Junmai-shu, 65% polished rice, brewed by Mr. Tanaka in a sake brewery located in the rice paddies.
Tanaka Rokuugo.
I knew it was delicious from everyone's postings on Sake no Wa 😊.
I thought it would be more of a gusto, but it was a delicious sake with a gentle rice flavor and a light texture♪
Kyushu has an image of shochu, but I was surprised at the high level of sake as well, including Tanaka Rokuugo, Koei Kiku, and Sundo 😆.
I'm looking forward to trying some of the other sake I have in stock 😁.
