Sake No. 3 that I bought at Izumiya, which is the only place in my area that sells it, so I always give it top priority when I see it. The moderate sweetness and clear taste are the same as ever, and the sensation of being enlivened every time you drink it is just as you would expect from Hana Oup, isn't it? I am declaring something like that, but the point is that it is delicious! When will I be able to buy it again...

This is Onikoro. I'm Onikoro, and only those who know what I'm talking about can guess what I'm talking about. I've only seen the first episode of the anime. It seems to be brewed by adding vibrations to music, which is something that I can't even fathom, but I guess it must have some effect because it seems that Miyoshikiku no Kura and ONKYO are really working on it. I couldn't tell the difference between it and regular Onikoroshi, but it's a cup of sake, so I tried it heated, and it seemed to be rather good. I hope that the fans of that one won't give up on sake after drinking this one 😌.

I was planning to buy AKABU after a long time, but I saw this one. It was a seasonal item and the price was quite different, so it was no matter 😌. I knew it was Miyakanume, sweet and tasty, and not too far from my taste. I drank it in two days, but it was OK because it tasted so good.

I saw Sandesi and decided to give it a try. Even if it is not suitable for me, the small volume will not hurt me too much. I had kept it in the refrigerator for a while after purchasing it, so the first time I drank it cold as it was. I would say what I felt was "water? I was surprised at how good it tasted. I could hardly taste it before it tasted good or bad, so there was no way to evaluate it. It is not something I would willingly drink.... A few days later, I was told that this sake must be heated, so I warmed it up and drank it again, but this time it was not "hot water? It was not "hot water" at all. The umami of the rice and a hint of sweetness appeared, and it was quite good. It is definitely tastier warmed up. It was the first time I had had a honjozo sake, and I learned a lot. I'd like to try a sake that tastes good warmed up every once in a while...even though it will be summer from now on...

Purchased at Izumiya, which I have not visited in a while. The reason for my choice was that I had not yet tasted any sake from Fukuoka. It was also because I had not seen many... I guess it is more of a light sake with a clear taste, but it was still delicious with its umami and acidity without giving a light impression. I would like to try the collaboration with Senkyoku, but I remember I passed it up because it was too expensive when I saw it in the past😓.

That liquor store was open that day. I thought that if the liquor store was open, I had to buy something, so I bought this bottle. I didn't remember drinking it, but when I looked back at my post, I found that I had drunk it two years ago. Well, I'm from Chiba, so I guess it doesn't matter... I still can't really tell the difference, but the good thing is that it's still sweet and tasty, so I can generally drink it without worry. But the next one is already guiding us to Aomi and Hoshikai... too fast pace😅.

When I visited for Abe, I found Tobiroki on the shelf, so I decided to buy it. I was told that the first bottle was not eligible, so I changed to 寫楽. 4 bottles of sake is a lot to store 😖. The taste is not blatantly fruity and full of modernity, but rather quite calm. It's delicious, but I don't think it's a must-have...did I set the bar too high for myself?

This was my first purchase of Kezuraku in a year and a half. I had intended to buy a limited edition of Tasake, but I was caught in a purchase limit, so I hurriedly bought this one.... The last time I drank Junmai-shu, I was a bit off about how good it was right after opening the bottle, but this time it was delicious right from the start 😋 I thought it was fruity, but after the third day I finally realized that it had a very melon-like quality. I don't often associate it with a specific fruit, but even I could sense it, so I guess it's an easy to understand and delicious drink. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

I checked the distributorships and found that Bishakudo was one of them, so I went to the store in Nagareyama, but unfortunately they didn't have it. I went to Tsukuba, which was only a train ride away, and found that it was sold there, so I was able to get it. The bottle was opened with a lively sound. The fruity flavor is irresistible. However, I felt that the nuance was quite different from the sake I have had in the past. I would like to drink it again to see what the difference is.

Sake #2 I bought at Daily Yamazaki, I was going to buy the Chrysanthemum if it was available, but it was sold out, so I bought the Nanamizu Seasonal Sake. It is as juicy and delicious as the Junmai Ginjo Omachi I had before 😋They say it is made with out-of-grade rice, but if it tastes this good, I guess the grade doesn't matter much...I wonder if I will be offended if I say so 😖.

On my way home from the hospital, I went to Bic Camera to take a look around and found Purple Space on sale, so I bought it. I was surprised and bought it. Before I got into sake, I used to buy liqueur here often. I used to like to drink mango-yan mixed with orange juice, but now orange juice has become quite expensive... The last time I drank Sugitama Label (5 months ago), I was raving about it, and this one is also very tasty with a juicy flavor reminiscent of pineapple. It's just a little too rich, and I thought it could be a little lighter. But it's OK, because it's delicious. I had to go 3 days without drinking because I felt like I was not getting rid of alcohol during the workday. I'll be careful now 😓.

