Slightly strong alu feeling immediately after opening the bottle.
As the day went by, it seemed to have lost its corner. It may be best to drink it cooled down.
It seems to be a return gift of Furusato tax.
I bought it at Tobu Department Store in Funabashi on my way home from an exhibition. I didn't expect to find Harukai here and decided to buy it immediately when I saw it. I had originally intended to choose a sake to fill in the map, but my plans went slightly awry 😖.
Opened the bottle without any problems. The sweet and sour taste was just like a dessert sake.
Hiyokizakura Sandesi was left in the fridge because I forgot when I bought it. I remember the reason I purchased it was because it was a sake from Tottori, a prefecture I had not yet tasted. I would like to drop by again if I have a chance because they had a wide variety of rather small volume bottles. I was also allowed to sample something, but I forget the brand name...
I can feel the umami of the rice, but to be honest, it seems to be a light and dry sake with a watery impression.
Good evening, Mr. Freelancer Ichiyo Otoko 😃.
Congratulations on your first Tottori sake 🍶 with forgotten Hioki Sakura 🎉.
I think this light and dry sake might enhance the flavor if paired with a tasty entrée 🤗.
Hi Jay & Nobby ^^^^.
You say it very well^^ I have to do something about the fact that I tend to forget about small volume bottles.
I wonder if it would be better to pair it with a strong flavored entrée, since it is so light.

Very smooth (o^^o)
Gentle, fresh, tongue-tingling sweetness with a hint of fermented acidity ☺️
Soft to the throat and easily absorbed ^ ^.
I want to drink it slowly when something good happens 😆.

Very juicy 🍇.
It has a fruity taste that is typical for a sake that is still in the bottle ^ ^.
Not too much acidity or bitterness. It has a thickening effect.
It has a thickening effect, almost like syrup 😁.

How about this year's Kashiwamori Hiyayoroshi?
Thick as usual, but dry!
Alcoholic stimulation but quite clear❗️Spicier than usual?
I think this would go well with sashimi or grilled white fish 🐟️.
Enjoy the mellow aroma in your mouth☺️.

I've had this beer every time I've had it, and I still think it's delicious!
The balance between the stimulation of the alcohol, the aroma of the lees, the sweetness and the faint sourness in it...
I buy this every time.

A little early Hiyaoroshi!
The aroma is sweet and full... like a baked sweet potato.
It's not as sweet as I thought it would be, but it's clean and still has some acidity! It goes down your throat like orange juice or mixed juice ^ ^.
I drink it every time, but it's so delicious❗️

Purchased at the Funabashi Tobu event.
Very fresh and fragrant.
The mouthfeel is gentler than the nose, but gradually becomes macerated by the intense alcohol. A nice balance of candy-like sweetness and soft apple-like acidity.
I drink it every year, and it's good again this year ⭐️.
