We had a bottle of Niimasa Viridian 2021 Namahashime Kioku Junmai.
It has been a long time since I have had a Viridian 😊.
The aroma is like muscat with a hint of sweetness typical of Shinmasa.
In the mouth, it has a refreshing sweetness and moderate acidity, with a voluminous umami in the mid-palate, which quickly fades away.
It is still delicious!
The unique aroma, sweetness, and acidity of Niimasa can be tasted even more strongly in this bottle 😊.
I want to drink it again 👍
