I had a bottle of Fudo Naokumi-New Sake Shiboritate Junmai Ginjo Nama-no-Harazake.
It has been 5 months since I bought it, and I could tell when I opened the bottle that the fizziness I was expecting was gone 😢.
The aroma is very fruity, like apples, and smells very gorgeous 😊Ohhhh....

In the mouth, the juicy sweetness fills the mouth, then a strong astringency comes out towards the end, and the lingering taste disappears with a zing 😊.

I was surprised to see how much of the schwarziness was gone after almost half a year, but I can still taste the flavor and it's totally delicious 😊.
I just wish I could taste the added schwarziness....
Next time, I will open the bottle immediately! I promised myself to open the bottle immediately next time!
