This is a sake that the young brewer of Kanbokuto Shuzo challenged to make Junmai Ginjo sake with Gin no Sato and No.7 yeast. It is said to be a limited edition. It has a fruity aroma, a moderate acidity, and a freshness and sweetness that is easy to drink. I often visit the Kanbokuto Sake Brewery and have this sake as my personal favorite sake, but compared to the other sake on sale, the taste is so different that you would think it is from a different brewery.

Purchased at the Chiba Prefecture Antenna Shop, which was open for a limited time at Hankyu Umeda Station. I had drunk Seisen from the same brewery in the past and was not fond of hiyaoroshi, but I was impressed with it. The first aroma was already gorgeous. It is sweet and a little tangy on the palate. The second half is a little spicy. It was more delicious than I had imagined. Overall, I'd say it's fruity and dry.

I finally found Miyoshigiku 🍶, a sake that goes well with the specialty of Miyoshi City, Tokushima Prefecture. The rice is Omachi, my favorite sake rice 😍a sake that goes well with venison, but...I can't get venison! The aroma is sweet and fruity like cider...and the mouthfeel, despite the aroma, is robust! The rice polishing ratio is 60%...so it's like a junmai sake...it's a food sake that goes well with meat dishes! I think it's possible!

It arrived just a few minutes ago. This morning, the sake was pressed early in the morning. It seems I forgot to buy it last year, but this year I reserved it and bought it. I couldn't stand it, so I had a cup in my inoguchi. I love Tomikunishiki, but this year's Risshun morning pressing has a little acidity, a clean throat, and not much of an aftertaste. It's delicious!

I thought it might be limited to direct sales, but I was able to buy it at a liquor store. If you go down the shopping street near Okamachi Station, you will find an old shopping center with a supermarket in it. This is a community-based liquor store that is housed in it. They carry a wide variety of sake brands such as Yukitsuru, Asakayousei, Katanozakura, Kaygetsu, Sakura Masamune, Ootsuru, Shiraoi, Haginoduro, Shikizakura, and others. They seemed to be putting a lot of effort into craft beer and wine. The rice is Gohyakumangoku and Koshibuki. The rice is lightly cloudy to the point of being orikara. Basically, it is spicy, but the entrance is clean, and it tastes good with a firm umami and acidity in the latter half.

Purchased at Takatsuki Hankyu. To be honest, they have a smaller selection of alcoholic beverages than Umeda Hankyu, but I think their lineup is more tasteful than Umeda. Umeda relies more on on-site sales. You can also buy Kuninonaga and Kiyotsuru at Takatsuki Hankyu. Grape and banana-like atmosphere. Not too sweet and spicy, but clear and beautiful. I wrote "clear," but considering it as a dry wine, I wonder if it is a mellow dry type. I said it was spicy, but there is a moderate amount of sweetness. It is a modest type of sake, but you can't go wrong with it.

@sakebar Fukuzo This sake is from the same Kobayashi Shuzo Honten as the "Hakata no Mori" I posted a while ago. Mandai must be more famous locally 🤔. It will be pressed on the morning of Risshun 🍶. The aroma on the nose is fruity🍍 and sweet. When you take it into your mouth, it has a deep, mild sweetness and umami that is typical for a draft sake, and it finishes with a slight astringent taste. Kubota Kenshin Junmai Daiginjo 2021BY✨ I'm opening a bottle to feel a traditional sake for the first time in a while: ☺️ The rice used is 100% Takananishiki, and the polishing ratio is higher than that of Manju, which is a high-end line. The aroma is of the light, dry Niigata sake of yesteryear, but with a hint of matured sweet grain 😊The taste is a perfect complement to Japanese food as a mid-meal sake, with a sharp aftertaste, but with a soft, full-bodied rice sweetness that is delicious in its own right 🤤.

There is no mention of it, but it is probably nama sake. Spring Tokaido Sake Brewery Tour (2) Dragon Boat Festival🎏 is Kabuto-chan. The second bottle is Suzukabuto. It is junmai ginjo new sake. It is safe to say that this one went out with a real mission. The rice is Ginbuki, a sake rice from Shiga Prefecture, just like the first bottle, Hatsuzakura. It is served cold. It has a slight yellow hue. The top aroma is very mild. It has a juicy aroma reminiscent of fresh bamboo grass, young dried grapes, and oranges. The mouthfeel is round. From the bluish alcoholiness, the juicy orange aroma and acidity are gently developed with a smooth and robust rice feel. The taste is sharp with a tangy, bitter and pungent flavor. The refreshing acidity typical of junmai ginjo-style sake, the familiar rice flavor, and the sharpness of the aftertaste are all nicely integrated. It is a moderate, not too hard-core food sake, and the more you drink, the more you will want another glass.
