At Ya-Ya in Kobe. This is the first time to drink Neko Masamune since it was transferred from the defunct Omi Sake Brewery to Maihime🐱. It has a sweet taste with a slight graininess from the freshness. It tastes a little messy, but it's not that bad, right? Might prefer it to Omi Neko Masamune 🤔. It's been a while since I've had a normal Akagisan! I love the refreshing taste of summer, but the crisp and dry taste during the cold winter months is also very refreshing and special ✨. We ordered at Benkei no weibasho, an izakaya near Niigata Station. This restaurant is operated by a local conveyor-belt sushi chain, and we were informed that their seafood dishes are sure to be good, so we made a reservation and visited. I was curious about this sake at Ponshukan, where I had wandered around during lunch. Niigata is known for its dry sake, but this one is quite fruity. It is not too sweet, so it goes well with sashimi. I mean, too much throat groyne!

On the way home, I️ bought my first "Imanishiki" at Sakeya Kagimoto in Wakayama City. I️ bought Nagano Prefecture's sake in Wakayama Prefecture⁉️. And today, I opened the bottle. It has a gorgeous aroma, a smooth mouthfeel, sweetness, umami, and a bit of acidity. It has a fruity feeling in the nose. It is not too sweet and has a moderate dry taste. My favorite team lost, and I was feeling hopeless about the Koshien tournament, so I thought I would be a little burned out, but it was very tasty and comforting.
