When I drank it last year, I put it down for quite a while after I bought it, and this year, too, I put it down for half a year. We had a bottle of Sono Kangiku Denshogiku Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki 50 Unfiltered Nama-shu. The aroma of the first sip was a sweet ginjo-shu that filled the glass. After all, Kangiku has a nice aroma👍. In the mouth, the rich umami sweetness rushes into the mouth, followed by acidity and a slight astringency, and flows smoothly on the tongue with a tangy slight effervescence. This is the second Beau Michelle after a long absence! As soon as I opened the bottle, it started bubbling like an active wine, so I quickly tightened the bottle 👍 but it spilled out a little lol. We had a glass of Beau Michelle snow fantasy winter limited light nigori nama sake. The nose has a lactic sweetness and sourness 😊. When you put it in your mouth, it fills your mouth with sweet and sourness and a bit of a sizzle. It is as if you are drinking champagne 😊. Mmmm, this is delicious! The low al 9 degrees combined with the schwash makes it the easiest to drink 👍👍. Nagano sake is a prefecture with a wide range of tastes 🎵There are also quite a few hard-to-find sake 😊From Kanagawa Prefecture, which has no famous sake, I'm very jealous of the people of Nagano Prefecture lol.

The other day I went to a liquor store that had two types of Iraka, and when I told the clerk that I had never had Iraka, he said that the red label was the one he recommended, so I bought it 😊. I had the Iraka Gin Beni Unfiltered Nama Sake. The aroma is mild with a hint of acidity. The aroma is very similar to Shinmasa. In the mouth, moderate sweetness and firm acidity fill the mouth, with a slight bubbling and bitterness towards the end, but the bitterness prevails and lingers on the finish. Yes, it is delicious! I have an image of Nagano sake as being juicy and sweet, but this brand has a clean and transparent taste overall, so I had the impression that it was intended as a food sake 😊. It was a perfect match for today's entrée of southern bluefin tuna sashimi! If I find it again, I'll drink it again👍

We received a bottle of Bunraku Ryonagi Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Harajuku. The standing aroma is moderately fruity ginjo aroma reminiscent of muscat. Mmmm, it's a nice aroma 👍. In the mouth, the fruity sweetness rushes in, followed by a hint of acidity, and then a slight astringency towards the end, before it finishes refreshingly. It is delicious! As one would expect from the brewery that produces the popular Sairai 😊. It is a summer sake, with a sour, sweet, juicy, yet crisp taste that is perfect for this season✌. I drank it while thinking that since I have a day off tomorrow, it would be okay if I drank too much 😋, but as a result, I still drank too much~~ lol.

I was miraculously able to buy Hanamup last year! This is my first time drinking Hanamup at home💦. I haven't been able to open it, but since it's GW, I'm going to open it 🎉. We had the Hanamup Junmai Ginjo Omachi. The nose has a gorgeous sweet ginjo aroma. This is a sure sign of deliciousness 🎵. In the mouth, the fruity overtone is accompanied by a soft sweetness and umami flavor that fills the mouth, with a slight bitterness at the end and a lingering aftertaste that cuts through nicely. This is delicious! It goes without saying that the flavor is delicious, but this soft mouthfeel may be hard to find anywhere else ❗ As one would expect from Hanamup! No wonder it is so popular 👍 If I see it again, I will definitely buy it.

I finally got one of the Nabeshima Moon series that I hadn't been able to drink before! I had the Nabeshima Blossoms Moon Junmai Ginjo. The nose has a gentle sweet ginjo aroma that is much weaker than that of the New Moon 😊. In the mouth, a voluminous sweet flavor rushes in, and the astringency soon overrides the sweetness, while the sweet astringency lingers on the tongue for a long time. It is delicious! The sweetness is there, but the dryness from the slight bubbles and astringency is very Nabeshima-like and spring-like freshness comes out well 👍. The long-lasting aftertaste feels like the feeling of wanting the cherry blossoms to remain in bloom for a long time 🌸. This is the complete Moon series 🎉🎉🎉

We received Tenmei "Nakadori 4" Junmai Namaishu. The aroma is sweet with a strong acidity. In the mouth, the sweet and sour aroma with a hint of muscat spread over the entire palate, and it finishes with a slight bubbling sensation. It is delicious! It is very tasty and goes well with white sashimi. However, the taste is similar to the Sango-go and Go-go that I drank before... Sorry for my stupid tongue💦. I will have to really compare the two to find out..........................homework for next year 😊.

We had a bottle of Yokoyama Goju Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki white light nigori raw. I often drink Hiragana Yokoyama, but it has been a long time since I have had Kanji Yokoyama Goju. The aroma is fresh and sweet with a hint of young melon 🎵It's so refreshing 😄. In the mouth, the fresh melon-like aroma is accompanied by a moderate sweetness that fills the mouth and finishes with a hint of astringency. It is delicious! It has a clear mouthfeel, and the volume of sweetness is less than that of Hiragana Yokoyama, so it was perfect for white fish sashimi as a mid-meal drink 👍. Kanji no Yokoyama is not to be underestimated 😄.

It's been a long time since I've been to Kido😄. I had a bottle of Kido Junmai Ginjo-shu Haru no Kaorufu Nama-shu. The nose has a gorgeous aroma of grape-like ginjo aroma. In the mouth, just as the label says, it has a full aroma, a gentle sweetness, and a final astringent taste with a beautiful aftertaste. It is delicious! I looked at my history on Sake-no-wa and saw that it has been 4 years since I had had a Haru-no Kaorufu😅. I'm sorry it's been so long, but it was so good!

