This is the one I buy every year! I got it again this year without a hitch! I got Hououmida Hatsu Shibori Unfiltered Hon Nama Junmai Ginjo-shu Nama-shu. The aroma is very fruity like muscat, which is typical of Hououmida, and the ginjo aroma is very vibrant 🎵. In the mouth, the mellow sweetness fills the mouth, and then it quickly breaks off with the bitterness that comes out towards the end of the bottle. It's delicious! I look forward to this one every year❗❗❗ This year, too, it is well finished 👍👍. I'm looking forward to the taste change since it is a bottle 😊.

We received Mimuro Sugi Romain series Hana-kun Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-gunshu ORIGARUMI. It is a spring sake after all these years. Last year, I shook the bottle while carrying it around before opening, and about a quarter of the bottle came out when I opened it! However, as soon as the outer aluminum cover was removed, the lid flew off and about 20 cm of sake blew up. About 4 bottles flowed out, wreaking havoc on the table and the floor 😢. The taste is like last year's, highly carbonated, almost sparkling 😊. The taste is like a sparkling wine 😊 The aftertaste is sweet and tasty with a strong fizz and a tangy finish! Really, it's delicious! I'm sure I'll buy it again next year, so if you know how to open Hana Kyun well, please let me know 🙏!

We received a bottle of Kame no Kai Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu Yellow Label. The standing aroma is a very gorgeous ginjo aroma with a hint of sweetness. The aroma is fruity and pineapple-like. In the mouth, the dark, sweet flavor pushes in quickly, with astringent bitterness at the end and a lingering aftertaste that finishes with a zing. This is delicious! It is truly juicy and sweet! But there are no corners to the umami sweetness, and it is very mild. This was my first yellow label and I'm glad I got a bottle 😊. I highly recommend it to anyone who likes sweet and juicy 😊.

After two years, Kame no Kai Yuhyake Koyake! I had a bottle of Kame no Kai Yuyake Koyake Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki. The nose has a gorgeous muscat-like ginjo aroma. In the mouth, the sweetness and umami fill the mouth, but the astringency starts to show in the middle part, and the taste changes to a dry one in the last part, and it finishes cleanly. It is delicious! For a moment I thought it was a sweet wine, but at the end it was dry, and I could enjoy the change like the autumn sky 👍.

The fourth cup was made of instrumental Masamune 😊. Fruity aroma, gentle sweet taste 👍and this cosy even if you drink it in a restaurant! My friend who drank the first glass of Gakki Masamune loved it so much, it was Gakki for the rest of the day~ lol!

First time in a long time to have a drink with friends from college. We went to the second sake costing bar 😊🍶. Chose Hana-yosu for the first drink. It has a gorgeous aroma of pineapple, which is typical of Hanahayo, and a firm, deliciously sweet, juicy flavor👍. Mmmm, delicious 😊.

We had a bottle of Niimasa Viridian 2021 Namahashime Kioku Junmai. It has been a long time since I have had a Viridian 😊. The aroma is like muscat with a hint of sweetness typical of Shinmasa. In the mouth, it has a refreshing sweetness and moderate acidity, with a voluminous umami in the mid-palate, which quickly fades away. It is still delicious! The unique aroma, sweetness, and acidity of Niimasa can be tasted even more strongly in this bottle 😊. I want to drink it again 👍

It's been a while since I've had sake. While it was too hot to drink, there it was, this! I had a bottle of Bakuren Super Dry Ginjo Kurobakuren Namaishu. The aroma was fruity and gentle, just as the name "ginjo" implies. In the mouth, the fragrance has a hint of muscat, and the umami of the rice rushes in, finishing with a dry taste. This is delicious! Although it is called super dry, it is fruity and has a strong umami flavor, making it a seriously good bottle! It was perfect for a hot summer day.

It's been so hot lately that I don't really care for sake, but this one somehow caught my eye in the stock 😊. We had a bottle of Sono Kangiku Junmai Daiginjyo Nagi-Spring Misty-Usu nigori Un-filtered Nama-shu. When I opened the bottle, it bubbled like a sparkling wine and stirred the sedimented lees moderately. Oh, I didn't know it had such a strong bubbling sensation 😊. The aroma was sweet and fruity, like muscat, rising from the glass in a very gorgeous way. Yeah, it smells so good 😊. When you put it in your mouth, the delicious sweetness with muscat-like aroma is surging in your mouth, and the aftertaste is clean and crisp with a fizzy feeling. This is delicious! The fizziness is very summery and makes it easy to drink 👍It's just so deliciously sweet and juicy 🎉🎉. But it doesn't look like the "Nagi" in the title of the sake, lol.

