I really wanted to drink it after reading your review, so I popped it in 😊. I got a bottle of Fudo Yakogane, Polishing 80 Junmai Nama Nama Sake. The review said to be careful when opening the bottle, so I slowly turned the aluminum foil around the lid while holding it down, and at the last minute the cork inside blew out (lol), even though I was careful! Damage to the ceiling again! And it started to stir lightly and automatically, so I hurriedly inserted the corkscrew lying on the floor 😊. The standing aroma is like young melon and grapes with a hint of sourness. In the mouth, the fruity aroma like grapes and the strong fizzy feeling of bubbles, along with the firm umami and acidity, spread out and cut off clearly. It is delicious! The aroma and taste are lactic acidic, and the flavor is delicious 👍It is really oicy even though it is low-polished rice! I immediately bought another bottle 😊. I recommend it for hot summer days 🎵

It's been a long time since I've been to Haneya. And it's nigori sake! Lately when I hear the word nigori sake, I want to drink it irresistibly 😊. I had a bottle of Haneya TWILIGHT Junmai Daiginjo Nigori Sake. I was scared to open the bottle, but it opened surprisingly easily (lol). The aroma is sweet and mellow, like muscat, and it fills the glass. The aroma is a sure sign that the wine is delicious 🎵. When you take a sip, the juicy sweetness rushes into your mouth with a fruity overtone. Shortly after that, the astringency comes out, and the taste is cut off with a slight tingling sensation from the microbubbles. This is delicious! Then, when the lees are mixed with the wine, the fruity and delicious sweetness is enhanced ✌. Mmmm, it is still delicious! This is a recommended bottle for those who like sweet and juicy 👍.

I had not been able to open it because it was one of the more expensive bottles, But takeshon urged me to open it and I said I would open it next time 😊. We had a bottle of Nabeshima Junmai Daiginjyo Aizan Namaishu. Now, I'll do what I always do (lol). Nabeshima Junmai Aiyama 🎵 NABESHIMA JUNDAI A~YAMA🎵 I think it's been a while since I sang a song from Aizan 😜. The standing aroma is a gorgeous sweet ginjo aroma. Hmmm, it is a good aroma 👍. In the mouth, a firm sweetness rushes in, and at the same time, a slight astringency and gassiness are felt as it finishes with a zing. It is delicious! The aroma is apple-like 🍎, just like the juicy sweetness 🎵. I know how you feel when you look at the reviews and mumble that you will probably buy it again next year even though it is expensive...! It's totally good on its own, but today's entrée is Indian tuna sashimi 🐟, the second best tuna after tuna (in my opinion 😅), and it really takes on that flavor 👍. Nabe-sama is the best after all❗

I've had a lot of Akabu, but this is the first time I've had fire-aged in this series💦. I had the Akabu Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki. The nose has a gorgeous fruity apple-like ginjo aroma 🎵 Mmmm, this aroma is good 😊. In the mouth, a firm sweetness rushes in, followed by a slight sourness and bitterness, and then a zingy finish with a hint of sweetness and bitterness. Yes, it's delicious! Sasuga Akabu❗That's nicely put together👍. Overall, it is a bit like a matured version of Newborn's Yamada-Nishiki. The aroma, sweetness, and gassiness are superior to Newborn's, but this calmness is also nice 👍I'm going to spend some time with it since it's a 1.5 litre bottle and I want to enjoy it carefully 😊.

I saw your review of Cicadasigure and rushed out to buy a bottle and it was the last one - safe 🥊. It's still far from cicadas, but I can't resist so I'm opening a bottle 😊. I had a bottle of Kame no Kai Semishigure Junmai Ginjo Nama. The nose is sweet and sour like a young melon, and the aroma fills the glass. In the mouth, the strong sweetness and acidity rush in with a hint of muscat-like aroma, and the acidity dominates and finishes cleanly. This is delicious! Many sake with a strong acidity tend to have a subdued sweetness, but the sweetness and acidity both assert themselves 🎵. Kame no Umi is delicious after all 👍. I want to drink it again when the cicadas are singing~!

I received a bottle of Shichiken Junmai Akkatsu Nigori (active nigori). I have been buying nigori more and more these days (laugh). The aroma is sweet with a hint of apple and lactic acidity. Yes, it is a good aroma👍. In the mouth, a refreshing sweetness spreads, followed soon after by sourness, and from the mid-palate, you can taste the yogurtiness and the tangy feeling of microbubbles, and finally, the aftertaste is clear like water. Yummmm, yummy! It is easy to drink and has a really beautiful taste 🎵. The only thing is, despite the name "active," it wasn't sparkling, but rather slightly effervescent. It's been a long time - first time in 6 months for a packaged sake! I had a bottle of Kamo Nishiki Kamofuda-shu Kohsuisen Junmai Daiginjyo Shiboritate Nama-shu. The aroma is gorgeous, with a rich sweet ginjo aroma. Yes, it is a good aroma👍. In the mouth, it has a firm sweetness, followed by a slight sourness at the end, and the overall effervescence gives it a crisp and clear finish. This is delicious! Huang Shui Xian, one of the most popular packaged liquors 🎵It does have a banana-like sweet aroma, so I thought it would be very sweet, but the fizz and acidity give it a refreshing aftertaste 😊. On a personal note, I just got transferred to a new job and am now closer to a liquor store that carries Nabeshima and Kamo Nishiki, so I may be posting more from now on (lol).

