It's been a while since I've had my No. 6 - 😊 a bit overdue 😅They explained that a direct pass is a direct pumping kind of thing. I see it also has a serial number tag. It's something to get excited about: ⤴️ I got Shinsei No.6 Direct Path. The aroma is a stable Shinsei aroma 😊Oh yes, this aroma is so nice! When you put it in your mouth, the moderate sweetness is quickly followed by a strong acidity, and then it finishes cleanly with a slight bubbling sensation in the middle part of the mouth. Mmmm, delicious ❗❗❗ The fruity, sweet and sour taste and sharpness characteristic of Shinmasa are great 👍 I forgot to put the brand name in my earlier review, so I deleted it and retyped it! Sorry!

I had a bottle of Fudo Naokumi-New Sake Shiboritate Junmai Ginjo Nama-no-Harazake. It has been 5 months since I bought it, and I could tell when I opened the bottle that the fizziness I was expecting was gone 😢. The aroma is very fruity, like apples, and smells very gorgeous 😊Ohhhh.... Very nice aroma 😊⤴️ In the mouth, the juicy sweetness fills the mouth, then a strong astringency comes out towards the end, and the lingering taste disappears with a zing 😊. It's so sweet and juicy! Just as it should be ❤Fudo❗ I was surprised to see how much of the schwarziness was gone after almost half a year, but I can still taste the flavor and it's totally delicious 😊. I just wish I could taste the added schwarziness.... Next time, I will open the bottle immediately! I promised myself to open the bottle immediately next time!

I had had it at a store before, but this was my first time to get Shinshu Kamerei! There is a distributor near where I do business, and I happened to be in the neighborhood when I saw the information about the new shipment, so I snuck out while I was at work, lol. I had a bottle of Shinshu Kamerei Hitogokochi Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu. The aroma is fruity, like apples, and it fills the glass. Mmmm, nice aroma 😊. On the palate, the robust umami and sweetness of the rice is quickly overwhelmed by a slight acidity and a tangy, slightly bubbly sensation in the mid-palate, and then it finishes cleanly. This is delicious! The reason it is so refreshing despite its strong umami is because it has a good balance of umami sweetness, acidity, and piquancy❗. We finally got our hands on a bottle of Shinshu Kamerei, so our expectations were high, but the taste exceeded our expectations. ⤴️ Shinshu Kamerei is now hard to find, but I can understand why it is so popular 😊.

I bought it before last winter and was hesitant to drink it, but to my surprise I let it sit until before GW (lol). I had a bottle of Akabu Junmai Ginjo NEWBORN. The aroma on the nose is still fruity, like apples 😊I love this aroma ❤. When I put it in my mouth, the juicy, delicious sweetness fills my mouth👍. This is delicious! I remember when I drank it last term, it was a bit more bubbly and fresh, but 、、、、 time has passed and it might already be in the mature stage lol. But the flavor is rich and mild on the palate. This is seriously delicious ✌! The other day, a liquor store posted that Sake Mirai in Akabu had sold it, and when I went there that same evening, they said it was sold out. Akabu's popularity must be scary~(@_@) I don't think I'll be able to drink Sake Mirai again this year 😢.

It's been a long time since I've been to Kido 😊. We had a bottle of Kido Junmai Ginjo-shu Nigori Sake Nama. When I drank it before, it was automatically stirred as soon as the bottle was opened, but this time it was opened quietly. But when I poured it into the glass, it was full of shwash 👍. The aroma is sweet, fresh, and lactic acidic. In the mouth, it is tangy and makes you think it is dry for a moment, but then there is a slight sweetness and a slight bitterness, and the tanginess remains, leaving a long refreshing aftertaste. Yes, it's delicious! I'm copying my own review from when I drank it before, but it tastes good, so it's okay~ lol.

The first peach heaven 🎵. I had a bottle of Amami Junmai Ginjyo Mild Nigori Nama-zake. There is a slight lees at the bottom of the bottle. When I opened the bottle, I heard a pshoo sound as if carbonation was going out, and when I poured it into a glass, there were bubbles all over the bottle! This is very exciting~ ⤴️⤴️ The aroma of ginjo, with a hint of sourness and sweetness, wafts out of the glass. In the mouth, a refreshing sweetness and acidity fills the mouth, and then quickly fades away with a slight tingling sensation from the slight bubbles. This is delicious! It has a good balance of sweetness and acidity, and a shwashiness that I really like ❤. No wonder this is so popular!

