Since I came to Hiroshima, I wanted to buy "Moon after Rain"! So I bought it.
(*/◎◎*) Goku goku goku
Pouring it into the sake cup, the sweet aroma is strong.
When I took a sip, I was surprised to find that it was not fruity, but slightly spicy, with a slight tingle on the side of my tongue. Since the last one I drank was fruity, I thought this one would be the same. But it was easy to drink. I guess that's because the alcohol content is 13 degrees.
After the next day, it was still refreshing, but with a touch of sweetness. Personally, I like it better the day after opening the sealed bottle, as it has more fullness.
Goshi-so-(person >▽<.)-sama-sama-sama.
On a weekday afternoon, there was only one customer ahead of us. So, while I was wondering which one to buy, the store was fully booked.
There are many different brands in the store, and I never get tired of looking at them. And it is difficult to choose one bottle.
I wanted to try this sake because I think the most famous sake in Hiroshima is Amego no Tsuki.
I looked it up and found that it was described as fruity, so I went with this one.
I couldn't really taste the fruity flavor, it tasted like "sake" to me, so I couldn't really drink it💦.
It seems to be low in alcohol, but it has a robust flavor.
It is more beautiful on the thirteenth night of the month, when the moon is a little less than full.
Ginjo aroma is not strong, but beautiful and fragrant. Banana type + grapefruit, etc.?
It has the lightness of a low-alcohol sake, but without the thinness of a line. There is a change in sweetness and umami due to the ori, and I feel it has more power than hi-ire.
I thought the fragrant ginjo aroma and the crispness of the mouthfeel were very much like Tsuki after rain.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Purchased at Sake Sho Yamada.
Tonight I'm drinking #Awago-Tsuki Jusan-no-Yoru Special Junmai Orikagarami Nama-Shu from #Aihara Shuzo in Kure City, Hiroshima Prefecture. I've had this every year, and while it's only 13 degrees, I get the impression that the flavor is getting stronger and stronger. It has a strong sense of gas, which is unique to orikagarami, and the flavor is full of umami. It is delicious now that the weather is getting hotter.
drinking at home (as opposed to going out)
February's No. 1 is definitely this one!
Date of production: December 2022
Rice: 100% Yamadanishiki
Polishing ratio 60
This time, it was the main brand of Aihara Shuzo, the consignor of Motohira, which I drank last time. I left it at room temperature for about 3 days after I bought it, but I thought it would be okay (^_^; ). The flavor and the top aroma are also melon, and I think it is similar to Motohira's yellow color. I have not been able to find out the details of the specs this time as well (^_^; ), but I personally think it is a bottle that can be drunk for a long time. This time, I served sashimi of flatfish, which I had bought and left over, as a side dish, but I thought a simple snack like edamame (green soybeans) would also be good. Tomorrow (Feb. 20), I would like to try it with edamame. Hiroshima sake is not to be underestimated...delicious!
My favorite moon after the rain.
Sukiyaki and. Less meat is pushed to the front.
The degree is 13 degrees. The mental hurdle is lowered and you can guzzle it.
Since ancient times, people used to throw beans on Setsubun day👹.
Before we know it, the custom of eating ehoumaki (rolls wrapped in rice wrapped in eho-maki) has
has taken root.
Tonight is the moon after the rain.
When I open the door, I hear a cheerful sound.
The feeling of tight gas 🫧.
Aroma like sweet sake
Clean sweetness and sharpness ⚡.
When you mix the lees, the lactobacillus feeling becomes more intense at once ✨.
Light, low-alcoholic taste, so you can gobble it up 😋.
I've had the moon after rain at the store a few times in the past, but this is the first time I've bought it at a liquor store & drank it at home!
The aroma of melon is in the foreground.
It's not a nose aroma, but an aroma that spreads in the mouth.
No tingling sensation, but the acidity refreshes the palate.
Flows quickly and easily.
It seems to go well with oily and rich dishes 🤗
Oil in the mouth will be washed away quickly
Low alc. so you can drink it as much as you want.
It's just that it's hard to drink by itself.
It was also delicious 😋😋😋😋😋😋.
Thanks for the food 🎶🎶.
Light sweetness, moderate acidity, and a clean taste that does not linger. It is delicious chilled, but can also be enjoyed at room temperature, with the sweetness becoming more pronounced when heated. It is a sake that shows that it has been well made.
This sake won the gold medal at "KURA MASTER 2020".
It was also used on ANA's international first and business class flights.
The raw material rice is Hyogo Prefecture's special A "Yamadanishiki" and the rice polishing ratio is 60%.
It is a low-alcohol sake with an alcohol content in the 13 degree range.
It is easy to drink like grape juice.
The aftertaste is mild.
The aftertaste is mild, but the alcohol taste leaves a heat feeling deep in the chest.
When heated, it has a refreshing lactic acidity that tingles on the tongue.
Easy to drink, but the umami may seem low.
