I have been slacking on updates lately. No wonder it's been so hot 🥵. Summer is a dry boom, so here ‼️ you all know Bakuren, which I bought with Yamahoshi at my usual sake theme park store. When it comes to super dry sake, this is usually recommended, but what do you think? Let's start with the aroma: ‼️ Mmmmmm 🧐😕😑. I can't tell with my stupid nose, but I think I can just detect a slight alu feeling. It's not that strong of a scent. Now take a sip🍻🍶. Yes, it is dry but very easy to drink. Maybe it's because I drank Yamahoshi afterwards? Basically, I drink it chilled, but it might be good warmed up. But it is delicious enough as it is, so let's drink it as it is for now!

I visited Ueda on a trip to Nagano, so I couldn't miss a stop at this brewery: ‼️ The Okazaki Sake Brewery that you all know: ‼️ There were many people taking commemorative photos (lol). Let's start with the aroma! A delicious smell like sweet peaches permeates the nose. There is no doubt about it now. Now take a sip🍶🍻. The moment you take a sip, you feel a tingling sensation in your mouth, then a pear-like sweetness spreads out, and finally the bitterness washes away the sweetness nicely. Perfectly balanced sake. I've been drinking a lot of dry sake lately, so it feels very sweet, but it's not unpleasantly sweet. As usual, Shinshu Kamerei is great at making a beautiful sake.

The other day I tried Tsururei and thought, well, I haven't tried Yukio yet, and then I found it at a local supermarket 💡 I bought it ‼️ (whatever the reason is). Let's start with the aroma: ‼️ I don't know if it's because it's a one-cup cup or not, but I can't smell it. I guess I still have a stupid nose. Well, let's take a sip 🍶🍻. Very refreshing and easy to drink. I've been drinking mostly dry sake lately, so it seems a little sweet, but I think it's more on the dry side. I think this sake would go well with a variety of side dishes in both summer and winter. Next time, I would like to try it heated in winter. I would like to drink it again.

Today I am looking forward to the famous Niigata sake ‼️ that I received as a gift ‼️ from the famous Tsururei ‼️🍶 instead of Nagano sake! Let's start with the aroma‼️ A combination of sweet aroma derived from rice and some fruitiness, which makes it a pleasure to put in your mouth‼️ Then, take a sip! I'll take a sip! Wow ‼️ it's so sweet ‼️ It's so sweet you'd think it was sugar water or ⁉️. It was a bit shocking. It has a nice sharpness, so I can drink it there, but unfortunately at this time of the year it's too sweet and I get tired of drinking it, so I'll consume it slowly 😄.

The third purchase on the Nagano trip: ‼️ It's a great experience to be able to buy at the brewery. ‼️ And I can't resist when I hear it's a limited edition from the brewery, but I already bought 4 bottles on my trip to Nagano, so I'll just have to hold out for one... Next time I go there, I'll buy more、、、、 Now, from the aroma: ‼️ It smells slightly sweet, but I think it's almost odorless. My stupid nose can't decide ‼️ (laughs) Now for a sip ‼️🍶🍻 In the mouth, I feel a pear-like sweetness, followed by an alu feeling, with a slight bitterness at the end, and the sweetness remains. I got this one at a liquor store I stopped by on a trip to Nagano, too: ‼️ My first Kawanakajima Genmai: ‼️ I can't find it anywhere in my neighborhood, so I made sure to buy this one: ‼️ I brought it home and opened it at a sake party with people from my company: ‼️ The aroma was a little bit bad timing, but I drank it as soon as I could. ‼️ Then a sip: ‼️ It has a unique aroma, and although it is pleasant on the palate, the aroma that comes afterward is not very pleasant. I think this is a product that can be liked or disliked.

Now for a sip‼️🍶🍻🥂. A firm sweetness rises as the alu feeling spreads, followed by a unique wood-like aroma. The bitterness asserts itself at the end so that you don't feel the dullness of the sweetness🤩🥂It is well-balanced and beautifully tasted‼️. It has a more bitter and sharp taste than Jikin, and it somehow gives the impression of being similar to Shinshu Kamerei. I bought it at a liquor store on a trip to Ito and brought it back without drinking it‼️🍶. I had an image of a beautiful sweet sake, but how about this one? 🤔 Let's start with the aroma 💐. It is a clean and sweet scent. Elegant scent🤩. Now a sip 🍶🍻. Hmmm...⁉️ I feel the characteristic sourness from the sweetness...⁉️ I wonder if the sourness is similar to the sensation that leads to the sourness from the sweetness of pears. The umami also comes properly afterwards. Delicious 🤤I was a little worried about the temperature being near room temperature during the move, but it was fine! 🍻

This is my first time at Kido! I've been curious about this one for a while, so I bought this one as well since there was still some draft sake left: ❗️ Looking forward to it 🍶. Let's start with the aroma: ☘️ The sweet aroma of rice spreads. Let's just say that "fragrant breeze" is a good way to describe it! Now for a sip 🍻🍶🍻. It's a light sweet finish with a bit of bitterness that spreads out a bit while it finishes. It's so easy to drink that you wouldn't think it was 15% without the alu feel. I think this is on a high level. ❗️ I don't drink a lot of spring sake, but this is delicious! The cherry blossoms are now in full bloom, so this was one I wanted to drink while admiring the view 🌸❗️
