I went to Penguin Village, which I had always been curious about.
The sign says Kikusui, but I was surprised to find a variety of good sake! The food is delicious and reasonably priced!

Junmai Namaizume Harazake from Jange!
It has a clean, dry taste with a strong umami flavor, and is easy to drink even at the high alcohol content of the original sake!
It goes well with sashimi, but also with satsuma-age (fried fish cake), a souvenir of Shizuoka, from an old man who was drinking at the counter!
