It's finally the season for new sake 🎵 It's the perfect season for Sake lovers 🎶! First of all, I'm going to open the one I drink every year! We had Akabu Junmai Sake NEWBORN. The aroma is very fragrant, with a muscat-like aroma. In the mouth, the fruity sweetness fills the palate, and then slowly fades away with a slight astringency that shows up towards the end. It's delicious! I know this is the same comment as last year, but it really is delicious 😊The NEWBORN series is just too good✌. My favorite liquor store finally put a limit on one bottle. I can't blame them if it's so popular, but I just hope it doesn't get any harder to find 🙏.

I found one that had been sitting in the back of the fridge! To solve the fridge problem, I opened the bottle quickly ✌. We had a bottle of Shichiken Junmai Akkatsu Nigori. The nose has a sweet aroma reminiscent of apples. In the mouth, a moderate sweetness and lactic acidity rush into the mouth, with a lingering aftertaste that finishes with a slight effervescence. Yes, it's delicious! For details of the review, please refer to the previous issue. Some time has passed, but it tastes solid 👍. I can't stop getting excited about the many nigori sakes that will be coming out in the spring 🎶.

We had a bottle of Yokoyama SILVER7 Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Unrefined Nama Sake. I drink it every year ❗Yokoyama SILVER7 I made sure to get it this year too 😊. The aroma is mellow, like muscat, and it fills the glass. Hmmm, it still has a nice aroma❤. When you put it in your mouth, the umami sweetness spreads all over your mouth with a strong grape-like aroma, and it finishes off nicely with a slight astringency and a slight bubbly feeling that comes out towards the end. It is delicious! It can be enjoyed either on its own or as a mealtime drink 😊In case you are wondering, today's entrée is sashimi of flounder and bonito 🐟. But the Yokoyama SILVER7 is always excellent 👍! The new sake season is about to begin! The fridge is already too full 😢.

I've been working Saturday and Sunday this week, so I'm in the mood for a good Sunday night drink too 💪. So I'm going to open a cold chrysanthemum, although I've been buying a lot of them lately 😊. I got Sono Shangiku Monochrome Junmai Daiginjo Yamashu No.4 50 Unfiltered Nama-shu. I knew it, Kangiku has a long name lol. The aroma is a very gorgeous ginjo aroma with a hint of sweetness. The mellow aroma that is typical of Kangiku is irresistible 😊. When you put it in your mouth, it is juicy and sweet ❗After that, you will feel a light acid bitterness from the slight bubbles, and it will finish cleanly. It's a delicious chrysanthemum 🎶, and while it's hearty, it's also refreshing, so it can be enjoyed on its own, but today I'm going to try it with sashimi 😁. We also stocked up on Denshogiku today, but our fridge is overflowing before the new sake season 💦.

It's getting very cool in the mornings and evenings and starting to feel more like fall 🍁. So it's time to open a bottle of autumn sake 😊. I had the Akabu Amber Junmai Ginjo. The aroma is not flashy for an Akabu sake, but rather gentle, with a fruity ginjo aroma. In the mouth, the full-bodied flavor of hiyaoroshi quickly rushes in, and it finishes with a gentle sweetness and a slight acidity. It is delicious! While the umami is rich, the sweetness is smooth, so overall it is like a gentle hiyaoroshi. The low alcohol content makes it very easy to drink👍. It's perfect for drinking slowly on a long autumn night 🎵. Today's local fireworks display 🎆 lasted only about 20 minutes, but a lot of people came to watch 👏.

I had a corona the other day and had a taste disorder so I didn't drink, but now that I can finally taste it, I'm drinking for the first time in a long time 😊. I had a bottle of Sono Kangiku Blue Sapphire2023 [Discovery Series] light nigori unfiltered raw sake Yamadanishiki x Gohyakumangoku Junmai Daiginjo. The name is very long. The aroma is mellow and apple-like in the glass. In the mouth, a strong sweetness rushes in, and from the mid-palate, a slight astringency and a tangy feeling from the slight bubbles appear, and it finishes cleanly. It is really sweet and juicy! It is really sweet and juicy ❤The aroma coming out of the nose is also full of fruity flavor 👍. As expected of Kangiku❗Everything is delicious! It's been a while since I've had sake, so I'm really excited about it. ⤴️ I felt again that the most important thing is not to get sick and to be able to drink sake in good health!

I've already seen a few fall sake, but we still have summer sake 😝. We had a bottle of Akabu Jade Junmai Ginjo. The aroma is fruity, like muscat, and fills the glass 😊. In the mouth, a moderate sweetness and some acidity rush in, with a slight bitterness towards the end and a refreshing finish. It's delicious! It may be the low alcohol content, but it has a good balance of sweet, sour, and bitter flavors and is easy to drink 🎵. Akabu seems to be releasing a variety of seasonal sake this year. I'll have to try to catch up 💦.

We received Koshi Junmai Daiginjyo Natsu Ryoju. The nose has a refreshing aroma of sweet muscat-like ginjo aroma. On the palate, the aroma of muscat? Apple? The fruity aroma of muscat? It is delicious! The overall impression is summery and refreshing, and perhaps because the sweetness is kept down, there is no bitterness at the end. It is refreshing, fruity, and easy to drink even in summer. It is hard to drink sake in the lingering summer heat when your body is tired from the heat! But it was the right decision to open this one ✌.

