A few days before my birthday, a friend of mine gave me this sake.
I received a bottle of Hana-no-Mai Junmai Sake.
The aroma was mild, but it had a classical light and dry aroma similar to that of Kubota's Senju.
In the mouth, the label on the back of the bottle says it has a light, dry taste position, but it has a strong rice flavor and finishes with a dry taste.
It was delicious!
This was my first time to drink Hana-no-Mai, and it was a perfect bottle for a mid-meal drink, with its umami and dry taste.
Mmmm, this kind of sake really goes well with sashimi 😊😊😊.
