⭐⭐⭐⭐ This sake is from Kitamura Brewery Ltd. located in Tojo-machi, Shobara City, Hiroshima Prefecture. I drank it for the first time last year and really enjoyed it, so I requested it as a touring souvenir for my husband. According to the staff at the roadside station, the Kikubunmei hiyaoroshi that comes out every fall is given a different name each time! This year, it is "Autumn Ichiban. Anyway, the smell is good💕 Pears, pears, pears🍐. Not too sweet and sharp! We had our first oyster in a clay pot and it had a nice bitter taste when combined with chrysanthemum civilization 😊. Delicious 😋. Ingredients rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic) Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 16 At YOU Saren Tojo 1,650 yen/720ml

When the bottle is opened, the fruity aroma is Hmm. Is this a good one? Although it has a weak spiciness, it has a strong umami flavor and can be drunk quickly and easily. However, I'm not sure how it matches with the food on the first day. It is a delicious sake even when drunk on its own. Of course, it is also delicious as a food sake. I bought it on a touring trip, so I could only buy 300 ml. I bought a seat back so I can buy a #4 bottle next time. This time it was a 300 ml bottle, so I have two beers. I bought this beer at a convenience store. I bought it at a convenience store. It was a black beer, mildly dry and easy to drink. And a local beer, Osorahan Beer, which we drank on Christmas Eve. I have had this beer before, but this time the yogurt flavor was a little less pronounced. Is the taste a little uneven or does it change depending on my physical condition? I think it was the latter. But still... It was a good beer again.
