We received a bottle of Nabeshima Aizan Junmai Ginjo.
Nabeshima Aiyama is known for its jun-dai, but this was the first jun-gin they brewed. Of course we bought it in a bottle 😊.
The standing aroma is a sweet ginjo aroma that fills the glass. Yes, it smells good❤.
In the mouth, the elegant sweetness spreads in the beginning, and the acidity in the middle part of the bottle finishes nicely with a slight bubbly chilli feeling.
Mmmm, delicious!
I compare it to the Jun Dai Aizan, but overall it is lighter and has a good balance of sweetness and acidity 👍The berry aroma comes through the nose 😊It was a different taste from the Jun Dai Aizan. ⤴️