I was about to reach my limit, so I finally decided to go with chrysanthemum. We had Sono Shangiku OCEAN99 Aomi - Summer Sea - Unfiltered Nama-shu. The aroma was the strongest and most fruity of all the sake I drank today. In the mouth, as stated on the label, the apple-like aroma and firm sweetness filled the mouth, and it ended with a slight acidity. It is delicious! As expected of Kangiku ❗It is sweet and juicy 🍎. It was the most popular of the four bottles we drank today 😊. My friend said, "I learned a lot from the variety of sake. I hope the Sake promotion activity goes well 😅

Following the other day, I'm going to open a snocre too ✌. We had a bottle of Koei Kiku SNOW CRESCENT Unfiltered Nama Shuyu Yuyamanishiki. As with the previous Snoqualmie, there was a nice popping sound when I opened the bottle, and bubbles started to rise 🎵 Mmmm, I'm excited ❗. The standing aroma is a lactic acidic ginjo aroma wafting in the glass. In the mouth, a nice sweetness and a shwashiness spreads throughout the mouth with a hint of muscat-like aroma, and towards the end, a lactic acid-like taste and a grefle-like bitterness appear, and it finishes cleanly. Mmmm, delicious! I like the balance of sweet and bitter schwashuwa 👍Schwashuwa sake on a hot day is the best 😊.

It's been a long time since I've been honored chrysanthemum❤. We had Koei-Kiku Twilight Orange Unfiltered Nama Sake. The nose is softly fragrant with a refreshing sweet citrus aroma. In the mouth, strong acidity and sweetness fill the mouth, and the tangy gasiness and bitterness that emerges in the middle part of the bottle cut through nicely. Yes, it's delicious! The balance of sweetness, sourness, and bitterness is exquisite, and it's really easy to drink 🎵. As expected of Koei Chrysanthemum, it is really delicious ❗

I received Senkori Organic Natur 2023 ZERO:nigori. I drank it the year before last and enjoyed it, so this is a repeat 🎵. The aroma is like muscat with a hint of lactic acidity. Yes, it smells great 😊. First, without lees. It has a slight sweetness, but it is cut off by the acidity and strong gassiness that is typical of Senkyoku. Delicious! Next, the wine was mixed with the lees. The amount of lees makes it difficult to mix 💦! Yes, yes, this is delicious! However, since it is Senkyori, it is generally very clean and tidy ❗ Today is the day of the Ox, so I'm serving it with Unagi (eel), and it goes great with the sweet flavor of the Unagi and the fat that is washed away by the Sentori ✌.

Today the temperature in my hometown rose to 34 degrees Celsius. In Tokyo, it's 38 degrees Celsius or so...it's already too hot. So, I'm going to open a cold chrysanthemum in search of shwashuwa~🎵. We had a bottle of Sono Shangiku TrueRed2023 Junmai Daiginjo/ Omachi 50 Orikigarami Unfiltered Nama Sake. When the bottle was opened, there was a very nice popping sound and a sweet aroma wafting through the air 😊It's already sure to be delicious 🎵. The standing aroma is the same as the white, with a very gorgeous apple-like sweet ginjo aroma. In the mouth, the apple-like sweetness fills the entire mouth, but it is cut off with a strong, shwashy sensation. This is delicious ❗❗❗ It is truly a "sweet and delicious schwah~" 👍👍👍. The white was also delicious, but with today's temperature, the one with the shuwa shuwa feeling is just too good 😊. Of course, it is also good when mixed with lees! This one is a bottle, so I'd like to drink it slowly, but I have to finish it before the schwash is gone (lol).

I had just had it last month and couldn't get over the strong schwag feeling, so I immediately went back for more 😊. We had a bottle of Fudo Yashikogane, Polishing 80, Junmai Nama Nama Sake. Last time the lid just flew off, but this time it spilled quite a bit 😢It must have been sitting for a few days after I bought it, but it's too healthy 💦. My impression of the drink is the same as last time! It's delicious ✌! On a hot day, I can't get enough of the shwashy stuff 😊.

My favorite liquor store has started to stock chrysanthemums, so we are getting more chrysanthemums here and there 😊. First TrueWhite! We had the Sono Shangiku TrueWhite2023 Junmai Daiginjo/ Omachi 50 Unfiltered Nama Sake. The standing aroma is very gorgeous, with a sweet apple-like ginjo aroma. Mmmm, this, this, this aroma 🎵. In the mouth, a strong sweetness fills the mouth with a fruity overtone, but the sweetness becomes refreshing towards the end, and it wears off nicely and smoothly. This is delicious! The aroma and taste are both to my liking❤The strong aroma is typical of Kangiku, and the rough sweetness is typical of Omachi, but it finishes clean and refreshing. Thanks to my favorite liquor store for starting to carry Kangiku ❗❗ I also bought a bottle of Red and I'm looking forward to drinking it 😊.

It is still delicious! ↑↑upupupupup This is a review from last year, but I still had the same impression 🎵 Yeah, yeah, it's still delicious even when fire-roasted! Last year's entrée was local fresh baby sardines, but this year it was scallops & bonito sashimi. After all, when you've been reviewing for a few years, you tend to end up with more of the brands you drank last year 😊. But I guess it can't be helped because it tastes so good!

I really wanted to drink it after reading your review, so I popped it in 😊. I got a bottle of Fudo Yakogane, Polishing 80 Junmai Nama Nama Sake. The review said to be careful when opening the bottle, so I slowly turned the aluminum foil around the lid while holding it down, and at the last minute the cork inside blew out (lol), even though I was careful! Damage to the ceiling again! And it started to stir lightly and automatically, so I hurriedly inserted the corkscrew lying on the floor 😊. The standing aroma is like young melon and grapes with a hint of sourness. In the mouth, the fruity aroma like grapes and the strong fizzy feeling of bubbles, along with the firm umami and acidity, spread out and cut off clearly. It is delicious! The aroma and taste are lactic acidic, and the flavor is delicious 👍It is really oicy even though it is low-polished rice! I immediately bought another bottle 😊. I recommend it for hot summer days 🎵
