It's been a long time since I've had a Yamori 🎵. We had a bottle of Yamori Junmai Unadjusted Nama Shu "Arasabiki". The standing aroma is a fresh and fruity ginjo aroma that fills the glass. In the mouth, there is a fruity overtone and a moderate sweetness, but soon a dry bitterness spreads quickly, and the bitterness quickly wears off as the lingering umami is felt. It is delicious! It has a mellow dry taste 🎵. I've been drinking a lot of sweet and juicy sake lately, so when something with a bit of a rough dry taste came along, I was like, "Wow, yum! I was like 'wow, yum! I served it with raw oysters and grated ponzu vinegar 😊. Needless to say, it is the best match👍

We had a bottle of Sairai Usukiri Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-Ginjo. The aroma is like muscat with a fruity ginjo aroma that fills the glass. The glass is also filled with bubbles 🎵It makes my heart sing 😊. In the mouth, the soft sweetness and tingling slight bubbles fill the mouth, and then it quickly breaks off with the acidity that appears in the middle part of the bottle. This is delicious! The fruity sweetness and acidity are well balanced, and the taste is very beautiful ❗ I was reluctant to drink it because it is a little difficult to obtain, but I am glad I did ❗❗❗ It can be enjoyed on its own, but it's just the right amount of refreshing, so I drank it with scallop sashimi and finished it right away 💦.

We received a bottle of Fudo Naokumi Shinshu Shiboritate Junmai Daiginjo Nama Genjyu. The aroma is a sweet ginjo aroma that fills the glass. It is a very nice aroma, but it is not that strong. In the mouth, a fruity aroma like pineapple with a moderate sweetness fills the mouth, and the taste finishes with a slight bubbles and a slight bitterness at the end. This is delicious ❤. The fragrance is much stronger than the standing aroma, and it blossoms at once in the mouth! After taking it into the mouth, I don't know how to describe it, but it has a very smooth mouthfeel, and a really good amount of umami sweetness seems to slip over the tongue. Mmmm, Fudo is really good after all 😊.

I'm opening my personal New Year's Day tradition, Nabeshima New Moon, again this year 😊. I had a bottle of Nabeshima New Moon Shiboritate Nama-shu Junmai Ginjo Harajuku. The aroma is a sweet pineapple-like ginjo aroma wafting from the glass. It is my favorite aroma ❤. In the mouth, the dark, umami sweetness rushes into the mouth, and it finishes with a slight effervescence that is typical of new brews. It's just too good ❗. Nabeshima New Moon is the best ❗❗❗❗

Today is New Year's Day and a friend came to visit and brought me this Kubota. I had the Kubota Sparkling. It's just the right amount of sweetness and a great taste 😊. It was like champagne already!

Well, today is New Year's Eve 😊I had a lot of doubts, but I decided on the last one for this year 🎵 We had a bottle of Sono Shangiku Denshogiku Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki 50 Orikigarami Unfiltered Nama-shu. When the bottle was opened, it sounded like the contents were about to pop out, but at the same time, there was a nice aroma right away 😊. The aroma is fruity and grape-like, wafting from the edge of the glass. Yes, it's still my favorite aroma❤. When you pour it into the glass, you can see big bubbles sticking out of the glass ❤. When you put it in your mouth, the deep sweetness and umami flavor fills your mouth, and then it quickly breaks off with a strong sense of effervescence. This is delicious! Mixing in the lees further increases the umami, and it is truly a schwarma 👍👍👍! I can't wait for New Year's Day tomorrow and we are having a flying New Year's Day celebration, but the schwarziness is so strong despite the flashy flavor that we could totally enjoy it together 😊. Thank you all for a great year. I wish you all a great sake drinking next year 🙏.

