Business trip to Sendai 🚅.
It's out of season, but I went into a restaurant where you can get the famous Seri nabe 😅.
I'm glad that all the izakaya in Sendai have a good selection of Sake 😁.
We started with "Nanbu Bijin" from Iwate.
The aroma is subdued, and the flavor is refreshing with a refreshing acidity.
When you put it in your mouth, despite the aroma, you will be surprised by the fruity and dense sweetness and sourness.
The sweetness and acidity spread in the mouth gradually.
It is juicy and very drinkable.
