 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 Of course, I bought the No. 4 bottle at the regular price. Open the bottle The aroma is like bananas! The sweetness spreads softly throughout the mouth, and the transparency or beauty of the sake is wonderful. Hats off to Junmai for this quality! It's so good! The sharpness is very pleasant 🤗🤭🤭. I might try it lukewarm as well.

It's a bit far from Mie to Kumamoto to go shopping at Hana-no-Kou Sake Brewery! The bottle was opened with a pop! Fine bubbles when poured into a glass. Driving to Hakui, Ishikawa 🛣️ I found a liquor store and went in. Since I was in Ishikawa Prefecture, I decided to support the brewery by buying some sake from the recovery effort. I also got a bottle of Katsikoma 😋. 👍 The aroma is mild. The delicious taste of rice spreads out little by little, and then it passes through the nose. The slight sourness and a bit of bitterness is a nice accent.

During my trip to Kyushu, I visited Tomikuchiyo Sake Brewery and had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Iimori and taking a picture with Nabeshima, whose picture I purchased at our brewery's gallery. 🙇 Slightly effervescent 🫧. I went shopping during my Golden Week trip. Wandering around the sake brewery street, I bought a lot of things at tourist sake brewery Hizenya and bought some Hokuto no Ken as a souvenir for my friend. I 😅, who is a fan of limited edition sake, decided to buy a hi-seasoned or a nama-zake. So I chose the fire-brewed sweet sake. Why? Why Hi-ire? Because my on-board refrigerator was full. Sweet and softly wafting ginjo aroma. From the moment you drink it, the mellow sweetness spreads and escapes into your nose. 😁. Beautiful acidity tightens the aftertaste, and the sake is well-balanced without reminding you of its -11 sake level 🍶.

Blowout alert ⚠️ Fearfully opening and closing the stopper, the cage bounces around like 🐇 in the bottle. The apple-like aroma leaks out of the stopper from time to time. Finally, it calms down and the bottle is opened! When you pour it into the glass, it makes a shrieking sound and the aroma of 🍎 drifts into the air.