This is the orange-labeled raw sake I brought back with me the other day when I bought the white-labeled "thing" from Nabeshima 😊. I got the Nabeshima Junmai Ginjo Orange Label Gohyakumangoku Nama Sake. The nose has a very gorgeous fresh ginjo aroma ❗It's a very nice aroma 😊. The fresh sweetness spreads on the palate with a lingering aftertaste that is quickly cut off by the chiri-chiri-chiri-chiri gas. This is delicious! I knew it would be easy to drink because the freshness and sweetness of the gasiness comes to the fore when the sake is unpasteurized 😊. As expected of Nabeshima❗❗❗It's still too good 👍 I will open the Nabeshima white label "thing" at the end of the year or the beginning of the year as usual 🍶.

MerryChristmas🌲! Today is Christmas Eve! I'm going to open a label in Christmas colors❗ We had a bottle of Hououomida Akaban Junmai Daiginjo-shu Kasumi unfiltered honmai. The aroma is very typical of Hououmida, a grape-like ginjo aroma with a very gorgeous fragrance. I love this aroma ❤. In the mouth, a dark sweetness with a hint of grapes fills the palate, and it finishes cleanly and crisply with a touch of astringency that shows up towards the end. This is delicious! As one would expect from a daiginjo, the sweetness is strong yet refreshing! I remember that it was not orikarami when I drank it 2 years ago, but did they change it to orikarami? Well, it's delicious, so I don't care either way (lol). I wonder if I'll be done eating it soon, as the raw baby sardines will be out of season in my hometown...

This will be my third year repeating. Turtle sea fine snow! I was able to get it again this year at a local liquor store 😊 (but they were the last 2 bottles lol). I had a bottle of Kame no Kai Hosoyuki Junmai Ginjo Nao Kumi Mutenfukashi Nama. The aroma is very strong with a gorgeous pineapple aroma. It is my favorite aroma ❤. In the mouth, the voluminous umami and sweetness fill the mouth, and then it finishes with a slight bubbling sensation. It is delicious after all ❗ It is unquestionably delicious ❗❗❗ It has sweetness, but it has a more robust umami, and yet it does not leave a sweet taste, but it stays fruity in the mouth. I hope I can drink it again next year 🙏.

It's been a while since I've had Otter 🎵I was so tired of drinking Otter before I got to know Sake no Wa that I never bought it, but I saw a bottle of Otter at a liquor store and bought it. I saw the tamba kumi at a liquor store I stopped by and bought it. The fresh, sweet ginjo aroma is gorgeous on the nose. Oh no, it smells so good ❤. In the mouth, a soft, deep, delicious sweetness fills the mouth and finishes with a slight bubbling sensation. This is delicious! The freshness is unparalleled ❗❗The aroma, flavor, and aftertaste are all unquestionably delicious 👍It is a limited edition of Sanwari 90 minutes ❗It is no wonder it is delicious 😊It is a little expensive, but lol.

My favorite liquor store started carrying it, so I've been buying it for a while 🎵. I had the Saku Masa no Tomo Junmai Ginjo. The nose has a gorgeous young melon-like ginjo aroma. In the mouth, the refreshing sweetness fills the mouth, but the astringency follows soon after, and the astringency dominates in the last half of the bottle, and it wears off quickly. It is delicious! It has a good balance of umami, sweetness, acidity, and bitterness, and is mild on the palate, making it easy to drink 👍. Today's entrée was tuna fillet, and I personally think it is suitable as a food sake because it seems to enhance the flavor and fat of the tuna. After all, sake is delicious ❤.

We received a bottle of the Masamune Instrument Mixture Aizan Junmai Ginjo. The standing aroma is full of class, with a fruity ginjo aroma with a hint of sweetness. In the mouth, a ripe, muscat-like sweetness rushes in, and while there is a slight astringency towards the end, it passes down the throat without a hitch. Mmmm, delicious! The elegant and clear sweetness that is typical of Aizan can be tasted in this bottle 🎵I'm really glad I got a bottle of this 😊.

