I bought it for a souvenir, but a customer traveling from Hokkaido🐴 gave me some chocolates and I didn't have any on hand, so I had to rush to the store and drink it with everyone, including my sister🥂. Morioka! I chose the sake to go with the stylish snacks. This is also my first time. Nice choice by me. It is nice and clear and dry. Iwate's dry sake has no grandfather. The dialect in the store is nice. It makes the sake go down a treat!

The last sake we had at Kyoto Stand Kiyo Kiyo was "Toyoyo Junmai Dry Musou" by Mukai Shuzo, also from the Tango region. The rough and powerful label may represent the fishing scene in this area. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the umami flavor and the aroma of rice is crisp and full. Even though it is called "Dry Musou", it has a hint of sweetness, which makes it a delicious cup. It has been a long time since I have had a good drink, and the best part of drinking outside by myself is that I can drink slowly while considering what to drink and what snacks to go with it, while keeping an eye on my pocketbook. I returned home refreshed both mentally and physically. From next time, I will introduce some of the sakes I took at the beginning of the year!

1853 2024/9 Kyo no Haru Junmai Nama Nigori Sake 67% 17° 24/8 A Ine-cho, Kyoto 720 1945 The bottle was warned to be opened with caution, but there was no fizziness at all, and the lees did not move even slightly. The first thing I did was to pour the clear sake into a cup, and even there I did not feel any fizz. But the taste is quite refreshing and delicious. After the second glass, I mixed the lees with the nigoromi (nigori)... Perhaps because the lees is so thick (about a quarter of the lees in stillness), the sake was a little heavy, beyond soft. It might be exquisite if gas were involved...but I kept on drinking. I had the impression that if there was a sense of effervescence... if there was no effervescence, the clear sake would be better.... On the second day, I had the clear sake and light nigori. Since I was enjoying Ine-Manbaike at the same time, I thought it would be good if they were from the same brewery, so I combined the remaining lees with Ine-Manbaike and enjoyed it as a mellow pink sake.

I bought a bottle of Ayagiku's raw sake because it seems to be rare. I bought it at Okura Sake Shop in front of Tamatsukuri Station. It is a new store opened this year. They seem to carefully select and handle brands that are not found in the Kansai region. They have a wide selection of sake brands such as Rairaku, Kinshi Morinori, Shonosato, Hizen Kurashin, Chitose Mori, Kikunoi, Hakuryu (Fukui Prefecture), Ayagiku, Hanashimi, Zoka, Morinokura, Rokkasen, Tenzan, etc. Sake made with Sanuki olive yeast. Fresh, rich, sweet and acidic. The acidity is impressive, but there is also a bit of spiciness in the latter half. It has a light mouthfeel for its alcohol content, perhaps due to the acidity. It does have a slightly tropical flavor.

They use a yeast called "Kyo no Koto" which was jointly developed by Sasaki Shuzo and the Kyoto City Institute of Industrial Technology. If that's the case, why don't they write it on the label? It was a souvenir for myself when I stopped by Ise Jingu Shrine. I thought I hadn't had nigori sake recently, so I chose something that looked easy to drink. I had it after cooling it down thoroughly. It is sweet and easy to drink, almost as if you are already drinking amazake. It might be a good idea to drink it as a dessert-like ending to a meal.

My wife posted this first😅. When we went on a trip to Ise, I tasted it at the brewery and it was so good that I immediately pre-ordered it 😊. It arrived refrigerated and I opened it right away. My parents-in-law gave me this sake as a souvenir from Tanba Sasayama. It's a completely unknown brand, so I was very nervous when I opened the bottle. Maybe it's because we've been drinking a lot of autumn sake lately, but it's surprisingly refreshing 😳 You can drink it easily without getting stuck. It has a faint sourness and a spiciness that comes afterwards, and then it goes away quickly. It's a sake made with clean water that goes well with all kinds of food.
