On the way home from a visit to a sake brewery in Toride, I decided to stop by a liquor store that I had been wanting to visit, and bought some Katsushika. It looked more like an izakaya than a liquor store and did not have a large selection of sake, but when I read the POP that said "the only sake brewery in the Tokatu area" I had to try it and bought it immediately.
I was afraid to drink it because it looked and smelled like a classic sake, but it was not so. If anything, it would be better as a food sake.
I realized how little I know about Chiba sake 😅.
I searched for this sake and confirmed from a comment on bouken's post that J&N is from Noda. Spying is progressing 😌.
