紫の誇
At a sushi restaurant owned by a friend of mine.
We enjoyed nigiri-zushi, dried hokke (hokke) overnight, and other seasonal delicacies. There were many Niigata sake that the owner directly sources from Niigata, and we had a bottle of the highly recommended Shimehari-zuru. I had tasted the sake before, but the taste was so delicious that it changed my impression of the sake.
The aroma was fruity, and when you put it in your mouth, it was sweet and tasty with a refreshing sharpness.
The warmth of the proprietor and proprietress made for an enjoyable time.