This sake was brought to me the other day when I went out for drinks with friends. We had a bottle of Tengu Mai Old Sake Junmai Daiginjo. The color of the sake is much yellowish. It is indeed an old sake 😊. The aroma is mild. When served cold in the mouth, it is sweet for a moment and then turns dry and zingy. Oh, I think I like it a lot 😊. The dryness comes from the mellow, matured mouthfeel. Old sake is good too! The entrée was local raw shirasu (baby sardines) 🐟, which went well with the sake and was really delicious 😊. Perhaps due to the mild winter we've had this year, we've had a good catch since the end of the March fishing ban, and it's been on heavy rotation as a sake entrée✌.

This is the one I was brought to a recent drinking party with friends. We had a bottle of Suwaizumi Peng Junmai Daiginjo Gold. My friend who likes dry sake recommended this one 😊. The aroma is mild. The taste is clear and refreshing in the mouth, but the mellowness and dryness start to come out in the middle of the taste. It gives you a great sense that you are drinking sake 😊. The entrée is beef tendon stew. It really goes well with this 👍.

Then the other one 😊. We had the Bikiken Junmai Daiginjo Nama Sake. This one has a slightly more fruity aroma than the Kohzan. The taste is also medium dry and has a sake-like flavor. Personally, I did not like the taste of this sake, but we all enjoyed drinking it, so it was all OK 👌.

Yesterday, I had a party at my house with my friends, and they brought this set of two bottles of sake, which are very cool blue bottles. I had a bottle of Kohzan Junmai Daiginjo Nama Sake. The aroma of this sake is very gentle. In the mouth, it is dry, umami, and quite dry. Especially at the end, there is a strong sake-like flavor, and the dryness lingers. It is classified as a mellow dry sake. It was a taste that I don't usually drink, so it was fresh 🎵.

It has been a long time since Hirotogawa Special Junmai ✌. The aroma is gentle with a hint of sweetness. In the mouth, it has a melon-like overtone, with a clear, watery mouthfeel in the beginning, followed by the spread of the umami of the rice, and a dry, refreshing finish. It's delicious! It's really good! Today's entrée was sashimi, and it was a perfect strike ⚾, a perfect match for a mealtime sake 🎵. As expected of Hirotogawa, it is delicious 😊.

Then we'll open up the love mountain too😊. We had the Akabu Junmai Ginjo Aizan NEW BORN. The aroma is sweet like ripe apples, and it fills the glass. Mmmm, too good to be true😍. In the mouth, mellow sweetness and umami rush in, and while you can feel the tingling sensation of the microbubbles, the slight acidity and astringency make for a refreshing aftertaste. U~~~~~~n, this is delicious! Deliciously sweet & fruity & juicy🍎🍇. Compared to the Omachi we drank the other day, it is more fruity, elegant, sweet and delicious, with less bitterness and a refreshing taste. I can't say enough about the NEW BORN series, no matter what you drink, it is seriously delicious👍!

We received Akabu Junmai Ginjo Omachi NEW BORN. This year again, I could not get the Yamadanishiki NEW BORN, but I managed to get the Yumachi and Aizan! I will start with the OMACHI first 😊. The aroma is a sweet ginjo aroma that wafts into the glass. Mmmm, nice aroma ❤. In the mouth, the rich umami and sweetness fills the mouth, with a slight astringency towards the end, and then it finishes with a zing. It's delicious 🎵. The Omachi is the only one that has a strong umami and sweetness 👍After all, NEW BORN is delicious no matter what you drink 😍.

