This is the first sake brought by my friends at yesterday's drinking party.
We had a bottle of "Kunmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki" by Kuheiji human, a sake brewer.
The aroma was sweet with a hint of ginjo aroma.
It has a strong umami flavor, but the finish is smooth and clean👍.
As expected of a Junmai Daiginjo from Kuheiji! It was gone in no time!
