I was so shocked when I drank it before that I immediately bought an additional bottle, but I put it away... lol! I had a bottle of Hououmida FLY HIGH 2nd - Mikumari - Junmai Daiginjo-shu, Nama-shu. Aroma, delicious sweetness, and a strong shwashiness ❗❗ Well, it is still delicious 😊😊. It is sweet but has a strong "shwashuwa" feeling, so you can drink it quickly and easily without hesitation. Personally, I think it might be the best one I've had this year👍 I hope to meet you again next year 🙏.

I had a bottle of Takachiyo Junmai Daiginjo PINEAPPLE GOLD. The aroma of pineapple is very gorgeous 😊. In the mouth, the pineapple fruity and rich sweetness fills the mouth, with a tangy, slightly effervescent aftertaste that finishes with a zingy finish. This is delicious! It is truly fruity, sweet, and juicy❤. This is the taste of "Takachiyo" 👍. In terms of pineapple flavor, it rivals Kameizumi Cell 24 😊. I'm glad I got a bottle of this 🎵 lol

Bunraku Reborn Blue Mist Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Unrefined Nama-Ginjo was served. The aroma is a bit sour, like melon or grapes, and it fills the glass. It has a nice aroma 🎵. In the mouth, a moderate sweetness and acidity fill the mouth, and then it finishes with a slight bubbling sensation. It is delicious! While fruity, it is not too sweet and can be drunk without hesitation, so it goes well with sashimi as a side dish~👍It was just the right flavor to drink on a hot day~😊.

We received a bottle of Collage Junmai-shu (Junmai-shu, one time hi-iru). The aroma is like a young melon. The aroma is mild, but it smells like a young melon. Mmmm, delicious! Overall, it is a medium-bodied sake with umami, but the dryness at the end makes it definitely suited for a mid-meal drink 😊. Today's entrée was yellowtail sashimi and saikyo-yaki harasu etc. It wraps up the fat of the fish just right and drains it away. Hmmm, too much match lol 👍

I received Mimuro Sugi Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki. The aroma is mild and fruity like grapes, with a hint of acidity. In the mouth, the refreshing sweetness and umami of the rice rush in, and the fruity melon-like taste and acidity that appears in the middle of the bottle cut through quickly. This is delicious! It is not sweet, but has a strong rice flavor! But the aftertaste is so refreshing, it's an amazing balance! Today's entrée was grilled turban shells in a pot😊😊😊😊😊😊. Ate and sake, good bearing 👍

I had a bit of fun today, so here's a little something for that ✌. We had the Hakkaiyama Junmai Daiginjo. The aroma on the nose is gentle, but it has a young melon-like ginjo aroma 😊. On the palate, it has a hint of sweetness, but then it is crisp and dry! Yes, delicious! It is truly light and dry! It goes well with sushi 😊😊😊I sometimes want to drink dry sake, but Hakkaisan is really delicious 😊.

I saw Yamadaho and Aizan by Saku lined up at a liquor store near my office, so I had to buy them as a set, lol. I drank the Yamadaho the other day, so I'll open the Aizan today 👍. I had the Saku Aizan 2025 Junmai Ginjo. The nose is full of sweet ginjo aroma. In the mouth, it has a soft, elegant sweetness and a firm richness, with a lingering sweetness and bitterness that lingers on the tongue while bitterness emerges toward the end. It is still delicious! The sweetness was within the expected range, but it was unexpected that there was more umami than expected and the bitterness was stronger at the end! It was well put together and there was nothing unpleasant about it. Today's entrée was sashimi, and the bitterness at the end was a nice match 👍.

It's been a long time since I've been to Goctaca😊. Takachiyo 59Takathiyo Junmai Ginjo Hachitan Nishiki Ichigo Unfiltered Nama Sake was served. The nose has a fruity aroma with a bit of a by-napo feel to it that fills the glass. Hmmm, this is a nice aroma ❤. In the mouth, the fruity and deliciously sweet juicy taste is quickly overwhelming, with a tingling, slightly effervescent sensation and a refreshing aftertaste. This is delicious! I knew it, Goktaka is delicious ✌! There's no shortage of goktakas 😊😊😊.

We had the Saku Kami no Ho 2025 Junmai Ginjo. The aroma is fruity, reminiscent of muscat 😊. In the mouth, it has a strong umami and sweetness that pushes in quickly, and the acidity and astringency felt in the last half of the bottle gives the impression of a clean break. It's delicious! As expected of Saku! The balance of umami sweetness and acidity is superb ❤. It is also fruity, so it can be enjoyed on its own or as a mealtime drink 😊👍.

Kubota Junmai Daiginjo was served. The nose has a fruity aroma like muscat. On the palate, the umami and sweetness are darker than the usual Kubota, but the smoothness of the mouthfeel allows it to cut through easily. It is really delicious! Just as the label on the back says, modern and sharp! It was a very hot day in the Kanto region today, and it was really hot, but I chose Kubota and it was a great decision! Today's entrée was local fresh shirasu and tuna medium fatty tuna 🐟 Kubota's sharpness is a perfect match~🎵.

