It's been so hot lately that I don't really care for sake, but this one somehow caught my eye in the stock 😊.
We had a bottle of Sono Kangiku Junmai Daiginjyo Nagi-Spring Misty-Usu nigori Un-filtered Nama-shu.
When I opened the bottle, it bubbled like a sparkling wine and stirred the sedimented lees moderately.
Oh, I didn't know it had such a strong bubbling sensation 😊.
The aroma was sweet and fruity, like muscat, rising from the glass in a very gorgeous way. Yeah, it smells so good 😊.
When you put it in your mouth, the delicious sweetness with muscat-like aroma is surging in your mouth, and the aftertaste is clean and crisp with a fizzy feeling.
This is delicious!
The fizziness is very summery and makes it easy to drink 👍It's just so deliciously sweet and juicy 🎉🎉.
But it doesn't look like the "Nagi" in the title of the sake, lol.