I just drank Cosmos the other day, but when the manager of my favorite liquor store told me, "We have Naokumi," I didn't hesitate to buy it 🎶. I had a bottle of Shinmasa Akisakura (Cosmos), a pure rice sake from the traditional sake brewery, Kiyoke Junmai Naokumi. The aroma is a stable Shinmasa 👍The taste has a moderate sweetness and strong acidity with a slight effervescence, which is typical of Naokumi, and it is very refreshing 😊. As always, the finish was unbelievable and too delicious to be a sake ✨.

The festival of the opening of the bottle of wine in a rage! Next up: 🎵Baggage Tag Sake We had a bottle of Kamo Nishiki Kamofuda-shu Tankoba-kumi Junmai Daiginjo Shiboritate. It has a sweet aroma and a fresh, mellow flavor that is typical of freshly pressed sake! The freshness of the freshly pressed sake is also good👍. It's a good thing that it's a kafuda sake! It tastes good no matter what you drink😊.

I bought a box of Akabu, the one with the difficult kanji characters, at the end of last year and was too lazy to open it, but now that the new sake is coming out, I'm about to open it! I had a bottle of Akabu Junmai Daiginjo Yuzunokou. It has a gorgeous aroma and a fruity, full-bodied sweetness that is typical of Akabu...really delicious👍.

I was able to drink again this year, Flax Cat Spark! As expected from secondary fermentation in the bottle! It took a bit of time to open the bottle, but it opened without incident✌. A wonderful collaboration between the acidic aroma typical of Niimasa and the sweet and sour taste 🎵. It's so refreshing and easy to drink that we finished it immediately 😊.

We received OCEAN99 Oochikai - Arrival - unfiltered, once-fired sake. The aroma is very gorgeous, with a mellow aroma like ripe muscat. Hmmm, I really like this aroma 😊. In the mouth, the fruity grape-like aroma is accompanied by a rush of sweetness, with a slight bubbling sensation and a touch of astringency that comes out towards the end, and a lingering aftertaste that finishes with a zingy finish. It is delicious! The flavor is even more intense than usual, as it is a fire-aged autumn sake 🎵. The aroma and flavor become stronger as the temperature rises 😅. It's already November and it's still hot, but this is one I want to drink slowly on a long autumn night 🌕. I'm glad I got a bottle of this 🌕 lol

It's finally the season for new sake 🎵 It's the perfect season for Sake lovers 🎶! First of all, I'm going to open the one I drink every year! We had Akabu Junmai Sake NEWBORN. The aroma is very fragrant, with a muscat-like aroma. In the mouth, the fruity sweetness fills the palate, and then slowly fades away with a slight astringency that shows up towards the end. It's delicious! I know this is the same comment as last year, but it really is delicious 😊The NEWBORN series is just too good✌. My favorite liquor store finally put a limit on one bottle. I can't blame them if it's so popular, but I just hope it doesn't get any harder to find 🙏.

I found one that had been sitting in the back of the fridge! To solve the fridge problem, I opened the bottle quickly ✌. We had a bottle of Shichiken Junmai Akkatsu Nigori. The nose has a sweet aroma reminiscent of apples. In the mouth, a moderate sweetness and lactic acidity rush into the mouth, with a lingering aftertaste that finishes with a slight effervescence. Yes, it's delicious! For details of the review, please refer to the previous issue. Some time has passed, but it tastes solid 👍. I can't stop getting excited about the many nigori sakes that will be coming out in the spring 🎶.

We had a bottle of Yokoyama SILVER7 Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Unrefined Nama Sake. I drink it every year ❗Yokoyama SILVER7 I made sure to get it this year too 😊. The aroma is mellow, like muscat, and it fills the glass. Hmmm, it still has a nice aroma❤. When you put it in your mouth, the umami sweetness spreads all over your mouth with a strong grape-like aroma, and it finishes off nicely with a slight astringency and a slight bubbly feeling that comes out towards the end. It is delicious! It can be enjoyed either on its own or as a mealtime drink 😊In case you are wondering, today's entrée is sashimi of flounder and bonito 🐟. But the Yokoyama SILVER7 is always excellent 👍! The new sake season is about to begin! The fridge is already too full 😢.
