I had a rare day when work ended in the evening, so I stopped by the Funabashi Depa basement and bought it. I had been reluctant to pick it up because I had heard that it was a Chiba sake with a strong taste, but after reading the POP, I decided to give it a try 💪.
I thought it had a classic aroma, but when I tried it, I found that it had a classical flavor and a lot of acidity, just like a classic Narumi. I drank more than half of it cold, but I think I prefer it at room temperature. I didn't find this one to have any particular peculiar quirks, but maybe that's just a story about other labels 🤔.
The Tobu where I bought this also had Nyaruka and Bonito Masamune. I had to travel to Katsuura to buy it, but it was worth the trip to the brewery. I'm not sure if it was the other labels or not 🤔.

It has been a while since I have been to a liquor store, and I was taken in by a summer sake from Shinomine that had previously impressed me. The label was cool and nice.
When we opened the bottle, the aroma was mild. It has a mild aroma, and when you put it in your mouth, it has a chili-like flavor. It is fresh, has no peculiarities, and has a nice sharpness. I liked Shinomine.

Hiyokizakura Sandesi was left in the fridge because I forgot when I bought it. I remember the reason I purchased it was because it was a sake from Tottori, a prefecture I had not yet tasted. I would like to drop by again if I have a chance because they had a wide variety of rather small volume bottles. I was also allowed to sample something, but I forget the brand name...
I can feel the umami of the rice, but to be honest, it seems to be a light and dry sake with a watery impression.

A little early Hiyaoroshi!
The aroma is sweet and full... like a baked sweet potato.
It's not as sweet as I thought it would be, but it's clean and still has some acidity! It goes down your throat like orange juice or mixed juice ^ ^.

Very fresh and fragrant.
The mouthfeel is gentler than the nose, but gradually becomes macerated by the intense alcohol. A nice balance of candy-like sweetness and soft apple-like acidity.
I drink it every year, and it's good again this year ⭐️.
