Smells like caramel and grain.
It has a dry, drinkable, honey-like sweetness, a strong flavor, powerful acidity, and a clean aftertaste with enough stimulation to numb the tongue. Delicious.
Impact like a whiskey. The official recommendation is to drink it lukewarm (around 40 degrees Celsius). The warmer it is, the less stimulating it is.
It is a great match for fish, and the fish becomes twice as good with the support. I should have bought another kind.