At the end of last year, I was asked at my favorite liquor store, "Do you want the Xmas-type that was cancelled because it was no longer going to be served at the store? I said "Yes! I immediately said yes and bought it. I immediately said "Yes!" and bought it. Since then, I haven't had a chance to open it, and today is my 40th birthday❗Already expired, but I'm going to open it 😊. When I turned the screw cap a little, I heard a sizzling sound of carbonation 🎵This is it! I thought to myself, I'll use a wine glass 🍷. I had a glass of Niimasa No.6 Xmas-type. The aroma is the usual Shinmasa aroma, but it is stronger than usual 🎵. The wine has a little bit of sweetness and strong acidity with a touch of lactic acidity. It is really delicious ❗❗❗ It is now in the realm of sparkling wine 😊. It's a little lees-related, isn't it? The lees are going up and down in the glass. All I can say is, it's delicious ❗❗❗ The entrée was prosciutto ham and mozzarella cheese 😊They go perfectly with each other and are extremely delicious👍. I'm really grateful to the liquor store and the store that cancelled this sake so that I can drink it at home 😊.

The owner of the liquor store, where I always buy only Kame no Kai, recommended me to buy it along with Kame no Kai 😊. It's my first time to buy Aokiang👍 I had a bottle of Seikou Junmai Ginjo Omachi brewed with Tsurubara yeast. The aroma is a ginjo aroma with a sake-like flavor. In the mouth, a refreshing sweetness spreads, followed soon after by a slightly alcoholic astringency and bitterness, ending with a dry, bitter taste. It has a strong aroma and taste like THE sake, and may be recommended for those who like robust sake. From the taste, it's perfect for a mealtime drink 🎵We enjoyed it with pickled tuna as a side dish 😊.

It's been a long time since I've been a shopkeeper😊. We had a bottle of Yamori Junmai Nakadori Nao Kumi Nama. The aroma is a sweet ginjo aroma with a gorgeous wafting scent. It is a very nice aroma 🎵. In the mouth, the sweetness spreads quickly, but the slight bubbles and the bitterness that comes out towards the end of the bottle cut through nicely. It's delicious! Overall, it's a bit rummy, but the bitterness tightens it up, so I think it can be used as a food wine 👍After all, Yamori is delicious 😊. What a drink, there was a gecko on our window!

Nabeshima Special Junmai Sake was served. The aroma was young melon or muscat, with a hint of alcohol. Muscat? The nose is slightly alcoholic, with a fruity aroma of young melon or muscat, and a gentle fragrance. In the mouth, it has a moderate sweetness and umami, but it also has a bitterness, and finishes dry and crisp. It is delicious! 🎵The last time I drank it chilled, but the flavor came out better when the temperature was higher, so this time I bought it from the store and drank it as is. It really is a perfect food sake, and it was a great match with sashimi👍. I believe the manager said it is also good heated, but I don't have a set that can be heated 😢.

This bottle is also empty because it was drunk at yesterday's barbecue. We had So-no-Kangiku Silver Lining 2023 Junmai Daiginjo So-no-Mai 29 Unfiltered Nama-shu. The apple-like ginjo aroma, which is evident even when drinking outside, is very pleasant. In the mouth, it has a moderate sweetness and a slight acidity, with a slight bitterness and a slight effervescence at the end, and it finishes cleanly. This is delicious! As one would expect from a jun-dai with a rice polishing ratio of 29%, the balance of the flavor and the overall sense of transparency is different~🎵. Since kangiku has become hard to find these days, after all this time, I was wondering if it was a bit of a waste to bring it to the barbecue (lol).

We received Mimuro Sugi Romain series Hana-kun Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-gunshu ORIGARUMI. I took it to a barbecue with friends yesterday 🎵 so the picture is of an empty bottle (lol). The bottle was shaken on the way to the barbecue, so as soon as we opened the bottle, it blew up like champagne when shaken, and a quarter of the sake flowed out 😢. It was very carbonated and in the realm of sparkling 🍾. The aroma had a lactic acid-like flavor that is typical of orikara, and the finish was sweet, but with a strong effervescence that tightened up the taste. It was easy to drink and was very well received by everyone! It was easy to drink and was very well received by all ✌Even those who had never heard of Mimuro Cedar asked me "what kind of sake is this" 🎵.