I used to open it every year on New Year's Day, but I missed it, and then, just like that, it was the end of the fiscal year (lol)! I had a bottle of Nabeshima New Moon Shiboritate Namaishu Junmai Ginjo Harajinshu. The aroma of pineapple-like sweetness of the ginjo aroma fills the glass. Mmmm, this, this, this aroma ❤. In the mouth, a dark, umami sweetness fills the mouth, and it finishes with a slight effervescence that is typical of new sake. It is just too good ❗ The sweetness and acidity unique to New Moon is a taste like no other, and I really love it too much ♥

We had a bottle of Shichida Junmai Orikagarami Nama Unfiltered. There was a label on the bottle warning us to open the bottle, but we opened it without hesitation (lol). The aroma is of young melon with a hint of sourness that overflows from the glass. Yes, it's a nice aroma👍. In the mouth, a fruity, dark sweetness rushes in, followed by a lingering aftertaste that is cut off by the tingling and astringency of the microbubbles. It is delicious! I like the darker umami of the Junmai specs~~~⤴️ There was quite a lot of lees, and when mixed slowly, it became cloudy 😊It was like an adult cider when it became like this 👍👍.

It's been a long time since I captured the No. 3 and No. 5 (lol). I started with the Corporal, which I have never had before. We had a bottle of Tenmei "Nakadori Go-Go" Junmai Nama-zake. It is an orikarami. The aroma is sweet and gentle. The nose may be a little difficult to detect due to pollen 😢. In the mouth, it has a fruity sweetness like grapes and some acidity. It is delicious! The fruity flavor spreads at once with the hint of aroma, and the sweetness has a strong rice flavor. The sweetness is also very strong with the umami of the rice. It is delicious 👍! I used to think that my favorite was Sango-go, but I totally like Corporal, too. I'm suddenly curious about the other ones I haven't had yet.

I got a bottle of Iyo Kagiya Unfiltered Junmai Oorigarami Nama. It is quite effervescent 😊. The aroma is a mixture of a little bit of the sake-like aroma and sourness. On the palate, it has a moderate umami and sweetness, but the strong tingling sensation helps to give it a clean and crisp impression at the end. When mixed with the lees, the silky and umami flavors become more intense. Mmmm, it is delicious! With this flavor, it's for a mealtime drink 😊. Local fresh shirasu (baby sardines) whose fishing season has been opened today. The grains are large and there is a bit of bitterness, but this guy washes it away nicely👍👍👍Well~mmm, this makes the drink go down a treat lol!

I got a bottle of Chiebijin Ura-Chiebijin Junmai-Shu Nama-Shu. I suddenly realized that I had already had it last year. The aroma is gentle with a hint of sweetness. In the mouth, a moderate sweetness fills the palate, and then it finishes with a slightly sparkling, tingling sensation that is typical of nama-zake. It is delicious! The impression may have changed from last year's Urachiebijin, but it seems to have become a much more food-friendly sake 😊The slight effervescence is also good👌. Serve with sashimi and kiriboshi-daikon! It goes very well 👍.

We had Masumi Junmai Ginjo Usu Nigori. It is active nigori. So we carefully opened the bottle. I could see bubbles of water bubbling up. This makes me excited~⤴️ The aroma is a gentle ginjo aroma with a sake-like flavor. In the mouth, the bubbles and a hint of sweetness spread quickly, but the final taste is dry with a touch of effervescence. Mmmm, delicious! It has a fizzy, tingling sensation all the way through, and since it has less of the sweetness felt in the first attack, it's perfect as a food wine 😊. Today's entrée is the cod roe crab that we didn't get to eat at New Year's 🦀It goes really well with it👍. Actually, this is my first time drinking Masumi, but I see it is from Nagano Prefecture! Nagano prefecture has a lot of good sake 🍶🍶.

We had a bottle of Kubota Junmai Ginjo Nigori. We drink Kubota nigori every year. ✌There is a large amount of lees settled in the bottle, about a quarter of the bottle size. Mix slowly and it's ready to go👍. The aroma is sweet like apples. In the mouth, it has a silky, nigori-like mouthfeel, with a firm sweetness that spreads quickly, but the lactic acidity and astringency that comes in gently at the end of the bottle are refreshing. This is delicious! For 1430 yen including tax, this is too much to look forward to next year 😊.

We received a bottle of Kafuda-shu Hwangsuisen Junmai Daiginjo. The aroma is a sweet ginjo aroma that wafts in. Nabeshima Junmai Ginjo Purple Label Yamadanishiki Nama Sake was served. The aroma was like muscat, and it overflowed from the glass. I love this aroma 🎵. In the mouth, the sweet juiciness fills the mouth and finishes with a tangy, slightly effervescent sensation. Mmmm, this is delicious! Of the regular Nabeshima series, I definitely prefer the Purple Label Nama Sake, which has a strong umami flavor but a clean and refreshing taste 😊😊. The new "Nama Sake" seal is cool too👍.

This is the 4th bottle of Uchi drinking. This is the sake brought by my colleague😊. We had a bottle of Natsuko Monogatari Junmai Ginjo Namaisouzakashu. The aroma is mild. The taste is right in the middle of sweet and spicy, with a fluffy sweetness that switches to dryness before running out. It is delicious! I have the impression that Niigata sakes in general are suited for food sake and are dry 😊 Of course, that is a good thing👍.
