We had a bottle of Sono Kangiku Denshogiku Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki 50 Unfiltered Nama-shu.
The aroma of the first sip was a sweet ginjo-shu that filled the glass. After all, Kangiku has a nice aroma👍.
In the mouth, the rich umami sweetness rushes into the mouth, followed by acidity and a slight astringency, and flows smoothly on the tongue with a tangy slight effervescence.