The other day, I received and brought home something I couldn't drink at a legal function. I had a bottle of Takashimizu Junmai Daiginjo. The aroma was a faint scent of ginjo. In the mouth, it has a hint of young melon, with a slight sweetness and umami of rice, but it finishes with a dry taste and a clean finish. It is delicious! I don't buy it myself these days, but I used to buy it at the supermarket and drink it 😊. This flavor is definitely for a food wine 🎵. I have just realized again that a classic mid-palate sake goes well with everything 👍.

It's a little late, but we're opening a new spring sake that we've been anticipating just before GW ❗ We had a bottle of Kame no Kai Haruura Junmai Ginjyo Usu Nigori Nama. We had it last year and it was so delicious that we waited a year for it 😊. The nose has a gorgeous pineapple aroma 🍍No, this aroma, it's already delicious ✌. In the mouth, fruity overtone, refreshing sweetness and a firm rice flavor, tangy and slightly effervescent 、、、、, and a slight astringency that comes out towards the end, and a lingering aftertaste that is cut off nicely........ It is still delicious! I love this flavor so much 😀 I'm so glad I got a bottle 😊. I definitely want to drink this bottle again next year👍

I received a bottle of Koshi Junmai Ginjo Hanayaka Takumi-no-Kou. I had never seen this brand before, but the label said "fruity and floral aroma", so as a lover of aromas, I had no hesitation in purchasing it 🎵. The fragrance is very fruity with a strong scent of apple. I love this fragrance ❤. In the mouth, the dark sweetness spreads quickly and leaves a long, zingy aftertaste with a slight effervescence and a slight astringency at the end. It is delicious! The aroma spreads further in the mouth, and there is a strong sense of apples right up to the end 🍎. Kouji, after all, is delicious 😁. For the entrée, local fresh shirasu (baby sardines) that have just been released from the fishing season. Mmmm, this is also delicious 😊.

We received Akabu Junmai Ginjo Omachi NEW BORN. If I was not careful this year, I could not get Yamadanishiki and Aizan, and of course Sake Mirai 😢. So I will drink it with all my heart ❗ The aroma is a strong sweet ginjo aroma, just like Omachi 😁. When you put it in your mouth, it's so good! The sweetness and umami are both strong ❗ And the astringency at the end is also 👍. Newborn Omachi is really good after all ❤. I hope that next year I will be able to get a new bone of future sake that I have never had before...............................and before I knew it, I had finished it all!

We had Akabu SAKURA Unfiltered Nama Sake. Lately, Akabu's seasonal sake has been really hard to find 😢, but I got it at the right time👍. This is my first SAKURA 😊. The standing aroma is quite subdued, but you can smell the acidity. Hmmm? It is a little different from the usual Akabu. In the mouth, the fruity melon-like aroma that was not present in the standing aroma, along with a soft sweetness and moderate acidity, fills the mouth and finishes nicely, with a hint of bubbles. It is delicious! It tastes like a fresh spring 🎵It's so easy to drink 😊. It was a different taste from what we have had before, but it was great ❗Akabu It's really delicious 😊.

I received a bottle of Snow Kayasha Hiden Yamahai Junmai Ginjo. It was brought to me the other day when I drank it at my house with my colleagues from work 😊. The nose has a fruity ginjo aroma that wafts into the glass. In the mouth, the sweetness and sourness of the astringency spreads quickly with an apple-like overtone that exceeds the standing aroma, and finishes with a soft sweetness. It finishes with a soft sweetness! It has a good balance of sweetness, acidity, and astringency, and while the sweetness prevails at the end, it is not too heavy 👍. Today's entrée was simmered chicken wings and daikon radish and grilled tuna kama with salt 🎵Both went well with the Kayasha 👌

This is my first Fudo 🎵I have always wanted to drink it, but I didn't know of any stores near me, so I found it at a liquor store in Ikebukuro when I was in Tokyo for a short visit. I had a bottle of Fudo Junmai Ginjo Orikigarami Unfiltered Unrefined Nama Shu. As soon as the bottle was opened, it slowly started to auto-stir 😊It wasn't as good as the second fermentation in the bottle, so I ended up twirling it myself (lol). The aroma was sweet like apples. This aroma is ❤, bad ❤. In the mouth, it is just like a fruity cider❗❗❗ The sweetness with a sense of lactic acidity, and the bitterness at the end... ❗❗ ❗ Yummmm, yummy! This is my favorite 😊. It's delicious on its own, but today's entrée was tuna and Thai sashimi 🐟. Speaking of Chiba sake, I often drink Koshi and Kangiku, but Fudo is also very good 🎉 Chiba sake is amazing!