It was a hot and humid day, so I'm opening another bottle of summer sake 😊. We had a bottle of Miyakanbai Junmai Ginjoshu Mr. Summer Time. The aroma is like muscat, and the glass is filled with the scent of ginjo. A nice aroma. In the mouth, you can taste the moderate sweetness and umami of the rice, and it finishes with a slight acidity that comes out towards the end. This is delicious! It has a more mature taste overall than the Miyakanume we had previously, while still retaining the umami sweetness, but this is perfect for a hot and humid day 🎵. It also went well with sashimi and sushi ✌. It is a summer sake for a hot day after all!

It was hot and humid today, and I wanted something refreshing to drink, so I decided on Tenmei's summer sake 🎵. I had Tenmei Sarasara Junmai Uchijobanabi. The nose is grapey with a hint of sourness. In the mouth, it has a fruity grape-like aroma, a beautiful sweetness, and a strong acidity that fills the mouth, and finishes with a slight astringency and acidity. It is delicious! The alcohol content is low at 11.5 degrees and the acidity makes it easy to drink👍. Today's entrée is sashimi of bonito and abalone 🐟🐚. I can't stop now 👍👍👍

I was curious about this brewery after reading your review on Sake no Wa, and when I found it at a liquor store on my way out, I bought it immediately 🎵. The nose is a grape-like ginjo aroma with a hint of sourness. In the mouth, the fruity sweetness and strong acidity rush in, and the slight tingle of bubbles and a slight astringency cut through the taste. It is delicious! It's the recently trendy acidic type, and it's so refreshing 😊. I think it's really good to drink on a hot and humid day like today! Today's entrée was sea bream and yellowtail simmered with arabesque 🐟It goes perfectly with the cocky, sweet simmered fish 👍.

I've been seeing this brand at Sake-no-Wa. I was curious about it and found it at a liquor store on my way out, so I bought it 🎵. I had a bottle of Murasakyu Junmai Ginjo Nami Label. The nose is gentle. The slight sweetness spreads quickly on the palate, and it finishes crisply with a short aftertaste. It is delicious! Overall, it has a light and dry taste, but it also has umami, making it perfect for a mid-meal drink 👍. This is my first time drinking it, but it's good 😊. I want to drink other brands too ❗

When I drank it last year, I put it down for quite a while after I bought it, and this year, too, I put it down for half a year. We had a bottle of Sono Kangiku Denshogiku Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki 50 Unfiltered Nama-shu. The aroma of the first sip was a sweet ginjo-shu that filled the glass. After all, Kangiku has a nice aroma👍. In the mouth, the rich umami sweetness rushes into the mouth, followed by acidity and a slight astringency, and flows smoothly on the tongue with a tangy slight effervescence. This is the second Beau Michelle after a long absence! As soon as I opened the bottle, it started bubbling like an active wine, so I quickly tightened the bottle 👍 but it spilled out a little lol. We had a glass of Beau Michelle snow fantasy winter limited light nigori nama sake. The nose has a lactic sweetness and sourness 😊. When you put it in your mouth, it fills your mouth with sweet and sourness and a bit of a sizzle. It is as if you are drinking champagne 😊. Mmmm, this is delicious! The low al 9 degrees combined with the schwash makes it the easiest to drink 👍👍. Nagano sake is a prefecture with a wide range of tastes 🎵There are also quite a few hard-to-find sake 😊From Kanagawa Prefecture, which has no famous sake, I'm very jealous of the people of Nagano Prefecture lol.

The other day I went to a liquor store that had two types of Iraka, and when I told the clerk that I had never had Iraka, he said that the red label was the one he recommended, so I bought it 😊. I had the Iraka Gin Beni Unfiltered Nama Sake. The aroma is mild with a hint of acidity. The aroma is very similar to Shinmasa. In the mouth, moderate sweetness and firm acidity fill the mouth, with a slight bubbling and bitterness towards the end, but the bitterness prevails and lingers on the finish. Yes, it is delicious! I have an image of Nagano sake as being juicy and sweet, but this brand has a clean and transparent taste overall, so I had the impression that it was intended as a food sake 😊. It was a perfect match for today's entrée of southern bluefin tuna sashimi! If I find it again, I'll drink it again👍

We received a bottle of Bunraku Ryonagi Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Harajuku. The standing aroma is moderately fruity ginjo aroma reminiscent of muscat. Mmmm, it's a nice aroma 👍. In the mouth, the fruity sweetness rushes in, followed by a hint of acidity, and then a slight astringency towards the end, before it finishes refreshingly. It is delicious! As one would expect from the brewery that produces the popular Sairai 😊. It is a summer sake, with a sour, sweet, juicy, yet crisp taste that is perfect for this season✌. I drank it while thinking that since I have a day off tomorrow, it would be okay if I drank too much 😋, but as a result, I still drank too much~~ lol.

I was miraculously able to buy Hanamup last year! This is my first time drinking Hanamup at home💦. I haven't been able to open it, but since it's GW, I'm going to open it 🎉. We had the Hanamup Junmai Ginjo Omachi. The nose has a gorgeous sweet ginjo aroma. This is a sure sign of deliciousness 🎵. In the mouth, the fruity overtone is accompanied by a soft sweetness and umami flavor that fills the mouth, with a slight bitterness at the end and a lingering aftertaste that cuts through nicely. This is delicious! It goes without saying that the flavor is delicious, but this soft mouthfeel may be hard to find anywhere else ❗ As one would expect from Hanamup! No wonder it is so popular 👍 If I see it again, I will definitely buy it.
