The first drink after the medical checkup was a Kikumyoke from Kamoshita Sake Brewery, which I learned from Dr. Bouken. It was a long ride on the Musashino line, but it was a good liquor store 😎 There were no other customers, so we talked for a while. OH BARETTERA.....................................I laughed 😅 I thought it was a classic sake, but not too close to it and not particularly unpleasant, and I thought it was an excellent sake for a meal 😊It had been more than half a year since it was made, so I guess the taste may have changed a little. I would like to buy another spec next time I visit. I heard that they are going through a lot of hardships due to the nearby sacred place... I wish them the best 😌.

I made a reservation and bought it at Nihon-ya. This is one of my favorite Kangiku, so I can't miss it! I didn't drink it immediately after purchasing it because I have been having more opportunities to drink classic sake recently, so I wanted to keep a good balance. When I opened the bottle, the lees started dancing and I thought, "Is this going to blow out? I was surprised because I had never experienced this with Shiraginkai, or rather, Kangiku. I don't need to tell you how good it tasted, but I drank all of it in one day due to the problem of the refrigerator 😓I'll just say it was the last tasting before my health checkup 😌.

Visited Tanaka Sake Brewery in Toride to buy it. When I found out that Icoma-san visits them when he invades Kanto, I decided to go there to buy some since it is so close. It is very nice of you to introduce me to sake in the vicinity 😌. Sadly, no one seemed to have ever had a CI and I couldn't either 😓. I was recommended to try it at room temperature at first. It's a classic, umami-filled, food sake that can also be enjoyed on its own. The next one, ◎, is lukewarm, which is totally possible, but I personally prefer it at room temperature. Lastly, the ○, cold sake. I thought the umami might be too subdued, but surprisingly it wasn't so 😅I might just like it better when chilled because of the way it goes down my throat...

I started out with sweet and fruity sake, so I told the owner that I basically like that kind of sake, and he recommended this one, Morino-ya Morino-ya Morino-ya Morino-ya. When I asked if it was a lizard, he gently corrected me😅. I was very satisfied with this modern, juicy, and delicious sake that was exactly what I told him I liked😇It was a waste that I drank it mostly as a food sake, or I should have tasted it more carefully on its own 😓.

Sake #2 from Morinoya Sake Shop: Even though Senzuke is not available, if there is an Amber Izumi from the same brewery, and it is freshly pressed, it is human nature to want to try it. It's not too floral, not explicitly modern, and hardly sweet, but it has a freshness that is typical of nama-shu with a slight modern flavor that is really delicious.

I visited Morinoya Sake Brewery because I heard that they sold Morinori and Senzuke, my "two favorite brands". I wanted to try this brand at least once, and I also wanted to drink it once in a while with a low alcohol content. I put it in my mouth, thinking that since it was low alcohol, it would be light and I could just gulp it down, but when I put it in my mouth, I got the impression that it was like a thicker peach juice than I expected. I was able to enjoy the unique sweet and sour taste slowly 😋 but I gradually got used to it and eventually drank it all up smoothly 😇.

I had a rare day when work ended in the evening, so I stopped by the Funabashi Depa basement and bought it. I had been reluctant to pick it up because I had heard that it was a Chiba sake with a strong taste, but after reading the POP, I decided to give it a try 💪. I thought it had a classic aroma, but when I tried it, I found that it had a classical flavor and a lot of acidity, just like a classic Narumi. I drank more than half of it cold, but I think I prefer it at room temperature. I didn't find this one to have any particular peculiar quirks, but maybe that's just a story about other labels 🤔. The Tobu where I bought this also had Nyaruka and Bonito Masamune. I had to travel to Katsuura to buy it, but it was worth the trip to the brewery. I'm not sure if it was the other labels or not 🤔.

This one was also purchased at Nihon-ya. Personally, I think that only "orikagarami" is enough for electric chrysanthemums, but when I made a layaway request, I was asked, "Both, right? I answered "Yes, please" reflexively when I was asked to reserve them 😅 this year I bought them. After opening another bottle of sake, I wanted to drink something sweet, so I opened this one too. On the way home from a visit to a sake brewery in Toride, I decided to stop by a liquor store that I had been wanting to visit, and bought some Katsushika. It looked more like an izakaya than a liquor store and did not have a large selection of sake, but when I read the POP that said "the only sake brewery in the Tokatu area" I had to try it and bought it immediately. I was afraid to drink it because it looked and smelled like a classic sake, but it was not so. If anything, it would be better as a food sake. I realized how little I know about Chiba sake 😅. I searched for this sake and confirmed from a comment on bouken's post that J&N is from Noda. Spying is progressing 😌.

Purchased at a Japan store. I chose this opportunity because I hadn't had Kouko for some time now. I was also a little curious about this one. I was thinking "how fast they are selling out" when I heard that there were many people who heard that they could buy it at our store. Sooner or later, I may not be able to buy them either😅. I didn't have an image of Kouji as fruity, but I could feel it in this one and it was really tasty 😋 It wasn't light, so I could enjoy it slowly, but thanks to that I committed the cardinal sin of drinking it all in one day again 😓. I realized after I finished it that it was alsobe, but I don't care as long as it tastes good 😌. 1650 yen including tax is a good deal. I thought I saw a screencap of a text I recognized on Icoma's Twitter (now X), but I laughed out loud because I thought it was my post 🤣 Such a night.

