Visited Tanaka Sake Brewery in Toride to buy it. When I found out that Icoma-san visits them when he invades Kanto, I decided to go there to buy some since it is so close. It is very nice of you to introduce me to sake in the vicinity 😌.
Sadly, no one seemed to have ever had a CI and I couldn't either 😓.
I was recommended to try it at room temperature at first. It's a classic, umami-filled, food sake that can also be enjoyed on its own. The next one, ◎, is lukewarm, which is totally possible, but I personally prefer it at room temperature. Lastly, the ○, cold sake. I thought the umami might be too subdued, but surprisingly it wasn't so 😅I might just like it better when chilled because of the way it goes down my throat...