I went to Daily Yamazaki to buy another bottle of Nanamizu. I was looking around the store for something else to buy and bought this one, which I was a little curious about because of the label. There were two colors on the shelf, gray and pink, one was orizumi and the other was nigori...I couldn't tell the difference 😖. I read the description and chose the pink which looked sweet. I was told to be careful when opening the bottle, but I opened it without any problem. It was quite tasty, with a slight gassy feeling, the typical nigori-style silkyness, moderate sweetness, and a touch of sourness. I might try the other one as well.

I went to the store to buy some of the "Kotobukinmu" (a Japanese word meaning "life without limits"), but they were open, but they said they didn't have any more in stock. I bought Silver Lining instead, which had just arrived at the store. It was a Thursday, and since most of the chrysanthemums are shipped on Thursday and delivered on Friday, it was an unexpected arrival, but I guess it was just a coincidence. It was a bit expensive though😅. I don't know if it was my health or the food I ate, but the sweetness and bitterness didn't mix and I didn't really enjoy it on the first day of drinking. I'm not sure if it's because of my health or what I ate, but the sweetness and bitterness didn't mesh well and I didn't feel it was very tasty. I honestly couldn't tell how good it tasted with the 29% polishing ^^;

Sake #2 purchased at Tsudanuma Seven: I finally bought the Jyuseki I had been interested in for a while, but put off drinking it because it was fire-aged, but I'm kind of grateful that it doesn't overwhelm the fridge 😌. I am glad that it is fire-roasted, but the slight fruity taste is not so tiring to drink and is suitable for drinking at a leisurely pace...whether that is a good thing or not. It was delicious and I'd like to pick up Jyuseki again.

This is the third sake I bought at Tobu in Funabashi, and the first Ehime. I was going to buy a 4-goupe bottle of Ishizuchi, but after tasting Hanagaki, I decided to buy that one, and decided to buy Ume Nishiki, which has a 1-goupe bottle of Ehime. I will buy Ishizuchi another time... It was quite good, sweeter and more umami than I expected, and I don't think I would have regretted buying the 4-glass bottle...I mean, 1-glass bottle is still a bit too much to drink😖.

Sake that was placed on layaway. As usual, I went through a few times when it was closed during delivery. This time, I had no business in Kashiwa directly, but I was passing through, so I called to check if it was open, and it was open, so I got off on the way and went to buy some 😌. I wondered how many restaurant customers they have since they are delivering so often, but it seems that most of their customers are individuals. I wonder if they are profitable? I was able to open the bottle without any problems, and contrary to my expectations, it is schwarzily sweet and tasty, but a little more fruity than the others, in short, very tasty. I drank this one in two days (I should be more serious about this...), so I went back to see if it was still in stock and of course it wasn't 😖.

I purchased this along with a bottle of Kangiku no Kotobukinmu at the Nihon-ya. I was chatting with them and before I knew it, they were pouring it, and I tasted it and bought it without thinking because I rather liked it. To be honest, I was curious about it, but I imagined it to be classical because of its name, but it wasn't so. So this is my first first grandchild. I knew when I tasted it that it was fresh and juicy and quite tasty because it was a draft sake. It seems that some specs are clearer than others, so I would like to try this one and others if I get the chance 😊.

I bought it at Yajima Sake Shop together with Mimuro Sugi. I thought it was my first time to drink Toyama sake, but it wasn't, but when I checked it out, it was practically a first. It seems to be a draft sake, but it has a calm taste, not too sweet or gorgeous, and gives a refreshing impression. I like the fact that it can be enjoyed as is or with food. I would like to try another spec if I have a chance.

I stopped by Tsudanuma Seven for a purchase after a long time on my way to Mauricia Tsudanuma. It is fun to see the sales floor, which is as overwhelming as ever. It's just a shame that the closing of Mauricia will drastically reduce my chances of going to Tsudanuma... I didn't have any accident with this sake thanks to watching the sakelabo, but it took me more than ten minutes to open the bottle😅too active. It's a bit too active 😅. It's a pain to open, but I'd like to drink it again.

This is the second sake I bought at Tobu in Funabashi. It was my first time to try Fukui sake as well... and I realized I hadn't had a Kuroryu yet 😖. It is a little different from the modern fruity sake, but it is still sweet and tasty and easy to drink, but perhaps because of its high alcohol content, I had a severe headache when I woke up after drinking half of it. In any case, I should know how much I should drink before drinking...
