Echigo Den'emon, which I drank a lot this year.
The aroma is mild and creamy.
It starts with lemon acid and lactic acid and leaves nothing behind, even though it is Yamahai. Even though it is a Yamahai, it is a beautiful sake that leaves nothing behind.
It is a gentle sake at 13.5 degrees C. It should be served at room temperature to lukewarm. ☺️
