Sake #2 from Morinoya Sake Shop: Even though Senzuke is not available, if there is an Amber Izumi from the same brewery, and it is freshly pressed, it is human nature to want to try it.
It's not too floral, not explicitly modern, and hardly sweet, but it has a freshness that is typical of nama-shu with a slight modern flavor that is really delicious.

Hello, I'm a freelancer.
I see you have been steadily acquiring Icoma brand 😊.
If you can't get it by any means, there is a forbidden way to have it mail-ordered from DM 😚.

Hi Jay & Nobby ^^^^.
It seems that Senzuke is available at Saito Sake Shop if you are in Tochigi, but I don't see Amber Spring listed... I can understand if it's the other way around, but I wonder if that's possible?

Hello bouken-sensei!
I didn't have any Senzuke, but I was able to learn about the taste of Amber Spring, which I hadn't marked 😊I'll consider mail order if there is a brand that I really want!