This is Sosa. We had TAMAGAKU Junmai Hoshizora Nigori. This is also a summer sake. The aroma is mild, and the mouthfeel is smooth for a heavy nigori 😊. It also tasted good with a meal👍.

This is the first sake brought by my friends at yesterday's drinking party. We had a bottle of "Kunmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki" by Kuheiji human, a sake brewer. The aroma was sweet with a hint of ginjo aroma. It has a strong umami flavor, but the finish is smooth and clean👍. As expected of a Junmai Daiginjo from Kuheiji! It was gone in no time!

Yesterday we had a drink at my house with friends. So, I put it to bed for a while, but I opened a sparring session to cheer up the party 😊. We had a bottle of Akabu SPARKING GALAXY! My friend opened it for me out of consideration, but of course it blew up in my guts and everyone around me was a wreck lol. When we poured it into the glass, there was a good amount of shwash and ooze 😊. The nose has a lactic and grapefruit-like bitter acidity. In the mouth, refreshing sweetness and acidity fill the palate, and the wine finishes with a refreshingly crisp finish along with a gutsy shuwash. This is delicious! This was my first sparring with Akabu, and it was unquestionably delicious 😊!

We received a bottle of Sono Kangiku Junmai Daiginjo Aizan 50 Red Diamond, a super-limited, unfiltered, raw sake. We had it last year and enjoyed it so much that we are repeating it this year. The aroma is mellow, like ripe apples, and fills the glass. In the mouth, a gentle sweetness that is typical of Aizan fills the entire mouth, and the wine finishes with a slight bubbling sensation. It is delicious! It's so deliciously sweet and juicy 😁 but with a nice, refreshing finish 🎵. Today's entrée is Tori Sashimi brought from Kagoshima 🐔 Sake and entrée 🐔 ❗Now there's nothing more to say 👍

We received a bottle of Shinmasa Yonotori Kojo-shu. The aroma is gentle and alcoholic, typical of Shinmasa. In the mouth, a strong sweetness like apricot and a refreshing acidity fill the mouth, with a lingering aftertaste that quickly fades away. Mmmm, delicious! I haven't had Yonotori for a long time, in fact, I bought it about 2 years ago and it had been sitting in the fridge lol. I couldn't help but say "Yum!

A few days before my birthday, a friend of mine gave me this sake. I received a bottle of Hana-no-Mai Junmai Sake. The aroma was mild, but it had a classical light and dry aroma similar to that of Kubota's Senju. In the mouth, the label on the back of the bottle says it has a light, dry taste position, but it has a strong rice flavor and finishes with a dry taste. It was delicious! This was my first time to drink Hana-no-Mai, and it was a perfect bottle for a mid-meal drink, with its umami and dry taste. Mmmm, this kind of sake really goes well with sashimi 😊😊😊.

We received a bottle of Nabeshima Aizan Junmai Ginjo. Nabeshima Aiyama is known for its jun-dai, but this was the first jun-gin they brewed. Of course we bought it in a bottle 😊. The standing aroma is a sweet ginjo aroma that fills the glass. Yes, it smells good❤. In the mouth, the elegant sweetness spreads in the beginning, and the acidity in the middle part of the bottle finishes nicely with a slight bubbly chilli feeling. Mmmm, delicious! I compare it to the Jun Dai Aizan, but overall it is lighter and has a good balance of sweetness and acidity 👍The berry aroma comes through the nose 😊It was a different taste from the Jun Dai Aizan. ⤴️ Sasu is like a pot! Whatever you drink, it's delicious❗❗❗

Today is my birthday and also my 400th Kiri number❗ (well, I matched it 😅). So, since it's a special day, I'm opening a bottle of Shinshu Kamerei's Gin Kame 😊. We had a bottle of Shinshu Kamerei Miyamanishiki Junmai Daiginjo 39. The standing aroma is a bit of sake-like aroma with a gentle fragrance. The aroma is not as strong as I expected. In the mouth, a firm umami and a moderate sweetness fill the mouth, and then it smoothly breaks off with a slight bitterness. This is delicious. It is a junmai daiginjo, so it has a good balance of umami, sweetness, and bitterness, and a very beautiful taste 😊. And it also has a slight effervescence, which makes it more refreshing 👍. The entrée was cream cheese marinated in tamari soy sauce that I bought at Cardi's. I think I could drink sake forever with this as a side dish.
