The last one is Fusozuru. It will be served warm. The top-tasting aroma is that of thick rice. The mouthfeel is clear and the umami of rice is directly conveyed. The aftertaste has a slightly matured or aged feel to it, but I think this is what makes the umami so convincing. The finish is soft and fluffy, with a soft acidity and astringency. The image is quite dandy and austere. Fuso is an old Japanese alias, but when I think of Fuso, I think of the Mitsubishi Fuso truck or the battleship Fuso of the Imperial Navy. The sake was a donation of 50 yen per bottle. The liquor store told me to use it as a cooking sake if it tasted bad because it might be a bit of a twist, but it's also just plain delicious.

Tonight, our first series, Kikuyu by Yoshikawa Brewery from Isehara City, Kanagawa Prefecture. It is 100% Dewa Sanzu, Junmai Nama-no-Hajime made with Kyoukai No. 6 yeast. It has a ginjo aroma between cucumber and pear, and the first sip is clear with a full sweetness, but later on, a strong bitterness and alcohol taste follows, making it dry and smooth.

Tonight, we decided to open a new sake once in a while, so we had this one from the Yoshikawa Sake Brewery in Kanagawa Prefecture. Junmai Nigori Sake - Luxurious Aragoshi ✨✨✨✨. The sake seems to have been bottled after the new sake unrefined sake has been roughly fermented 😄. The aroma has a hint of pear and apple. When you take a sip, you can feel the gasiness and acidity, but it is juicy and delicious 😋😋😋😋 When you mix the lees, you can feel the sweetness of the rice and the creaminess increases, which is also delicious 😋😋. This was definitely one to repeat 🤗

Famous for its heated sake? It is a famous heated sake from Tanzawayama. I went to Sakatoya in Mizonokuchi to buy a bottle of Ayahana's slightly heated sake, but they were selling Reiho by weight, which is only sold in 1 sho (1.5 liter) bottles. First, I tasted it cold. The first aroma was slightly sweet. In the mouth, it has a beautiful sweetness with a hint of sourness. The sweetness is moderate and refreshing. Next, we tried it warmed up. At home. I bought this as a souvenir when I enjoyed lunchtime drinking at Changlong Brewpark and had it at home. I guess it is a slightly different version of the one I had at lunch. The aroma may be influenced by the name of bamboo ⁉️.... Unlike the lunchtime drink, it was fresh, sweet, sour, and refreshing. The fact that I was able to bring back a good one as a souvenir made my day more enjoyable and memorable... ‼️ The fourth picture is of Kaguya-chan, the mascot of Hiroryo Town.

At Changlong Brewpark. The second drink was Shikisaki. We were told that it is recommended as a food sake, so we had it with our bento. It is a dry sake with a strong umami flavor that can be savored slowly. I don't know if this is a good analogy, but I drink it as a very light shochu. It's meant to be a sipping drink, but it goes into your body quickly! The second day starts with a cold sake. On the back of the label, it says it's a little dry. Perhaps because it is an unpasteurized sake, it doesn't have a strong alcoholic flavor, but it does have a bitter aftertaste and a tongue-tickling sensation. It may not be suitable for those who don't like the dry taste.
