I bought it for a souvenir, but a customer traveling from Hokkaido🐴 gave me some chocolates and I didn't have any on hand, so I had to rush to the store and drink it with everyone, including my sister🥂. Home drinking. 100% Yamadanishiki produced in Shiga Prefecture The color is slightly whitish. The mouthfeel is clean and mild. The taste is sweet like green apple. The acidity is blended with sweet and sour. Is it sweet? Is it sweet? But then the sourness appears and has a big impact 🤩. This sake was created by the young successor of the brewery, who wanted to make a light and easy-to-drink sake. He was trained at Akebono Shuzo in Tenmei. Expectations are high 😊. It has a beautiful sweetness and is very easy to drink ❗️ It seems to go well with any meal and is a versatile player. I hope more and more young sake makers are getting involved and the sake market is expanding 😆.

[I like it, ferry 😆 ] I've had a couple of sake from Watarifune so far, and they're usually good 😋, with a nice balance of umami and bitterness from the gentle sweetness. I think Naminoe is a rare brand that you don't see much in Tokyo. I bought it for the first time, and I got the impression that it is moderately sweet and refreshing. The aroma in the background is a fresh melon candy type. It is more suitable for simmered dishes than sashimi👍.

I bought a bottle of Ayagiku's raw sake because it seems to be rare. I bought it at Okura Sake Shop in front of Tamatsukuri Station. It is a new store opened this year. They seem to carefully select and handle brands that are not found in the Kansai region. They have a wide selection of sake brands such as Rairaku, Kinshi Morinori, Shonosato, Hizen Kurashin, Chitose Mori, Kikunoi, Hakuryu (Fukui Prefecture), Ayagiku, Hanashimi, Zoka, Morinokura, Rokkasen, Tenzan, etc. Sake made with Sanuki olive yeast. Fresh, rich, sweet and acidic. The acidity is impressive, but there is also a bit of spiciness in the latter half. It has a light mouthfeel for its alcohol content, perhaps due to the acidity. It does have a slightly tropical flavor.

Visiting Ise with my wife's parents! (We just went there last October 😅) Geku shrine → Sarutahiko shrine → lunch at Ise Kaku Uchingu restaurant → around the inner shrine and back to the inn for my parents and to Ise Man for myself and my wife 😁. This time, due to the space in our fridge (and budget), we only tasted the raw sake! It was refreshing and delicious 😋😋😋.

Shishimai Fuunroku Part 3 The next point of rest and ga-in is Tenjo Yumegen This label commemorates the 100th anniversary of Maruka Kensetsu, located in the same area as Nakayu Sake Brewery. The contents are probably the same as the regular Tokujun, but it is only at local festivals that this kind of sake is served as a sacred sake. However, I am not sure if this label is "Yamato" or "Taiwa". It has been a long time since I have tasted Tenjo Mugen, and while it has a dry base, it is slightly sweet, has a strong umami flavor, and has a nice acidity and bitterness. Once again, I realize that it is a local sake. Thank you very much!