I'm a little late to the party, but I was able to get the Hirotogawa nigori again this season 🎉. We had a bottle of Hirotogawa Junmai Nigori Nama Sake. After opening the bottle, I poured out the supernatant and set the bottle down, and it was automatically stirred after all😊. So we started with the supernatant 🎶. The aroma is mild but fruity with a hint of sourness like young melon or muscat. In the mouth, you can feel the muscat-like aroma that comes out more strongly, while the moderate sweetness and firm umami rush in, and the wine breaks off cleanly with a sense of effervescence. It is delicious! Next, it was mixed with lees. The lactic acidity increases the umami and sweetness, but the bubbly feeling is still present, so the refreshing feeling is maintained. Yummmm, yummy! Hirotogawa nigori is really good! It is a bottle that I definitely want to drink again next season ❗

I always bought it every year, but it's been a long time since I bought it last year💦. We had the Hououmida Hatsu Shibori Unfiltered Hon Nama Junmai Ginjo-shu Nama-shu. The nose has a very gorgeous fragrance with a sweet, muscat-like ginjo aroma. In the mouth, the mellow sweetness rushes into the palate, and then it smoothly breaks off with a hint of bitterness that appears towards the end of the bottle. It is still delicious! I really love the aroma and the deliciously sweet and juicy flavor ❤I'm so glad I bought a bottle 🎉🎉. It is fresher than other brands of Houou Mita and has a clean aftertaste, so I can drink it easily 👍I found myself halfway through it...I wonder if I can go to work tomorrow lol.

I bought it last year but found it lying in the back of the cellar 😊I had to drink it as soon as possible and opened it today 🎵. We had the Sohno-Kangiku Denshogiku Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki 50 Unfiltered Nama-shu. The nose is a sweet ginjo-shu that fills the glass. I love the aroma of Kangiku ❤. In the mouth, a thick sweetness rushes in, followed by acidity and a slight astringency, while the lingering taste of sweetness lingers on the tongue. It is delicious! The aroma is more fruity in the mouth 🎶. Good balance of umam sweetness, acidity, and astringency👍. This is the first time I've had this Denshikiku, but it's muuuch to my liking 😊. You can't go wrong with Kanjiku 🎵.

We received a bottle of Chiebijin Ura-Chiebijin Junmai Ginjo-shu. The nose has a sweet, muscat-like ginjo aroma with a gorgeous fragrance. In the mouth, a strong sweetness fills the mouth and finishes nicely with a slight astringency at the end. This is delicious! This is the first time I've had Urachibijin, and it's just so sweet and juicy 🎵I love it so much👍. I haven't had it yet, but I'm sure there are many sakes that I prefer myself!

Last month at a liquor store I sometimes go to, there were empty bottles in the showcase, so I asked the staff and they said they still had them 😊I got them immediately of course👍. I had a bottle of Tasake Junmai Ginjo Nama Usu Nigori (light nigori). First of all, it was served without lees. The aroma is a young melon-like ginjo aroma with a hint of sweetness and acidity. In the mouth, the aroma is fresh and fruity, with a hint of sweetness and a slight acidity. Next, it is mixed with lees. The silky texture and umami taste is increased 🎵. Mmmm, delicious! Speaking of tasyu, it gives the impression of being juicy and sweet, but this light nigori has a dry aftertaste from the umami sweetness felt at the entrance. It is a bottle that goes well with any food..................................really delicious ❗

I know it's a bit past, but February 2nd is my sakewa registration day😊It's been 4 years since I got hooked on the sake swamp! (My 380th). On such an anniversary, I thought I'd open something I don't usually open, so I'm opening a bottle of Colors' best Ash! The bottle is black and the label is printed in iridescent colors. It reminds me of the rare stickers of Bikkuriman chocolates that I used to collect as a child. I had a bottle of Niimasa Suiboku (Ash) 2021, a junmai made from pure rice in a wooden vat. The aroma is typical of Shinmasa, but it is stronger than usual colors, and has a green apple-like fruity flavor. In the mouth, a refreshing sweetness spreads over the palate with a hint of green apple, followed by a touch of astringency like after eating citrus fruits, and then it finishes cleanly and smoothly. It is delicious! Seriously delicious! It is beyond the boundaries of sake after all 🎵. The overall taste is sweet and sour, but while it is more astringent than the other colors, it has no sake flavor at all, and is full of a sense of transparency ❗❗ The regular price of Niimasa has gone up recently, but if I come across it again, I'll definitely get it👍!

Nabeshima Junmai Ginjo Purple Label Yamadanishiki Nama Sake was served. It has a gorgeous muscat aroma, a deliciously sweet and juicy flavor, and a tangy, slightly effervescent feel on the tongue with a lingering finish. It is really delicious! I drank it last year, and it's still good no matter how many times I drink it👍.