It is very difficult for people in the Kanto region to find a liquor store near their home that sells Icoma Select, and even if it is listed as a store that carries it, it may not be available when you go there. It was a bit more classic than I expected, but it was clear and had a good umami flavor, so it was totally good. I would have liked to warm it up and serve it with seafood, but I couldn't stop myself and drank it all in 2 days 😓. I bought it at Sake no Kobayashi in Nishi-Kasai, but it seems that it was a store that was not yet a CI store for the sake drinkers, so I could not get a CI for it either 😥.

This is the second time I bought Kudokidokutei after a year and a half. It was a little expensive, but if the price is this low after cutting down to 29, I would say it's rather cheap... I was thinking that it was very dry with a fruity flavor, but suddenly I found myself thinking "Hey, it's kind of sweet...". It was quite strange that I often had a moment when I thought "Hey, it's kind of sweet". The Juicy Dry Kai Kai I drank last time might have been like that. But when I go for another sip, it becomes "I knew it wasn't sweet". I don't know about you, but it's delicious😅. I saw Tsubu-chan-san advocating the best pairing of this sake with Dorayaki, and I saw someone advocating the exact same thing 😳I wonder if he is his son, judging from the content.

Unfortunately, the Dawn of Shisui is not in stock this year. 😱It is said that the liquor stores have to go to the brewery in Shisui to pick up this sake, but some liquor stores have been shipping it and they were told that it is unfair... well, that's right... The sake dealer Yamada opened a store in the Keio Department Store in Shinjuku, and I stopped by to purchase some items as I was just on my way to the head office for a meeting. The space was about 1.5 Yajima, but the selection was quite good. I had given up on the idea of buying Summer, Winter, and Spring Secret, but I was glad to be able to buy Night. It has a unique sweetness and sourness that makes it a good stand-alone sake, but I personally think it tastes better as a food sake. I think it would be better to drink it with hot pot as the illustration suggests. I'd like to try other sake if I can find them 🤔. As announced on the app, the specification of the location search function seems to have changed so that all sake-no-wa users can CI places they have checked in (hereafter CI) regardless of where they are currently located, so I was able to CI the liquor stores in Choshi and Oarai that were too far from my house to CI in the past posts. I was able to edit and CI the liquor stores in Choshi and Oarai. There were two more in Gunma, so I did the same thing, and they didn't show up in the search, meaning no one has ever CI'd them... I can't even add a new one, which makes it impossible to CI them😓 Can you do something about this?

I went to my usual liquor store to reserve some Denshogiku. I asked if they had any good ones and they let me try them and they looked good 😊I don't have much room in my fridge but I'm always conscious of wanting to spend money on a nearby store that takes care of me...I buy from many places 🙄. I'm always conscious that I don't have much room in my fridge but I always want to spend money at my local store...I buy from many different stores 🙄 I'm told that it's polished to 45%, so it has a very clear sweetness that is irresistible.

East Rikishi's Zuzu Trip Collaboration Bottle. I was actually planning to make a pilgrimage to Shimazaki Sake Brewery's Dokutsu Sake Brewery to purchase a bottle, but when I found out that they are only open on Saturdays and Sundays, I gave up and went by mail order 😓. The reason why they are collaborating in the first place is because the Dokusu Sake Brewery itself appears in the film, and if you are on Amapura, you may feel like you have been there if you watch episode 5 of Zoushitabi 😌. It's a classic type of sake, but with a great umami flavor, which is rare for me as a modern Taro. The temperature has been suddenly dropping lately, so I think it's even more important to drink it lukewarm.

In late September, I went to Shinjuku to see a friend from junior high school who was again the head of the nightclub at Shinjuku Suehiro-tei. I stopped by the Isetan Shinjuku store to buy a gift for her, and bought this 3-grain Oumine for myself. I had been looking forward to drinking Omine since the last time I drank "Winter no Otosore" at the end of the 23rd year. I had seen it on Sake-no-Wa and heard a lot about how delicious it was on SakeLabo, so I had no worries and just sipped it. I would definitely buy it again if I see it again. I would love to buy it if I see it again. I was so surprised when I tried to give him a gift after the lecture 😅I was so surprised that a normal person is allowed to enter the backstage. It was quite a valuable experience ✨.

This is the second sake I purchased at Sake-no-Oikawa. I had an image of "Kijo-zake" as "Shinsaku Amasugi", but what do you think of it? It is not extremely sweet, but it is sweet in its own way, and if I had to say, it has a melon-like flavor that is delicious.

I took the course in Motoyawata because the deadline for retaking the liquor sales manager's course was approaching. I came to Motoyawata, which means I had no choice but to stop by Sake no Oikawa. This liquor store is famous as J&N's home base in Ichikawa these days, and I noticed for the first time on my third visit that they have a refrigerated room🤣No, I thought they didn't have a large selection of refrigerated sake... I almost laughed because it was so quirky and stupid. The first choice was the Hiran, which I haven't had in quite a while. Nikomaru, which seemed to be the standard among several. The last time I drank Heaven for the first time, I was left with the impression that it was like Senkou, perhaps because of its acidity. It was so delicious that I drank it all up in one day for the first time since Urasato Nigori 😥 and the next day I got sick safely😇😇😇.
