#Ningyocho# Sake/river We will have our first "Tagaji" for the last time today. Delicious acidity, good sharpness and freshness, The round umami flavor is expanding in a flash, The lingering aftertaste is like a gradual disappearance 😅. I would like to drink more, but that's all for today 😭

#Ningyocho# Sake/river We had a meeting for work and had a drink at this restaurant. We started with a hiyaoroshi of Ishikawa "Sogen" 😆. The sake was delicious and sour with a touch of spiciness. The meal and conversation were lively 😁.
