I had a cup of Kunigon Shuzo's Aotefu for the first time in about 5 years 😀 It is low-polished but has a mild aroma, a strong rice flavor, and a good balance of refreshing acidity and a slight bitterness at the end 😘It is a delicious sake with a slightly dry taste that you would not expect from a low-polished sake 😊.
