w black/ta/river We had a big company event the week before, I was tired this week🥴🥴. We went to a small restaurant in Ningyocho for a quiet dinner 😁. We were told that Kue (Kue fish) was in the market, so we had "Saku" with seared fish as a side dish. The strength of the flavor was as good as the rich snacks ❗ I guess I'll just enjoy this today 😅.

#Ningyocho# Sake/river We will have our first "Tagaji" for the last time today. Delicious acidity, good sharpness and freshness, The round umami flavor is expanding in a flash, The lingering aftertaste is like a gradual disappearance 😅. I would like to drink more, but that's all for today 😭

日本酒利き歩き。純米大吟醸のお米違い飲み比べ。短棹渡船 たんかんわたりぶね と、雄町、山田錦。短棹渡船は初めてですが素晴らしく美味しい！
