Since I came to Hiroshima, I wanted to buy "Moon after Rain"! So I bought it. (*/◎◎*) Goku goku goku Pouring it into the sake cup, the sweet aroma is strong. When I took a sip, I was surprised to find that it was not fruity, but slightly spicy, with a slight tingle on the side of my tongue. Since the last one I drank was fruity, I thought this one would be the same. But it was easy to drink. I guess that's because the alcohol content is 13 degrees. After the next day, it was still refreshing, but with a touch of sweetness. Personally, I like it better the day after opening the sealed bottle, as it has more fullness. Goshi-so-(person >▽<.)-sama-sama-sama. On a weekday afternoon, there was only one customer ahead of us. So, while I was wondering which one to buy, the store was fully booked. There are many different brands in the store, and I never get tired of looking at them. And it is difficult to choose one bottle.

I wanted to try this sake because I think the most famous sake in Hiroshima is Amego no Tsuki. I looked it up and found that it was described as fruity, so I went with this one. I couldn't really taste the fruity flavor, it tasted like "sake" to me, so I couldn't really drink it💦. It seems to be low in alcohol, but it has a robust flavor.

It has the lightness of a low-alcohol sake, but without the thinness of a line. There is a change in sweetness and umami due to the ori, and I feel it has more power than hi-ire. Tonight I'm drinking #Awago-Tsuki Jusan-no-Yoru Special Junmai Orikagarami Nama-Shu from #Aihara Shuzo in Kure City, Hiroshima Prefecture. I've had this every year, and while it's only 13 degrees, I get the impression that the flavor is getting stronger and stronger. It has a strong sense of gas, which is unique to orikagarami, and the flavor is full of umami. It is delicious now that the weather is getting hotter.

This time, it was the main brand of Aihara Shuzo, the consignor of Motohira, which I drank last time. I left it at room temperature for about 3 days after I bought it, but I thought it would be okay (^_^; ). The flavor and the top aroma are also melon, and I think it is similar to Motohira's yellow color. I have not been able to find out the details of the specs this time as well (^_^; ), but I personally think it is a bottle that can be drunk for a long time. This time, I served sashimi of flatfish, which I had bought and left over, as a side dish, but I thought a simple snack like edamame (green soybeans) would also be good. Tomorrow (Feb. 20), I would like to try it with edamame. Hiroshima sake is not to be underestimated...delicious!

I've had the moon after rain at the store a few times in the past, but this is the first time I've bought it at a liquor store & drank it at home! The aroma of melon is in the foreground. It's not a nose aroma, but an aroma that spreads in the mouth. No tingling sensation, but the acidity refreshes the palate. Flows quickly and easily. Tonight I had a bottle of #Ago no Tsuki Special Junmai Jusanya Origarami Nama from Aihara Shuzo in Kure City, Hiroshima Prefecture. The aroma reminded me of fresh grapefruit, which reminded me of Pocari Sweat for some reason 😆 When I drank it with my relatives at New Year's, it seemed a bit sweeter, but today it seemed surprisingly dry. The slight fizziness is also very pleasant😊.
