Nuggets of luji, I bought some. Along with grilled chicken. 🙂 This is an active nigori version of the standard junmai sake. Light and smooth on the palate, with a sharp finish. 😊 Shuwa shuwa fizziness, creamy sweetness is elegant, very beautiful and juicy. There is also a good amount of gas, which is the opposite of the impression of a sweet and spicy cider, so it is a refreshing cider sensation, which makes the drink go down a treat. The lingering bitterness from the cider also makes you realize how delicious it is. 🤩. The expression changes even if you drink only the supernatant before mixing or only the darker part of the oli. The flavor changes over time. 🥲

This is Kashiwamori, an original sake from Katayama Shuzo, which I bought on a trip to Nikko. Slightly dry. It has the rich taste and aroma of original sake. I also recommend the "Sake Long Cake" filled with this sake 😀 I have had many different sake cakes, but this one, by all means, should be paired with sake. You will not regret buying it.

Yesterday we went to Bicchu Matsuyama and Kibi Tsu! We were worried about rain, but it was really fortuitous that it shifted and we saw some sunshine. The view over the magnificent stone walls and town at the top of the mountain was exceptional ✨. Then we visited the Kibitsu Shrine, with its long corridor and historic appearance. The long corridor and historic appearance of the Kibitsu Shrine that we visited afterwards was truly heartwarming 🍑. After exploring, we crossed the Seto Inland Sea and drank a glass of Kibi-shu 🍶. When you open the bottle, you will find a deep aroma of nuts and chestnuts. The mouthfeel is slippery and dry. It is full-bodied with a punch of acidity and astringency, as well as a full-bodied rice flavor. It has a presence like nuts and bitter chocolate. However, the stimulation of the hot, acidic, and astringent taste tightens it up like a whip, and it has a good salty taste with a firm edge!

Like Minatoya Toisuke, this is another brand of Murasuke that I bought because I liked it after tasting it at Ponshu-kan in Echigo Yuzawa. There are many liquor stores that sell Murasuke in Tokyo, but I had never seen this brand before. As its name suggests, it's low in alcohol content at 13%, so it's easy to drink 😚. When you drink it cold, it's light and refreshing, with no hint of bitterness. It's delicious in its own right, but when it's chilled at a cooler temperature, it becomes sweeter and more impressive. I liked it best when it was chilled in the wine cellar at about 15 degrees Celsius 😄. It's interesting to see how it changes with the temperature, but in any case, it's a different direction from the sweet and sour fruity Murasuke. I think it's a fine sake that won't go with any snacks 😋
